I was very frustrated with this experience. The dumpster was running late due to a mechanical issue, and the owner was very nice on the phone. In return for the inconvenience, he offered us to keep the dumpster a few days extra. The dumpster ended up getting delivered late in the afternoon (instead of early morning) so we only lost a day, but since the man had offered extra time, we didn’t scramble and had planned to do our filling that weekend. Despite what the owner had told me, the dumpster got picked up after only 48 hours from when it was supposed to have been delivered originally. I called in to customer service and they never responded to me. I feel misled, and couldn’t believe they still charged us in full.

Very reasonable price. They arrived when they said they would. Jay and Sarah were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property. An overall great experience. A+++ I will recommend this company to everyone.

Junk King provided next day service and removed roughly 2 rooms of furniture. They arrived on time, were polite and were done in roughly an hour. It’s hard work, yet there were no complaints. I was very satisfied with the company.

Beware of deceptive pricing practices. I recently had a very disappointing experience with junk company. They initially attracted me with their low advertised price, which seemed like a great deal. However, after I made my order, I noticed that they had charged me a much higher price than what was agreed on. This practice is deceptive and dishonest. Upon contacting their customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with vague explanations and unhelpful responses. They refused to honor the agreed price or provide a refund for the difference. It seems that this company is intentionally misleading customers with bait-and-switch tactics. If you considering making a purchase from Junk I strongly advise you to be cautious. Double check all charges before finalizing your order and monitor your credit card for any discrepancies. This company does not seems to operate with integrity, and I would not trust them with my business again.

They had a truck malfunction when removing the dumpster damaged my driveway from having to pull the dumpster out and the had an oil spill on my driveway that will stain my driveway and due to their disclaimer, they are not held responsible for any damages to the property. They were quick to send me an email asking what they can do to help. But made sure they sent me the disclaimer first. But since have been unresponsive. I underStand it states they are no liable. But given some circumstances, there should be some wiggle room to that disclaimer. I will say that when booking the dumpster and having them drop it off was a seamless process and they made it very easy. I’m just not a fan of how immediately they’re “not liable” for the damage they caused to my driveway after their truck broke and oil spilt all over my driveway. Not anyone’s fault. But remain accountable please
