They don’t even open on weekends. They should take down that they are open on Saturdays. No one is ever there in office and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone either. Just an automated answering service

Got a great offer for a car we junked. Beat all other offers by almost double! Quick, seamless, and yard workers were super nice!

Transmission died on my old car. I’ve given my last 5 dead cars to them over the past 10 years. The one he picked up today will be the last one. He called the morning of pick up to ask if it had flat tires, missing wheels or anything that required a flat bed. Said “nope. no need for a flat bed.” Guys comes, gives me my check for the car and scuffs my truck when he leaves. No damage so no harm no foul. Guy calls me about an hour later. Says there’s no cat in the car. Told him he didn’t ask anything about a cat, only if he would need the flat bed. His response was, “well, now I don’t feel bad for hitting your truck.” I wasn’t very polite from that point forward but neither was he. Long story short: unprofessional, expects you to answer questions that he forgot to ask, and blames you when he realizes his mistake. The check he gave me hasn’t cleared at the bank yet so this story might be getting an update.
