Good place to get parts fast and efficient food quality. Only had one problem with one guy once gave me a hard time when I got the wrong parts on a old Chevy van like it was my fault I gave him the plate number. I get it I hate my job too. It’s a garbage industry on both ends.
If they don't have it you don't need it seriously, they have everything you need and even if you have to specially order something, they will do it for you and you come and pick it up when it arrives.... it helps us have a safe vehicle getting to the races that's my bike a 2012 CRF250R only 60.4 hours on it as of now, gem Parts Keeps Us driving a safe vehicle thanks Kevin have a nice day
If you're looking for a great place to get auto parts, whether as an individual or as an auto repair shop, this is an excellent choice! If they don't have it, they can probably get it, and personally I love supporting small, local businesses. Great choice!
Customer service is extremely slow . The staff is rude . And more importantly the prices are way higher than auto zone. I went in for ford econoline coils . Pretty simple stuff. Gem wanted $500 , auto zone was half the price . Don’t even bother here , they don’t value the customers that walk in.
20 mins on hold, then 10 minutes standing at the counter for the privilege of watching the counter staff fight with their computers, only to find they don't stock anything I needed. Next time I won't bother wasting time on hold Or visiting!
