Recently hit a deer and was recommended this shop by a friend and insurance. The lady at the desk was very nice and explained when and how it would work. She was spot on my car did take 1 extra day then predicted but wasn’t the shops fault. They did a great job on fixing the car. I met with the owner when picking it up and he was just as great. Very honest straight forward people with great communication. When I heard the insurance was paid out before I got my car back I was a little nervous knowing a business could now take as long as they wanted or push me to the side a few extra days . But this shop proved me wrong and got me my car back asap I will defiantly use them in the future and recommend them to others.
They came highly recommended to me by a friend and they were the only shop around that could actually fix my vehicle! I tried for 6 months to find someone who could do the work and no one else could bc my car was from Canada. Idk why that was a barrier but they were the only ones who could help.
In the past year we had dents, a broken mirror and a complete rebuild on several cars. they did a fabulous job removing dents, painting and replacing that mirror. They are reasonable and above all HONEST!!! No phony damages here. I highly recommend them.
These guys did an amazing job on my wrx. Would never even have known she was hit and they returned her all clean on the outside and the inside! She looks beautiful and like a brand new, thank you guys!

Ive been working at dealerships for many years, and have seen tons of work from tons of different body shops.. Nothing comes close to Charlton City Autobody... My personal vehicle got hit and I had it towed over 50 miles to make sure the work was done by Steve and his crew, I have matte paint which is 2x as hard to paint and they did an amazing job!
These folks are wonderful. Twice my car was damaged in a parking lot; once when I wasn't there, and then again when I was in the car! Both times they were fair, honest, and quick. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
