I buy a car from them for $1000 They charge me another $1000 make nonsense $2000 in top of that they tried to charge me late fee it’s holidays I call them this lady started say you didn’t know it’s was holiday

If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would, they had my car in the south Boston for less then a week and when I recovered my car I had personal belongings missing from the trunk of the car, called to ask and they had no answer as to where my stuff was or why their employees went tho all the personal belongings that I had in the trunk. Very unprofessional. Claiming that they don’t know anything and that all personal has to go through her office before leaving so no way it could have gone missing

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I could not get one of my plates off and after they got my car they were able to do that for me and send it back to me in the mail.

Their automotive pick up appointments are ridiculous and are holding cars hostage. The branch manager is not helpful and cant see the issue that they wont even load the cars on the more expensive copart shipping company.

I won’t recommend this place. Really bad experience. I bought a vehicle , In the vehicle description said dents and scratches , the vehicle has mechanical issue, it cost more to fix it that what i paid for it. Don’t waste your money buying any vehicle with this people.

I made the bet an automatic jetta. according to the description of copart ma south and when the vevicle arrived is manual. for the bad information of copar transmission description I lost a client. Very friendly staff when you call. but I do not trust anymore in copart ma

Front desk staff is friendly, loaders are decently quick and efficient. There are no public restrooms on site. The yard/loading area isn’t the biggest but it can fit 4-6 stingers or 18-wheelers. I have never had to wait here long to get loaded up especially comparing to North Billerica or Marlboro locations (I do pick up cars from here 2-4 times a month).

Utterly unreliable. Setup a profile to have an older car picked up. Was pestered every day while I got the car ready. I finally scheduled a pickup but nobody showed up. I called and they wanted me to leave the keys and title in the car for an unatended pickup. Really? Don't trust this place.

The folks at this location are nice and helpful but as a company and at the corporate level...fees are rediculous and member services are incompetent at best.

Scheduled a pickup of a totaled car for a monday, they never showed, called them they told me they woukd be out in tuesday. Tuesday happened they never showed. Told me to leave the keys on the windsheild that I didnt need to be home. Dont you know peoole steak cars and junk them for parts? Yea no. Wasted 3 days now.

Lady manager very rude and disrespectful. wont try solve problems or speak directly with a customer. She rather sits in the office laughing away. traveled 700 miles to solve dis problem. Now the staffs excellent customer service but managers are from HELL. Very bad experience and wont BUY NON THERE NO MORE.

Not a good experience. I purchased a vehicle with rear end damage that was drivable. A plane ticket was purchased to pick it up and an hour plus shuttle ride was paid for just over $200.00 and 10 hours of travel time. When the vehicle was delivered out of the gate, after at least an hour of waiting, it had damage to the right fender and right headlight, which was not in the pictures when I purchased it. All the other vehicles were covered with snow, and my theory is that the driver damaged the vehicle and then took it inside to try and see what happened, because the vehicle came out all warmed up with no snow on it. They did not admit to it and when the General Manager was approached about the damage, the only solution given was we will give your money back for the purchase. Bad, bad customer service. To try and get a shuttle back and a last minute plane ticket home, would probably cost another $500-700 and another day of travel. I understand we buy these vehicles, AS IS, but a better solution would have been to pay for the damage and apologize, especially when the auction people clearly caused the damage. I am a reasonable person, but the only solution given was clearly not an option. I'm sure that your attorneys and all their fine print policies make sure that you don't have to do anything, but good customer service goes a long way. I am saddened by the flippant response. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. From my name, you can figure out exactly who I am and get my address and phone number. I would love to have a discussion with your business and post that we came to terms with a agreeable solution to both parties. The ball is in your court, I will be awaiting your response.
