Needed a part for my water heater. They were out of stock and before I committed to buy one if they ordered it, since I was still looking around elsewhere. That afternoon I called and said that I'd like to get one from them he'd already ordered them since he needed to replenish his stock. The next day I picked up the part and that night we had hot water again.
Very knowledgable staff. Helped me as much as they could my 5th wheel is just to olde at this point but rv's are not cheap when new. They get olde very fast as in parts supply... And watch out for the bears!
Todd &'Cameron are my go to guys ! They know their stuff &: extremely friendly.Much better experience than at Camping World parts where we were not treated properly. Todd ,Cameron & the crew have been very helpful with all my wants & needs . Most importantly sold us the right parts at a great rate for both parts & service. We came across Mann’s RV with an issue that bigger corporations could not fix properly. Mann’s fit us in on short notice and while it was not expected to be done before the holiday weekend Mann’s was able to get it done and done correctly and at a very fair price. Even when we got home (over an hour away) Todd was able to walk us thru a small problem over the phone and our camper is working as it should if not better than it did when we bought it.

Stumbled into this central Massachusetts gem. What a great experience buying an RV. Professional staff, great perks and prices. I prefer to work with small business anyway but this is the sort of experience that solidifies that desire.

We recently had a blowout in our camper that left us stranded on the highway. It turns out that no towing company will touch a large camper. The folks at Mann's, namely Jeremy, went far and above what I'd call awesome customer service to get us back on the road. He even called us the next day to check on us and make sure the trip was going well. It was absolutely amazing, unexpected, and we're forever grateful!! Bravo!
The team at Manns is the best. I have a Class C motorhome and have been a customer since early 2023. Manns has completed a number of projects for me including supplying and fitting a new ceramic toilet, very nice faucets, countertops, roof maintenance, upgrades and accessories as well as servicing water heater and pump, slide out check. I couldn't be happier with the work, the attitude and the great customer service AND the prices are very reasonable. Thanks Jeremy, Todd and the guys. 5 stars isn't enough. Highly recommended.
The service/parts dept. is absolutely, hands down the best! Had an issue with my water heater, recommended a new control board, BOOM! problem fixed.
FYI, just because the parts are cheaper on Amazon, doesn't mean they work. Lesson learned, get what ya pay for. Will definitely deal with Mann's from now on.

We have rented from them for years now. The campers have always been nothing but the best. Paris is great person to work with and is always there to answer questions. If you are looking to rent or buy definitely consider stopping in and looking at their selections.
Service department was very helpful. Our custom conversion van RV needed a replacement for the built in propane tank, and some quirky work on the heater. They were willing to take on the unusual work. Done as scheduled at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

There aren’t enough words to describe our 5+ star experience with Mann’s RV. We bought our RV at the RV Expo in Boston in January 2023. It was exactly what we were looking for. Sales reps were able to answer all our questions, gave us an amazing trade-in price for our existing RV, and threw in a few extras, while putting no pressure on us to buy. Karl in Finance went above and beyond, from ordering our RV, handling all the financial paperwork, arranging the walk-through, and setting up delivery to the campground. I wish I could remember names, but the person handling the walk-through took his time going through the workings of the RV, both inside and out. The person delivering the RV was simply amazing. He unhooked the new RV, removed the existing one, rehooked up the new one and set it perfectly on our site. After leveling it, he also answered a few questions we had plus installed the new shower head I bought. There is no place else I would go for our next RV. Mann’s RV has the best customer service and staff!!
Stay away from this place. Bought a used keystone camper from here. As a member of the military, they gave me a good deal. Overall the camper is very nice. Less than 30 days of owning it, all the tires blew out on the highway. Informed Mann’s RV within the 30 day purchase agreement and said they won’t cover the tires. Upon further inspection, the tires are rotted and are not safe enough to handle the camper load. That’s bad business and is not how a business should be run.
Jeremy is unbelievable! If I could give Mann’s RV more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat. Every time they’ve worked on my truck and trailers they have been very prompt, honest, professional and do high quality work. Working with Jeremy is a blast, he’s extremely knowledgeable and has an awesome personality and takes great care of his customers. I’ve referred friends and family and they all share in the same experience! Highly recommend Mann’s RV.
The team over at Mann's made purchasing my first new travel trailer a great experience. Each person I met was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having ordered the trailer during the pandemic, delivery was delayed by nearly a year. This was not the fault of Mann's and they did everything they could to keep us up to date on the build status. When the trailer finally arrived, Jeremy in the parts department went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed to get started and at a great price.
Mann’s is great. Very professional. They have delivered my camper for the past five years. One year there was a small issue and they replaced it immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very honest.

Jeremy at Mann’s RV recently helped us out by ordering and getting delivered overnight a desperately needed part for our Class C. We were on day 1 of a week long vacation at a local campground and needed an odd but very important plumbing part. Jeremy really knows his stuff and knew exactly what we needed. I met him and Paris and waited in the shop with them the next day for the part. I was able to easily install it and it saved our vacation! Thank You Jeremy and Paris!
Jeremy, in service, is the most respectful, honest, helpful service person at Mann’s! He is instrumental in helping to maintain my 12 year old travel trailer that I love. My trailer is old enough that parts aren’t readily available. Jeremy found a solution so that my travels can continue! I have bought a pop up and a travel trailer at Mann’s and I have found that the service now is better than ever thanks to Jeremy!
The best, so knowledgeable. Parts issues on a hot water heater repair didn't phase them, they got me sorted. Yes, you might pay a slight premium vs the superstores, but it's family owned multi-generational and their staff has been with them for ages so you know they must be treating employees right. Worth every penny.
My daughter and I rented an RV for a horse show and were so pleased with the ease and convenience of renting from Mann's. The RV was clean and extremely comfortable. When we had a small issue with a faucet they immediately sent someone out to fix it. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. We are looking forward to renting from Mann's again next year!
I have bought two trailers (one used and one new)at Mann's RV. Both purchases were stellar. Trailers can have some issues. Mann's has always been there with excellent customer service. It is a family ran store and it's why I will always go back.

We had been visiting Mann’s RV for a few years dreaming of owning an RV. We were rookies. We knew little about RV life but we had big dreams. The two sales men at Mann’s are full of knowledge with their decades of experience, no pressure tactics and friendly attitude allowed us to enjoy our visits. Mann’s had a wide range of TT’s and 5th wheels. New and Used. We went inside every single one. We learned so much from Steve but we continued visiting dealers everywhere trying to put our new found knowledge to use. We always found ourselves back in Rutland, MA at Mann’s RV. We decided when the time comes we would buy from Mann’s instead of a private seller. There is an advantage when buying from a trusted dealer. We trusted Steve/Mann’s RV. When the pandemic happened we moved up our time table. We saw a 2012 Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel on consignment via internet one day. We saw it twice with Steve from Mann’s. We loved it and got it after sitting with Carl from their finance department. Mann’s RV said they would fully inspect it and make all repairs with no charge before we take possession. We had a 30 day warranty. When the day came they had washed and shined our “Priscilla”, gave us a crash course in RV life and delivered it to our land for a fee. We didn’t own a pick up. When “The Priscilla” arrived we were extremely excited and a month later (Jan 2021) we are still excited. She looks great sitting in the meadow. Thanx again Mann’s!
Do not bring your camper/RV/trailer here to be winterized. This was the second year in a row now that we have made an appointment for winterizing our camper several weeks in advance. When we showed up to drop off our camper, we were told they do not take appointments for drop offs. They were very rude about this, but reluctantly ended up taking our camper. Last year, we needed two parts fixed inside the camper. We paid for both to be fixed, yet only one was actually fixed. We ended up fixing the other on our own and did not get our money back from Mann's for the unfixed part. Both years they did not clean up their mess inside the camper…last year there were wood shavings all over from fixing the one broken part. Both years there was antifreeze all over the sinks and shower that they did not care to wipe up. This year, we swept out more dirt from inside the camper than we did the entire season of camping (and the camper had been thoroughly cleaned prior to dropping it off). Additionally, this year there were dirty hand prints on the clean white mattress cover. Mann’s lacks a professional attitude, has terrible customer service, and the service department has a poor work ethic. We gave them a second chance, but will not be returning here again.
1st time renting/driving an RV. Pickup was easy; they showed me how to use everything and I was on my way! The kids absolutely loved it. We always liked the idea of camping but tenting has not been successful so this was a good compromise. There was more than enough room in the RV and everything was easy to use.
I did have an incident and ripped the awning right off taking a corner way too tight (again, my first time with a 30ft camper!) Mann’s was extremely supportive and just glad we were ok. I did my research and was expecting to shell out at least $2,000 for the new awning and labor. When Paris called and said they got it done for $800 I was shocked! Most rental places would take the opportunity to make some quick $. We are already talking about another trip and possibly buying a camper in the near future. We’ll definitely be going to Mann’s based on this experience alone!
I purchased a used motor home from Mann's on 7-2019. It broke down 3 times in 72 hours during a emergency medical transport trip from MA to FL. That was the main reason that I purchased it, ( they knew why I needed it) I had no front brakes - right after the it was sent out for brakes I used my rears only, no AC, again it was sent out for that, it was July to FL and Back. they modified my loan without my consent, the down payment was taken out and the length of the loan was lengthened. We could have started a new loan but it would have delayed the trip. Father was switching to hospice care and wanted to come back to MA from FL. they also listed the camper online as a different model than what is on the title. IT then took them 11 weeks to fix it, i lost the entire rest of the season until 11-2019, it was snowing out when I got it back. the 11 weeks were to fix items that were in my purchase agreement that were to be fixed before delivery to me. I gave them several chances to reimburse me for repairs and non usage before i wrote this. this was the worst purchase experience that i have ever had with a licensed dealership. I even had the trailer hitch break on I90 and had all my bikes come off the back on the road, unreal... they know there is no lemon law with RV'S. this is a 100% true story that i wished never happened.
