Right before Christmas a tree fell on my car, definitely putting a wrench in the holiday season. Progressive insurance recommended this auto body shop & immediately was able to set me up to drop off my car before Christmas. This shop was super helpful and easy to work with. They did a great job on my car and even cleaned up a lot of the glass from the back windshield caving in. I would definitely recommend this shop!!! I haven’t taken an “after photo” but it looks good as new.

Real easy to work with. Cost of the work was reasonable and the work looked great when done. I definitely would use them again.

I give it a 4 star because of how long my car was in the shop and I had to call usually to get an update, but Mike was very helpful and eventually I got my car back after 4 weeks of it being in the shop when I was told it would take 2 weeks. So far 3 days now and it’s running smoothly.

My wife was in a car accident early October. It was a stressful time for our family, Brian was so easy to work with. He always picked up the phone to answer questions during this whole process and was incredibly informative. The rest of the team was very helpful and very pleasant. It was an unfortunate circumstance but very glad that they were the ones to help me out!

I was rear-ended and my car had a lot of damage. I picked my car up yesterday after 3 weeks and it is beautiful. Everything is lined up perfect and the paint matches exactly. The staff was professional and kept me notified of the repair process. I would give them a 10 star rating if available. 😊

My experience was a seamless one. From arranging the drop-off of my vehicle to the actual drop-off of my vehicle, to regular updates of the progress of the work, and finally the pick-up of my vehicle. I could not have asked for more professional or friendly service. And the WORK that was done on my vehicle? It was beautiful. My car looked brand new! They even cleaned the inside (& let me tell you, I dropped it off very messy/dusty inside). I could not be happier! Thank you!!!

Pros: Good communication they contacted me every week giving updates on my car. Great results the dents was fix perfectly. They also cleaned the outside of the car. Cons: The inside of the car was dirty and the frunk was also dirty with leave etc

This was the smoothest car repair I've ever had. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but since our car was drivable this was so much better than being asked to drop it off before they were ready to work on it. After a walk around the rest of our experience happened almost exactly as forecast. I say almost because the car was actually done two days earlier than initially expected.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience. The intake process was thorough and I knew exactly what to expect, I was kept updated throughout the repair as to where things stood and anticipated pickup date, they dealt with the insurance company and even washed my car for me. Seeing two cute dogs and being given a delicious treat when I picked up the car made this an A+ experience! Oh and my Jeep looked and drove great when I left. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. It’s been a while since the last time I was impressed by genuine great service. Each employee I interacted with explained all the steps on their end and what to expect while being very nice. A huge plus was the text updates, I probably received messages every day with the status of my vehicle. Lastly, they were so kind to give me water and a treat before I left with my vehicle. They offer a 5-year warranty, which is great.

Overall, a great experience with the whole team! Only issues were a few delays near the end. My car looks beautiful!

I am SO IMPRESSED with this team. Everyone at Waldrons CARSTAR absolutely KILLED it. Every single person that I met and dealt with was truly above and beyond. Great communication, transparency, and skill. My car is my baby and I was so worried it wouldn’t look brand new again. I had front end damage and the put my car back together just like the day I test drove it at the dealership. Nikki at the front desk is truly an Angel. She was so prompt and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and always kept a strong, clear line of communication. Mike was the appraiser for the job and he was a ROCKSTAR. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my vehicle needed for repair and because if his extensive knowledge he was able to order all of the right things immediately and get the job done in a timely fashion. When I brought my car in, I was devastated, by the time I picked it up, I was over the moon with relief and happiness. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to all of my friends and family. I’m still extremely impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and skill sets.

Don’t walk… RUN away from this terrible business. This a was THE worst customer experience of my life. Dropped my car off on April 24th and got it back today 05/12 after weeks of them giving me a different story every time I called to check the status. I never received one call from them giving me an update without me calling first. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental which totaled 800 not including gas because of their negligence and horrendous service. The worst part was picking my car up after all of this expecting to have the interior at least returned to me the way I left it and was greeted with the pictures attached yes, that is someone’s dirty and used glove in the cup holder which I had to remove bare handed. They also didn’t even have the courtesy to fill my tires with air after working on it as indicated by the low pressure alert. Terrible service, terrible business, terrible experience. Don’t waste your time! Please find another shop. UPDATE: Was offered an apology and a free detailing (which should have been done at the end of service to begin with) I politely declined due to the horrendous experience I've already had here why would anyone return? I then asked for a monetary compensation and was offered an extremely generous $25 gift card to "clean my car" and was asked to update my review when I felt it was the right thing to do so here is your update… This place is a complete joke. A refund on my $1500 deductible or a portion of it would have been the right thing to do on your part being this was a $69,000 repair being paid to you by my insurance. I am certain a measly $1500 wouldn't put a dent in your bank account.

I got my truck keyed down the whole passenger side. I dealt with Nikki Rende from here. She helped make me a quick appointment and got my truck in and out of there quickly. They keep you updated along the whole process. The work done by everybody there was perfect and I'll be back if I ever need anything other work done.
