This camp is great they have a lot of space and a large lake to swim or boat and even fish on. In the winter the ice is nice and snow looks beautiful over the lake. The facilities are some of the better ones I’ve seen across scout camps and camps in general. There are pavilions and composting toilets at camp sites. The parking lot isn’t very big but the camp is very walkable or bikeable. We came in winter and it wasn’t very busy also we’re blessed with snow so we built a snow shelter for the night.
I've only been here for my son's cub scout overnight camps. That said, it's a very nice, historic camp ground. Plenty.of space and activity areas to use for sports and games. Several platforms for those who prefer to use those for pitching a tent, as well as ample flat areas free of debris and roots.
Facilities are a bit dated, but that's to be expected!
Fantastic camp that offers a big program for its smaller size. Rifle, archery, swimming, tent and lean-to camping. Get involved with a BSA program to take advantage of a great location in Berlin just minutes from Hudson, Maynard and Stow, MA.
A good spot to camp out with a scout pack or troop. Unfortunately, the water wasn't working at our site. They have some fun play areas for the kids, fishing spots, and trails.
I went there for a day of activities for my Webelo 2 and it did not disappoint. They scouts were able to get some many activities accomplished and had a blast!
Camp Resolute is a great scout camp. The property is well maintained and has been enjoyed by scouts for countless decades. Their waterfront is small but enjoyable. Scouts can do kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, and more. Mess hall, ranges, and scout crafts are all centrally located for easy access between each other. Great woods for exploring and not super far away so easy to get to.
Very Peaceful and Beautiful especially this time of the year! I Highly recommend u Try this place. Yes u can swim but it's for Bolton people Only which Stinks! It's a Cool place to sit in your car and Chill! Read, play on your phone, no one bothers u! Excellent place to see the Fall colors of the leaves!
I have enjoyed every year I spent at this camp, both as a youth participant and adult leader, from summer camp to off-season activities. I've spent about 3 months of my life, nonconsecutively of course, at Resolute. Extremely nice staff every year! You feel like family here.
A great scout camp, close to central and eastern mass, close to highway so makes for an easy weekend campout for troops. Nice sites with plenty of room. For summer camp, a great program and welcoming for provocative scouts.
A first-rate Boy Scout camp conveniently located in central Massachusetts. Camp Resolute has it all, the large Doc's easily accommodate row boats & canoes. The buildings are plentiful, well kept, and well-marked. Camp Resolute is everything you ever wanted in a Boy Scout camp.
I absolutely love this place!! I'm currently working here as part of the staff and its amazing, Highly reccomend this place yo anyone who likes camping. There are two sides to the camp, one side of the camp is for Cub Scouts who want to enjoy camping but don't have to stay overnight. Also, theres the Resident side for Boy Scouts who want the full experience and stay for the week.
I attended Cub Scout and Boy Scout camp at Camp Resolute growing up. I worked there for a few summers. I have fond memories of my time with friends at the camp. Years have passed but the camp still continues on with the same traditions. Last time I went swimming at the public access I got to watch the camp running their relay race. It is a great place.
Great camp, had an enjoyable weekend camping. Not sure I appreciated the gate being locked and no camp master on site. Other than that, would definitely come here again.
Terrific spot to visit during the off-season when the camp is closed. It seems as though every largemouth bass in Little Pond hangs out within a cast of the camp waterfront. Mostly smaller fish, but every now and then ...
They made lunch a "buffet style" instead of what it used to be which was each table gets a plate of food so now there's a 40 minute line going out the door and none of my friends get to sit with each other anymore because one of us finishes before we even get food
I was Camp Resolute today as a volunteer to help get the camp ready for the Boy Scouts. The camp looks looks like it is a lot of fun. There are many different camping areas. There is a nice pond to swim or canoe in.
