I am the owner of a professional shop and ordered an engine from Ollies in the beginning of October, delay after delay the owner kept putting me off engine was supposed to be delv on 10/10 then 10/15..since 10/15 I have called him 21 times and it goes straight to voicemail with no call backs so he knows my number obviously...I would stay far far away
Called to ask them if they'd ship a windshield. Unlikely, sure, but the owner was impressively unprofessional.
Me - "I just called to see if you'd be willing to ship a windshield"
Owner - "I don't know, what do you think?"

Sold my father 2 vehicles that were unsafe.... One had a massive gas leak that filled the interior with gas fumes. The second car caught on fire due to brake issues.
Called twice, used the 800 number and the local number. The guy answered "Hello" and basically yelled at me for asking for Russ. Can only imagine what kind of service they would provide. I'm not that desperate for an engine part.
Went to pick up a head for an Audi, had to investigate further (was told it was good) but the intake cam was 180 degrees out of time. Found the cam timing chain to be snapped and no good. Valve guides wouldn’t allow the valves to close all the way, and you could definitely see the sunlight between the valves…. What’s so good about that head? Took my money and ran so fast. Yikes….. avoid at all costs
Worse customer services ever l see. You will regret make business with those people. I waste my time waiting for a month for a engine that never delivered
Burt had my vehicle picked up that was at my mechanic . He was going to pay my mechanic for the vehicle and never did. Basically stole my car without the title. Months later goes by hoping he would pay us. Nothing. He wont pay anyone back unless you get the police involved. He also sold two defective engines. Both were installed one blew apart and the other didn't run at all. I would be nice, I'm a nice guy, but this was the craziest thing I've ever heard. Not sure why this place is still up and running, no business etiquette at all.
I have had a few transactions with Ollie’s, my latest one is my last. Bought a junk transmission from Ollie’s, had to call multiple times to even get an answer of which was an upset employee claiming there was nothing wrong with it… transmission does not have reverse on a supposedly 70k transmission. Tried to get another from them, wait a WEEK AND A HALF to get one, meanwhile I have an understandably upset customer on my end. I had to buy another transmission from a different yard. Ollie’s has not issued a refund nor have they even picked up the junk transmission here after calling multiple times over multiple weeks and receiving promises that it would be picked up and I’d receive a refund.
I will never do business with them nor recommend them to anyone else.
A truly terrible way to conduct business. Based on the other reviews as well, looks like this place needs some serious management changes.

The WORST customer service experience in MY LIFE. Note: I was compelled to write this because of how horrible my experience was...this is probably my first Google review ever...I will avoid this place at all cost, they don't honor their parts warranty, PLEASE READ other people's 1-star⭐ reviews...I wish I had read other Google reviews before going there. B-u-r-t is so unpleasant to speak with, he hangs up phone calls, they won't pick up your call once they know they don't want to answer my questions after I paid for parts. Part malfunctioned, they don't want to take responsibility. The absolute worst. I wish I could give zero star. PICTURE (receipt )is my proof of verified purchase.
I reached out to Ollie's today for availability on a transmission. While I am in PA, I travel to MA often. The gentlemen who picked up the phone asked me where I was calling from & immediately dismissed my call & hung up on me. When I called back to discuss a business opportunity, I was sent to VM. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. I may have been a future customer. Very poor customer service! No wonder you have the Google Review score you do. I should have checked here first before I wasted my time. Beware.
If I would have checked these people bad reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them. When I called them for a part 2 months ago they said they have it and let me know when it's ready to be picked up but never responded for two weeks and when ever I call was very rude. This time I ordered something and paid over the phone to ship it but never received it and again same thing when I asked about it was very rude. I ordered second time with them its because I couldn't find that part from no where else. I think there are scams customers saying they have the parts and taking the money. Please careful with these junk yard and junk people
BE CAREFULL OWNER PAYS WITH RUBBER CHECKS-- BEEN ABOUT 45 DAYS AND WE STILL CANT GET OUR PAYMENT. ALWAYS SAME STORY THAT HE WILL CALL US BACK--- NEVER CALLS BACK. SHAME THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR $350. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DEAL WITH. OWNER IS NOT HONEST.
Never answers the phone been calling them all day for 2 days straight for a motor guy told me he had a motor call him and he said he doesn't have the motor no more it was sold the previous day they never opened update their site the guys very rude and hung up on me has very bad customer service I will return nobody buys anything from them
Was told on 7-2-2022 i would have used parts in 1-2 weeks .Was told over the phone 5 separate times, "your car is the next one in and ill call you when done", or "i have your car on the lift today" when it never was. Shady, un-trust worthy and no ethics. Did not receive parts for almost a month 7-29-2022 and when received multiple parts have rot holes in them and are unsafe to attach to a vehicle. Now i just get ignored when trying to contact by phone, all done trying he can keep my family's money but will lose our business and referrals. Avoid at all costs
Bought a transmission for a 2008 f150. Came with dipstick, torque converter and a retainer already on for installation. Transmission was priced decent and functions flawlessly.
Truly a 0 star establishment that does not open on a monday because of a inch of snow pure lazyness drove 2 hours each way because i was told on friday that he closes early and that i can come monday so when I finally get there after TWO HOURS which he was aware or how far i was driving when we spoke Ignored my phone calls horrible “buisness” he needs to pack it up and retire out if the 50 junk yards ive done business with from MA, CT, and NY ive never meet one this useless or rude stay away from this business shop else where not here they do not value there customers time
