It took with them the whole day for verification and approval and when the driver came, he damaged the car while loading on the truck and he wrote a bad check that I couldn't deposit

The Silverado was hauled away at noon today by a driver from Copart. The driver gave me a check for the agreed upon $1,820. Upon depositing the check, my bank (the same bank as Copart) the bank put a hold on the check for one week. Not a good sign.

The driver showed up prior to scheduling and I was not home. We arrange for the driver to pick up while I was at work the following day. I left the title and key as instructed and the driver NEVER left a check in my mailbox. I have tried to reach out via email and telephone and nobody has answers. I guess next step is local police with all of the documentation stating that agreement and the final receipt that they picked up my car. Ridiculous
