Car was brought here for a few things out of my control. Everybody was very nice and even went the extra mile to help with getting my car inspected. If your nice to them, they are happy to help you in any way they can!
We just want to say a big Thank You to this shop as they quickly responded when we needed them to tow a full oil truck (over 4000 gallons) of oil when we needed them back to our garage after a small vehicle fire. Ricky's is the only place I get my vehicle inspected. They are efficient and fast. My husband and I have been using them for years. They are polite and professional.
One of worst tow companies I ever deat with,my car was towed to Ricky's Andis currently still there 5/3/24 because it was unregistered, by state police the car belong to my mother who recently past away and I haven't got the paperwork from her death to the registry and put in my name yet, rickys is refusing to release the vehicle saying the registered owner needs to come get it after they were told she is deceased and keep repeating that I need power of attorney witch is the law not there policy says ricky and staff they must think everyone is as stupid as them because u cannot have power of attorney over a dead person any power ends when they die so I knew im just getting lied to so they can make more money off the situation of a dead mother and greasing son and family the car was fully insured and legal got towed because my mother's registration was canceled unknowingly because her license no longer valid after death regardless I have her death certificate and my birth documents that I am next of kin and they will still not release the car until I have tittle in my name wich would take a month or 2 in witch time I would owe rickys towing thousands of dollars and would not be able to retrieve my dead mothers car. This is inhumane and rickys way of robbing the community and justifying it RICKYS TOWING IS HORRABLE
Got pulled over and had to get towed for insurance reasons. Had my wife pick me up and asked Ricky’s towing driver to bring my vehicle home and park it for me. He did just that. Didn’t call to bother me or ask for further instructions. Did exactly what I asked. Thank you Ricky’s!
BE WARNED that all these five star reviews are in regards to inspections, a service I witnessed to be quick as the reviews say. That’s not where my issue lies. It’s all well and good to have policies but not to try to swindle people out of money with that as an excuse. I had my car towed to Ricky’s by the state police, and when I went out to my car to collect my belongings, I was never told I only had one opportunity (a ridiculous policy in itself for a number of reasons, but that’s not the point). When I requested to take my license plates I was told the plates should stay on because the insurance adjuster required that and it was their policy that customers aren’t allowed to take anything affixed to the vehicle. In fact, I was told in a very blasé manner that anything I left in my car could be sent to me, so much so that I even considered leaving most of my things in the car as my hands were already full and it was freezing cold. I left the tow yard, filed the claim with insurance, and returned a few hours later after the adjuster had confirmed I COULD have my plates. They informed me it would cost $110 to return to the car. At first I was told it was a state police policy, with sob stories about how the police have been on task making sure everything is by the book. I called the state police who told me it actually wasn’t their policy. When I told staff at Ricky’s I was again given the runaround, now changing their story to “not giving out free labor”, when there was no “labor” involved, just me walking out to my car alone as I did before (they said I would need to be accompanied). I also asked to be shown exactly where I was informed of this policy as they had been arguing. I was pointed to multiple contracts which (Ricky’s, I know you’ll read this so let me know if you’d like a lawyer to tell you what’s wrong with them) by no means informed me of a $110 charge to return to my vehicle. Not to mention in the contracts one of the “belongings” cited to have potentially been removed from the car include license plates, so they were wrong in telling me I couldn’t have them on a number of fronts. The best they could do is try to get me to negotiate with my insurance company to pay the $110. Overall they were incredibly unhelpful and uncompromising, especially when the problem at issue was their fault in the first place. They flat out lied and veiled it all in sickly sweet “I wish I could help you but my hands are tied” rhetoric. Not illegal, but definitely immoral, and honestly quite cruel for people who are already having a terrible day. Would not recommend. Also, whatever they might venture to reply, remember mine isn’t the only review about this!
Rude and unprofessional. Would NEVER bring them my business again. I have no idea how you operate a business THAT POORLY "since 1972". Maybe they used to be professional and polite, but not anymore.

We had our car towed by Rick's, it was a super seamless experience facilitated by Ms Robyn P. She is super knowledgeable, kind, patient, and unlike other places took her time ,didn't rush or make us feel rushed. Her customer service is amazing!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
7/20/2023 Turned my truck off last night at the truckstop next door and woke up this morning with dead batteries. Called them about 9am and the nice lady asked if I could call back at 10 because they were slammed. I called back at 10am and she had someone over here by 10:30am. The guy was quick and helpful and all around great to deal with. Got my batteries charged up and truck started in no time. Price was $100 which is fair and cheaper than what it could have been. I will definitely keep them in mind when I'm up this way.
Went to Ricky's to get my car inspected. They were extremely polite and professional. They were also very efficient and didn't waste any time. I would highly recommend the staff at Ricky's.

I don't know who hired the female ogre at the front desk she is extremely rude. Please when dealing with people, put your pet away and have decent people working the front desk ty.
went in right at 7 this morning for an inspection and the two older guys, tom and norman, were fantastic! i was in and out within 10 min! everywhere else i’ve ever gone, i’ve always had to wait over an hour. hands down best place to go!! will only come here from now on. thanks guys!!
I have been going to this garage for ever and they are the best. I highly recommend them. I used thier towing and get my inspection there also have called Ricky's for advice on repairs. They are amazing. Always friendly and helpful.
Second time arrived for state inspections on my semi truck and trailer and have customers that are known by the business pass in front of me. I decided to leave without the inspections, they are not the only inspection site around. Oh well, after 21 years bring my personal and family relatives vehicles for inspection over there it's time to go somewhere else. Too bad for them also because just last year I had open a business account with them and was looking forward to try their services since I am looking for a diesel mechanic near me. But if they disregard my presence for a simple state inspection I wonder what could happen if they had my equipment for repair...

Took a car in for inspection. The person doing the work came out yelling at me. This went on and on. There was only one other person in line but somehow I was making his life miserable. Absolutely zero customer service. The opposite in fact. While I was waiting I was thinking that I should have just driven off but then a miracle occurred. He passed this car which had been parked for the better part of a year and required a battery change just to drive it there. The person who changed the battery had to clear rodent nests out from under the hood. It was that bad. But hey, it has its inspection sticker now so three stars for that. If you're having a bad day though, do not go here. I almost started laughing when he brought the car out and stormed off because it was like watching a cartoon but I used to take care of an elderly woman who behaved similarly so that's just me.
Ricky’s Towing has helped out so many times when we’ve been in jam. Their crew is well versed and educated in towing and recovery and can tow just about anything. Big or small. Highly recommend them for the north county and Worcester area. They get there quickly and get the job done well.
NEVER use this towing. They were called by Police since our trailer got brakes locked up and driver was blocking ramp on interstate. We asked this towing to bring this truck and trailer to repair shop. They REFUSED stating that it takes too much time to tow 11 miles to the repair shop, instead, they dropped truck and trailer in parking lot across their fence, where they know, that truck repairs are not allowed.
Furthermore, they left driveshaft disconnected.
Once you call them, you feel like you are speaking with a wall. Clueless dispatcher who is enjoying that she is in charge here, feeling above all others.
They are completely taking advantage that they were called by Police, and in case you need to call their service on your own - DON'T. They will rip you off, and leave you stranded.
I asked office staff several times how much was the minimum services fee for a jump start and they said it was 125 $ an hour, asked them do you have a minimum of hours she said is generally 2 hrs., but since you are less than 4 mi out it could be 1 hr., as soon as they got to the unit, they spent 35 min, and say you owe 2 hrs. or I tow you truck in and them you got to pay me storage. They provide misleading information about prices, and then they just black mail us
Great place to get your inspection sticker. They have a huge parking lot. They are fast and efficient with two inspection bays. Social distancing is absolutely no problem. Cash or check only for $35 as of the time of this review so come prepared. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Did you know a 29' motorhome weighing over 10k pounds can only be inspected at certain approved locations?

I have been going here for my inspection sticker for many years. They are fast efficient and always pleasant. No attitude! Plenty of room and they put on extra staff on Saturdays! Highly recommend. Oh, did I say NO ATTITUDE!
The only reason I give you a 1 start is because google do not allowed me put 0!!!!! This is the 3rd time for reasons out of my control I have to come to drop off a family member to pick up a car. The person in the front desk is rude, DO NOT HAVE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I don’t know if she’s special like this with spanish people or what is her problem. She make me feel like I come here asking for something free and let me told you, WE PAID.
Owner, CHECK the employees you have in your business.!!!! Employee, if you don’t like your job, get something that you feel comfortable, do not try to pass others you unhappiness. Eyes on it, they do not acept credit cards, but they show they accept all major credit cards, just cash.
