I used A1 years ago to fix some things on my 95’ GXSR 750 ( new ignition, jetting with dyno tune ) work was great! Brought same bike back there recently with self diagnosis after Mathew and the team looked it over was not my problem. They fixed it ,even fixing other unknown issues. Price was fair and my bike is running strong. Will be back next time I have a problem 👍🏻
Worst shop in the area. Told me I could wait for my tire to be done then all of a sudden it was end of day, then next day. I missed 3 days of work because of them. DONT GO HERE. And to Matt the owner, if you delete my comment I will keep posting and eventually get a lawyer.
Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else!
They had my boat for over a month for a simple carburetor rebuild and they couldn't get it done or even give me the common courtesy of a phone call to update me.
Extremely unprofessional!

Had to make an appointment to have my four wheeler serviced. Dropped it off in November. It was a simple carburetor tuning. Took three months to get it back. Left multiple messages with them and never got a call back. Drop the four wheeler off with it running Just the float was stuck and it was pouring out gas. Got the four wheeler back, $400 bill and the four wheeler won’t even start now. And just so everybody knows I had multiple people tell me not to go there and now I know why.
Terrible Bike shop. Please find another place to get your bike fixed. Took 6 months to get my bike back, and they charged over 400$ for nothing. Terrible serive, terrible team. Just shouldnt even be a shop.
Waited 3 weeks to get my bike in the shop. Waited another month and didn't get any updates and come to find out they hadn't even touched it yet. Don't bother you won't get your stuff worked on.
I've been taking my Motorcycles to A-1 Parts in Brookfield for Years. I've Never had a problem with the work done on my cherished rides. Today I picked up my Honda VTX 1800cc R, after they performed numerous tasks for me this week, that I'm no longer capable of doing myself. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and every task was completed perfectly, they even found + ordered some after-market parts I've been unable to find myself,, anywhere ! When I see or hear people complain about this,,, and that,,, costs too much, labor is too high,, blah, blah, blah ! I have to LAUGH, it's a BUSINESS, They need to make a BUCK,,, And I'm Glad they are in our area to do the work, and get it done correctly, and in a timely fashion. As I mentioned I picked up my "Beast" and it's now riding like NEW again, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks A-1 ,, I'm ready for the season thanks to you.
These guys were so cool, got my inspection done in great fashion,super chill atmosphere, not rude, cool inside. Glad its local. Genuinly a great inspection spot.

A1Parts is very unprofessional. I talked with my father today and he mentioned that he left many voicemails to them and had not heard back about the status of his bike in a very long time. I had called last month asking about my fathers' bike concerning the status of putting and or fixing the camshaft and carburetors and was told you guys were waiting on a part so we decided to wait because that is all we could at the time. I am very disappointed that I called today and was told that the reason why my dad's bike had not been worked on is that they, "did not have the ability to take the time to do the job correctly and only have one mechanic full time". I spoke to the only full-time mechanic and that is what I was told by him. But nobody told us how long it would take, and or provided any time frame for the Suzuki to be fixed. I find it very unprofessional and no apology was even made. My dad has been waiting more than a month. I will be discussing with my father what he wants to do with his bike since it has been sitting there for weeks with no update at all. At least a phone call should be made notifying him of what is going on instead of him having to wait, calling the business, and waiting to hear back. My dad is an elder! I understand that the pandemic hit businesses very hard, places are backed up and the other reasons I was told over the phone as to the hold up of why my father's bike has not been worked on. However, for future reference, businesses should communicate effectively with their clients and provide feedback properly. Very unprofessional.
Prices are fair... How ever my jetski has been there ten months granted some of them were for the winter months but we are now in July and i went there in person and he keeps taking on more projects instead of finishing the ones he has
They have had my 4 wheeler since July 2020. I call repeatedly to find out the status and the response is it’s up on the lift, we are running a skeleton crew. No one ever calls you back even after asking for a call back. If you can’t fix it be honest! I can’t even imagine what they are going to charge me for the time they have had it 😡
Very nice people who do great work. Myself and my family all take our boats there for service and winterizing. They don't fluff prices or create problems like most shops. Pricing for their services is very reasonable. The hours they clock are honest and accurate. The owner is honest and goes out of his way to make sure everything is all set and you are satisfied. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Watch out they'll quote you one price and charge you more when you go to pickup.They promise to call before repairs are done so you know what is going on but don't.
I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the guys were. Good prices and they definitely know their stuff. I like being able to support local businesses and these guys make it easy to do that!
