Park on corner of Carter st and 4th st and walk to the location to inform them about your pickup/drop.
They’ll tell you to make a turn(from the building shown in picture) and backup to location facing 4th street.
It might look very difficult but 4th Street is very wide, wide enough to make turns easily.

Coming at 1 North take exit Webster Avenue then again take 1 South nd take first exit carter Street nd then go straight nd dock doors are on fourth street but u have to go backwards. Call them before backing up they will help you for backing as it is a blind back.
