This place is a joke. My husband tried to sell his car to them and for two days the tow truck driver never showed up. The excuse he got was the driver tried to call but no one answered. The driver never called! When he contacted the company they offered to send the tow truck to get the car but said they would have to mail the payment. No way! Shady operation. Beware!
After several inquiries, SMJC contacted me immediately, made me an offer and put me in touch with the tow company, Leo's Auto Removal, and 24 hrs later my car was fine, cash in hand.
Brittany (SMJC) was a pleasure to work with as well as Richard from Leo's. I was impressed with how he quickly and quietly maneuvered my car that didn't start on a small street (I watched from the window).

It's real. I had my 2003 Nissan Altima parked in the driveway for over a year. I was going to junk it when my Mom mentioned these types of places that buy old cars in any condition. I looked in to it and got the best price offer here. It's super easy put in your correct contact info and someone calls you right away so you are actually speaking to a person in your area. I sold my 2003 Nissan Altima for $298.00 I had no problems they were quick no hassle or tricks. Not bad when I was just going to junk it. You can ask for a check in hand the day they pick up the car or have the money mailed to you. I asked for the check in hand. I deposited it the same day and 😁 had no issues.

I don’t typically write reviews, because I just don’t care to. I also don’t care for people & their inability to interact with one another. That said, I contacted several junkyards in my proximity expecting to get taken advantage of. Only one conducted themselves like they were a business that actually cared. I wish I were exaggerating, but it was a sad string of phone calls.

I truly think all of the good reviews are fake, this company is extremely unprofessional. I have a car with a broken clutch that’s not worth fixing and I needed it towed and scrapped. I called this place due to all the positive reviews and spoke with Cristina.
I can tell the people working there know nothing about cars as she asked me if my car would need its battery jumped after I said the clutch is broken. I think the battery is the least of my problems to get the car moving.
I was asked questions about the condition of the car and if it’s been been in any accidents which shouldn’t matter if you’re selling a car for scrap price. I was initially offered a whopping $93 for my car. The last offer I received was around $197 which still isn’t one I would consider.
I was badgered into sending pictures of my car and then the VIN. I said I would send the VIN once I got home from work. When I was about to leave work I got a phone call about how I didn’t send it. The constant calls were annoying and borderline harassment.
If you want a decent price for your car and to work with a respectable business steer very clear of this place.
Great customer service, Jonathan was SUPER helpful and made the entire process stress free! This was my first time getting rid of a car and I was nervous, but everything went very smoothly. Scheduled my pickup a week ahead so that I would have my new car, they came and picked up my car, gave me my check and was on their way after 30 minutes. Would recommend to my friends/family. The representative Jonathan was extremely helpful and told me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. I am very pleased!
Refused to give my cell number when they "needed to call me back" (I offered to remain on hold).. 2 minutes later they were texting me!!?? I asked them to please never contact me again. $100 offer for a car that is drivable.. new tires are worth more than that alone. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.

He replied to my online inquiry promptly, quoted a fair price for my truck, allowed me to choose a day for pickup, and was there to answer any questions I had between the quote and the pickup. The tow truck driver was really nice, called me with an ETA about 45 minutes before he got to my house, and took it away without a single issue. It was absolutely painless and a lot easier to set up then I thought it would be! I would definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family!
I recomend this place 100%, absolutely amazing customer service who walk you through each step of getting the best deal for your car. They came and picked my car up for free even when I wasn't able to be home for the time of pick up and left the check in my mail box.
Great experience! We found out that our car needed a new engine when we took it in for brakes-Sell My Junk Car’s Sandra offered me $1025 when the dealer offered $200 for trade in! Even with the engine failing and the fact that it had been rear-ended! Sandra was pleasant and guided me through the whole process, even requesting photos in hopes of offering me more money. We talked on Tuesday and the car was pick up by 8:30 AM on Wednesday and the check was in the bank by 9:30! I got 5 times what the dealer offered me and it took about 15 minutes including the “on my way” call and friendly conversation at pick up with our timely tow truck, Ryan. Honestly, this process was so easy and financially rewarding, I am blown away that I had never heard about it before. Kudos to this company-they are on to something! I only wish I had heard about it before I traded in my previous car. I’ll never lose money at the dealer again!
Very professional and it’s super easy process to sell the car. They were even able to take the car from the drive way while I was away at work. Had a wonderful experience with these folks about a week ago. The friendly driver came right to my house, pulled the car around where he needed it and hitched it up as he needed. Paid fairly for my beat-up old Toyota! The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule the pickup was also incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process, even going so far as to confirm that I was satisfied with the deal after it was done! They really go above and beyond for customer satisfaction!
