Excellent service, Quick pickup during rain, Came out to get our van when we broke down on the highway in a rainstorm, had the van hooked up and towed away within the hour, 10/10 would use again !

On my truck, the license plates were stolen at Walmart. Without noticing, I drove off, and just 30 sec later, I was immediately stopped by the police, who were most likely involved in the theft of my plates. After an hour of discussion, they called their towing company to impound my truck, with a fee of $1,500 for just 2 miles. I believe this was done intentionally, as the police receive a percentage of the profit from this towing company. This is fraud, and I plan to take it to court.

Wilmar was wonderful! So quick and helpful. Hertz car rental were really dropping the ball with customer service and Wilmar really went out of his way to help me and my son arrive safely back at his shop. Also the women at the front desk was so helpful as well. I highly recommend Ted’s if you get stuck!!!

Great customer service. I was promptly given a quote and dispatchers arrived before time. They were courteous and helped us get our car unstuck from an icy parking lot. Quote was accurate and I was not overcharged. I would recommend them if you need towing service around Southborough area.

I can't thank Ted's of Fayville, Inc. enough. They assisted with a tow that AAA could not handle on a late Saturday night in a dangerous Mass Pike to 495 S location. They informed me about getting reimbursed from AAA (which I was reminded by the office staff a couple days later). Hosea brought my vehicle safely to the tow yard, and helped with suggestions on what we could do to get the vehicle repaired. I am extremely thankful for the grace they gave me to have it re-towed to a repair shop after the weekend. Huge shout out to Ted's of Fayville, Inc.

If I could give zero stars I would. They said they use aaa. Then when they got there said they don’t take aaa. Then towed me inside their locked fence and left to another call leaving my car in the truck bed. I called aaa who came and then couldn’t get my car bc it was on another truck locked behind a fence. Essentially stealing my car. And wouldn’t let us back there to get it. Then had to wait until the driver came back and aaa left. So myself and my five year old son stranded in a parking lot in 95 degrees. NEVER EVER USE THEM.

my vehicle was towed on a Friday evening. I called once I arrived safely at my destination to confirm their business hours - so that I could retrieve my vehicle the next day. Rebecca at Ted's told me over the phone that the site was open until 5pm and so if I arrived before then I would be able to pickup my car. There was absolutely no mention of an "after hours release fee" for $54. The call was on speaker so I am no the only person who heard what was communicated by a rep at this business. I arrived at 4:30PM the next day and was told by Alexis that she would not release my car if I did not pay the "after hours release fee". I obviously paid it but this is an extremely deceptive business practice. The "Vehicle release" schedule is not posted anywhere outside of their locked main entrance or on the front door. I am sharing this photo so you are all aware that although they are open until 5 on Saturday's you WILL be charged a late fee if your vehicle is not retrieved by 12pm. No wonder Alexis is donned in gold jewelry, this was a cash grab. Nickle & Diming the working class.

Ted’s was professional and caring. When my car broke down on the highway, Ted’s was the only company that answered the phone on the first call. I was told that a tow would arrive within half an hour and the tow driver was right on time. The truck cabin was clean, and the driver was sincere and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Ted’s for anyone stuck in a jam.

The team at Ted’s is amazing. The trunk of my U-haul would not shut on the day I was moving. The team at Ted’s helped me fix this at the last minute without an appointment. This is not even a service they normally handle, yet the front desk, service team and mechanic all helped to fixed this for me. This is an amazing team and I highly recommend them

Staff there was excellent, a family member was in a serious accident and the staff there were extremely helpful. Alexis at the front desk was knowledgeable on what we needed to provide to let the insurance company take over after not getting a response from the insurance carrier for over a week. She also sent a young guy out to help my mom and myself get the license plates off and he offered to help with anything we needed.

I was having a really rough day and needed to have my truck towed. Alex was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I was okay up until the moment he left. Great service !

State police were wonderful & called Ted’s out to assist my children and I after a vehicle collision. I did not get the gentleman’s name, however he did a wonderful job helping us stay calm and gather information on what our next steps would look like. He was on the scene very quickly after, and my vehicle was quickly on its way to the repair shop. I am grateful for the quality customer service, attention to detail, and prompt response time! Thank you so much for your assistance during such a trying time!!!

Jose, Lexi and Peter helped me a lot the night I got into a crash. They were able to calm me down and make sure I was okay throughout the night before I got picked up. Great tow company who are genuinely nice guys. The service quality I want at a price point I can afford, good folks, the right knowledge and tools for the job. This is my go to company for all my vehicle transport needs by far. Not going anywhere else

Hello my names Donovan I would like to say that Ted's of fayville is an Excellent Great atmosphere wonderful staff very friendly and fair also reasonable and they care and also take time to help and work on your situation to the best of their abilities if your in a jam stuck and need immediate help I'd definitely give them a call right away the drivers are awesome very helpful aswell and very knowledgeable and they want to get you to your destination safely aswell as all of the staff I highly appreciate their team effort for helping me out remain patient it can be very very busy at times just Please work with them and they will work with you also thank you kindly very much appreciated to all of Ted's staffing. I highly recommend also I'm definitely a very satisfied customer.

Triple A could not tow my vehicle 18 mi and I waited for two hours for my call to get cancelled but Ted's came out in 15 min and towed the 18 mi no problem. Jose was professional 100% will use again!

Absolutely Fantastic. Need a camper moved a few miles a way from one location to another. Gave me a realistic time estimate kept me informed and was 200 less then estimated. We were 90 minutes away and appreciate the honest and compassionate. They bent a wheel chuck a tiny bit but told us. I Highly recommend this business!

So over the summer I had the misfortune of being pulled over on the MA Pike and due to a lovely clerical error from the state of MA DMV FROM THE YEAR 2000!!!!, my car had to be towed until I pay the DMV but that is a separate review. Everyone from Ted's I dealt with in an extreme moment of stress and annoyance was pleasant, wonderful, kind, understanding, and helpful. The woman at the front desk, whom I think is one of the owners, offered me food cause it was around lunch. The other owner was very apologetic and empathetic even though my situation had nothing to do with his business. I was able to get a ride to the Amtrak and pay the phantom mystery cash grab ticket from 21 years ago but I never forgot their hospitality. The whole staff was tremendous.

Service was great and professional. However, I had premier AAA. I think this company would be super expensive if I had to pay out of pocket. I believe the tow truck driver said it was $125 to hook up and then $3/mile after that, and they charge for miles both ways, which gobsmacked me. Maybe that both ways policy is just for long tows, I was towed 86 miles, IDK. All I do know is that I would have paid upwards of $700 to get my car to my mechanic. I love AAA.

It was my first time at this company and they towed my vehicle at about three in the morning. When I simply was asking for information about my vehicle they were very unprofessional very rude im explaining what I needed to retain my vehicle and they went through all of my belongings with our consent. There was a specific gentleman who was very disrespectful and walked away from me mid conversation.

Helen was a gem to talk to on the phone! Very nice, professional, and helpful. The towing companies in Hudson, MA did not have the proper equipment to tow my car but suggested I contact Ted’s and it was a great decision! Ted’s had the proper equipment to help me out in my stressful situation. Kevin towed my car for me and I got the opportunity to meet him. Very friendly and got the job done! Kim is also very nice and is helping me get the proper receipt for insurance purposes! So thankful to the Ted’s staff for all of their help!

Thank you to the Ted's associate who helped me retrieve my vehicle from their yard. She was friendly, understanding, and treated me with respect. I always appreciate people when they treat me as a fellow human being, especially when circumstances are stressful! So thank you again to the young lady who took care of me at the office and made a bad situation more tolerable. Much appreciated!

Our car got totaled while traveling on the Mass Turnpike from NY to Boston. The police called Ted's and had our car towed there. We were stranded in the waiting room for 5 hours until we figured out how to get back home. They were so helpful. Offered us phone charges, drinks, etc. and also helped us brainstorm ideas to get home as they knew our minds were all over the place after a major accident. They ended up providing us a ride to the rental car company and then helped us empty our car, even unscrewing our license plate. They were so helpful and kind at a time when everything felt like it falling apart.

Very thankful for the service and hospitality provided by Ted's when I had a crisis on the turnpike to open the new year. The driver was incredibly helpful, while Liz and Helen were outgoing and receptive with my needs when servicing the safe transport of my vehicle. Here's to 2019 being a smoother ride for all of us. Mass State Police recommend these guys for a reason. Our driver showed up on a holiday – on a toll road in 12 degree weather – and promptly got us to a hotel and our car sorted. He even pulled around back so we could sneak our dogs in. He was extremely courteous and friendly, and stayed on the phone for an extra 30 minutes with AAA to get our membership number. We saved almost 300.00 because he made sure they covered our tow for us. Thank you!

It was a pleasure dealing with Ted's tow service today, despite the awful circumstance of being stuck on the Mass Pike during a busy morning commute. Their employee Nathen arrived just shortly after I made the call. He was polite and professional, providing efficient and excellent customer service. A job well done should be recognized. Thank you!!
