Last week I called to order a seat for a Mercedes Benz that it’s been on the yard for over 3 years, I spoke to the seller, and I agreed on AS IS no refund seat.
I was told the seat was going to be delivered on Wednesday and payment was going to be done upon delivered, today is Monday next week, called them to have an estimate when my seat was going to be delivered, someone told me over the phone that it needed to be prepaid in order to be delivered.
Never got a call from them to notify me about prepaid for it in order to be delivered, vehicle is at the shop all apart waiting for a freaking seat the was never delivered…
I own a small repair shop and was very impressed with the sales team and even happier with the service and quality of the part I bought! Definitely recommend them because not all salvage yards are legit!!
The Lancaster, MA store helped us with a part about a year ago. I went in to get help by offering to exchange the correct part with the wrong one. Jeff Weigold lied to me and said they do not keep records past 90 days and returns for 30 days. I went back in and David LeVeille produced the invoice for 1+ year back. He consulted the manager and came back telling me they couldn't take back a part from more than a year.

Been purchasing parts for a while on and off, I’ve never had an experience worth leaving a review for as most other interactions were not nearly as impressionable. Today I walked in to pickup an order I placed less than 12 hours ago (faster than Amazon) and I called and spoke with a gentleman named David, even the phone interaction was great, David was just eager to help. Recognized the order when I walked in and spared me from another person who was definitely not as eager to help.
Needless to say David L, people like you are what really stand out in today’s world. Just wanna show some appreciation for some real good customer service.
Got a motor for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Excellent experience overall. They shipped the motor right to my doorstep with all the accessories included like the ac compressor and alternator, which I wasn't expecting. Motor was a exact fit and runs flawlessly. Also local junkyards wanted just as much for higher mileage motors. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing place to deal with! I was looking for a door handle for my husbands car. Responded to my inquiry almost immediately and handle was shipped and at my door in Florida in 4 days . Alex was so professional to work with.
I bought a engine for my buick from them and I must say they were truly awesome. Had my exact motor for it and shipped it the next few hours. Kept me updated about my engine whereabouts the whole way and the funny part is,,my engine made it to the shop before the car did!!! Lol. Purchased a door from them and was assured it was a grade A. 24 hours later received a call stating the door was bent and not able to be sold. I would probably make sure the product is worthy of being sold before causing the headache of a refund.

I've been working with Chris to order an engine from Nationwide for over a month now, and while he has been super friendly he has made false promise after false promise and the engine is now shipping out a week AFTER it was supposed to ARRIVE. I was not planning on leaving this review but he has been consistently dropping the ball on this and this kind of service is completely unacceptable, no matter how apologetic you are. They're not even offering a refund for the $450 I paid for shipping almost a month ago.
Edit: they did end up refunding me for the cost of shipping + 10% the cost of the engine which was very nice, added an extra star back despite the delay.
Edited: manager named Alex gave me a call. He restored my faith in humanity. The man called, sincerely asked me about my story, and he immediately went above and beyond to make me feel valued, Sincerely. The man overnighted the parts that I had needed. He apologized for my negative experience. That's a family owned business that DOES CARE. It was no less than 24hrs and I had a phone call from him. I can solidly say, that man is a stand up dude. I will again be repeat customer just based off the fact that I know if I was to have a problem then it will be handled properly. Major KUDOS to manager Alex and his sincerity. If your looking for tough to find vintage BMW parts give them a try. They are clean, professional and they actually give a damn. Huge shout out to the team at nationwide for reaching out to make things right!!!
