Entire experience at Country Auto was exceptional. The entire staff are true professionals. I can't recommend them enough!

Yet again I was tricked into bringing my car here for servicing. Who knew it would be ao hard to change front brakes? After 4 tries and literally not bolting the caliper back on and allowing me to drive off, my car still has the same issues and, in fact, sounds worse than it did before I had it "fixed". This is my 2nd car they reverse fixed for me.

Don’t bring your classic cars there to be aligned, they don’t know how to do it. They had my car all day just to tell me that “it would take hours, because is so bad, they didn’t have the time to do it”. I had to take it back, never offered another appointment. Brought it to another shop and they did it in 45 mins, and it wasn’t that far out… now it’s perfect. I don’t know what happened to this shop over the years, but it’s lacking….

I liked this place when I first started going but needed them to help me get my hood open because it was stuck & then do an oil change for me. I guess it was too much as they wouldn’t schedule an appointment for me the first day I called or even give me a call back when they told me to call back the next day.

2 stars only because I don’t know if everyone working there was aware of my experience.
All I’m going to say is:
if you are wanting to have unknown potentially big expensive issues checked with your vehicle, that you have zero knowledge of.
Take it to this garage and get your estimate.
THEN pick it and get a second reputable garage to go through your vehicle second time.
Could save you thousands!

Love this place! They always do a great job while communicating and keeping prices reasonable. Whether it’s tires, oil changes or body work, they do it all while maintaining a friendly environment. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need service on your vehicle.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Country for over 30 years and have also sent many friends and family here also. I just had my friend bring his Cadillac in to have all 4 tires replaced and a front end alignment done. He was originally going to bring it to the cheapest place he could find wich was Walmart. I told him you don't bring a car to them for work. So I called country and their price was only $50 more for the cost of the tires and to be installed. Plus he can get his front end alignment at the same time. Goodyear tires instead of some no name generic ones! You can't beat that especially when they are being installed by professional mechanics. Thanks again Country Auto! And now you have another new customer!

We have taken our vehicles to Country Auto Body since we moved close by about five years go. They consistently provide excellent service, are helpful with answering questions, and always find a way to fit us in when we are in need. Five stars! I will be taking all of my vehicles there for anything we need.

I have taken my car here twice, both times were a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. They have not once tried to up sell me or find other issues with my car that did not have to do with the reason I took it in. I have never gotten charged for a diagnosis fee that many other places will charge you for. I will definitely keep coming here! I highly recommend.

Saved the day, AGAIN !
My car went on strike and refused to move in any direction. Country Auto diagnosed and corrected the problem immediately. This was the 2nd time my transmission gave me trouble. On the 1st occasion it was resurrected from the dead by their very knowledgeable mechanics . I've been going to Country Auto for years for everything from oil changes, brakes, tires among other things. They have always done a great job.From the front desk to the mechanic working on the car, all are respectful and fantastic.

This auto body shop is incredible. Their people truly go above and beyond in Customer Service and in the quality of the work. My husband and I could not be happier. I first went to then after I had an accident with my vehicle and when I got the vehicle back, I felt like I had just bought a new car. It looks so great. They do great work and I won’t be going anywhere else.

I love Country Auto Body … I have found my go to service station. I’m an old lady and it’s just terrific to have a mechanic so knowledgeable and trustworthy… I always get what I need and nothing more. I am impressed by the ladies running the operation they seem to know everything about cars. I will never go anywhere else. My older friend started going there …he’s so happy he travels from Webster to get their great service.

I’ve been using Country Auto for 30+ years. Even after I moved out of town, I travel the half hour for all my auto service. They do great work. But more than that they’ve always been honest. The prices are reasonable, and I’m never surprised. I wouldn’t even consider another auto service place. Best mechanics in the area, best service by far.

Country Auto is very customer focused. Their waiting room is well lit and inviting. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and professional. The mechanics have been working together for years and that says team cohesiveness to me. The services provided are timely and the estimates are usually accurate. I’ve never had a bad customer experience with them.

I am a new but delighted customer. I have driven past Country Auto 50 times or more. I always thought they were just a specialty company. I stopped in to get my SUV detailed and discovered that they do it all. I made an appointment with a very friendly, well trained customer service staff in a small office. The SUV looked great when done. Since then I brought my sports car in for exhaust work and detailing. In all cases the price was very reasonable for top shelf work. I have told this to my friends and family. I am very particular with my vehicles. Country Auto is now my first go-to choice!

This place is very good. I hit a deer last year, front driver side was toast. They fixed it up and it looked better than the factory paint. Had tires mounted by them and they did a great job at a decent price. Also had my truck towed there after an issue on the road and they diagnosed and fixed the issue the very next day. So far I have had great experiences here.

Needed brakes, rotors, and was having issues with my transfer case. County auto got me in right away, called me with all of the actual issues, options and prices before working on the truck to see what I would like to do. As soon as I confirmed how I would like to proceed, work was completed quickly. The work was great, customer service was excellent! Will be back for any future work I need

The folks there are friendly, courteous, know their business, furthermore, they know your vehicle! I have nothing but great respect, trust and confidence in their work.as their doing whatever you asked of them, they are looking around for things that may need attention further down the road! Country Auto is the best! They always offer good quality work and never try to sell me more than I need, which I appreciate. I always feel like I am being treated like one of their family members, and that they are genuinely concerned about my safety. They also do a lot for our town and community, so when I support them, I know a portion goes right back into our community.

I recently needed a new headlight assembly and oil change. The price they quoted was exact and they did a great job. Genuine Subaru assembly cost me 100.00 less than my Dealer quote. They responded quickly through a text message service which I love. Everyone is very friendly and honest!

Country Auto is THE BEST! I’ve been going there for 8 years. They are ALWAYS helpful, always do a great job and they do it with a smile and a few wise guy remarks on your way out the door just doesn’t a laugh. A great group of people work there. Highly recommend them!

I have been using Country Auto for all my auto related needs for the last decade. I’ve been going to Country Auto now for about 4 months. My only regret is that I didn’t try them sooner. All of the services are reasonably priced and done quickly.
Shane had me talk with Amanda regarding some body work on my Subaru. I was stupidly reluctant to work with her. She was fantastic to work with! Don’t make the assumption I made. Amanda was wonderful from start to finish. I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys are wonderful! My husband had an ongoing problem with his vehicle that even the dealer had trouble diagnosing. Country Auto Body was persistent in figuring out the problem and was successful in resolving it. Their facility is clean and well run, and their service is top notch. We are fortunate to have such a great place to take our vehicles so close to home. Highly recommended!!
