I was recently involved in a highway accident, and while the experience was incredibly stressful, I was amazed by how quickly help arrived. The tow truck showed up in under 15 minutes, and I was fortunate to have Andy as the driver. Andy was not only prompt but also incredibly kind and compassionate during a moment when I truly needed it. Since I didn’t have anyone nearby to pick me up, Andy generously offered to take me to the closest gas station so I could grab a coffee and wait for my ride. That simple act of kindness meant the world to me. Thank you, Andy! Your thoughtfulness made a big difference.

I had a tire going flat today, and A1 really pulled through for me. I had help in about 30 minutes, and it was a quick turnaround. The driver was patient, personable, and efficient. If I needed help again and I knew A1 was close by, I would definitely call.

Had a coolant hose blow on me and needed a tow. A1 came to pick me up, and I used them to repair my coolant issue. Incredibly great communication by the shop. Would definitely return for any repair needs as well! Highly recommend.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with John the owner at A1 affordable. I originally took my 1967 camaro there for a wheel alignment and to get my front end raised 2 inches because it was riding too low. John told me it would take a week to do. Come a week and a half later I call to check in and was told John was out sick for a week. A courtesy call by John or one of his staff would have been much appreciated but no attempt was made to notify me. Got my Camaro back but had to take it back because it was still riding too low. John told me to bring it in on a Monday and that he might be able to finish the work that same day. Called later on that Monday and he says he hasn't been able to start on it because he was busy. I understand and ask if he could finish it by Thursday to his reply "I don't see why not, that's a good window." Come Wednesday afternoon I call to check in and he says he was only able to pull the Camaro into the garage. I tell him that I kind of need the Camaro back Thursday morning around 9 or 10am and he flips out on me and tells me to just come grab my Camaro because I'm rushing him. What a complete waste of time and money dealing with John and his unprofessionalism. I highly recommend taking your auto repair jobs elsewhere unless you want your time to be wasted like mine. I would give only one star but his staff was quite friendly.

Had a great experience!!! I was having issues with my vehicle. I called and immediately they had a driver coming to tow my car out for me and properly diagnosed the issue. Front desk was very helpful, affordable pricing and the drivers were efficient and kind!!! Would recommend!

Assume if A1 Towing handles your car you'll receive it back with damage., in my case, over $1,600 worth. Also assume, when the damage is noticed and you call multiple times to speak with the owner that he won't call back, which he didn't. You have one job and that's to tow a car safely and store it on your grounds. Glad A1 takes on the additional responsibility of destroying something that doesn't belong to them, as confirmed by the police.

AAA pulled a no show when called to tow our vehicle. A1 took my middle of the night phone call and immediately provided us with a tow. Mark fixed the vehicle for us. He was so helpful, calling us along the way to explain what was going on. I highly recommend and will continue to use their services in the future.

If there was a NO STAR, this would have been it. The worst of customer service by a rude person on the phone, yelling swearing, calling customers names. She need to know she is representing a business. She admitted they do not have Atlas for RMV verification of insurance to release a towed vehicle. I asked her what she will need to get my customer's car out. She wants proof of insurance. Do you need an Insurance ID? Binder? Dec Page? She doesn't have a clue, instead kept yelling 'I need proof of insurance'. You are lucky you probably work for your family; No one in their right mind will hire a person like this for work. The very worst!!!!!

I’m all for supporting businesses but I just can’t let this slide.This company has absolutely no integrity. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very rude people. My car was impounded due to an expired registration. I was told by the company that the only way I could get the car was by being the registered owner of the vehicle, or under the insurance. I was on neither. My aunt who stays in a complete other state registered it for me. She’s a travel nurse. I asked if I could give them a “notarized” letter from my aunt(registered owner) authorizing me to have the vehicle removed from their lot as to avoid the $35 they charge you a day just for the car being there. I was told they wouldn’t accept. 3 weeks later, I’m still unable to get the car registered under my name so I spoke to the state police who had my car towed in the first place. i was told A1 would accept a notarized letter. When I went to give them the letter I made it clear that I had asked if they could accept the very same letter 3 weeks prior and was told no. The lady that told me no said she would never say that. I mean, why would I want my car to stay there in the first place? Of course i asked about the letter seeing as though the that is the ONLY alternative that could work in my favor. Now they charged me over $1000 just for my car being there. And they even charge you to have the vehicle towed out! The address on my license is in providence, but I live in Taunton. They wouldn’t tow it to Taunton because it’s not an address listed on my license. I had a horrible experience with them and I truly wouldn’t recommend them to anybody! They’re wrong and are looking for ways to make money off you by all means. It’s actually very sad , and I know I’m not the only person that has had such a rip off experience with them. They carry themselves as if they have no care for the people they’re dealing with. They just want your money. What a scam!

We bought my daughters first car here. Very easy to deal with and reasonable prices. There ended up being an issue with some Paper work and Kyle went way above and beyond to rectify the issue without it causing us any hassle. To show their appreciation for our understanding they took the car for the sticker, realized the ac wasn’t Working correctly and fixed it free of charge. A few weeks later had another very minor issue, and to our surprise they took care of that as well. Would recommend to anyone for buying a used car and having mechanical work done as well. Will certainly be a returning customer.

My car was towed due to accident and A1 was the company that towed. I needed to get to the lot to pick up my belongings. I was less than pleasant went I went into office. Did not matter to them. They still treated me with kindness and respect. I was pleased to know that they had found my wallet in the car and very kindly placed it in glove box. What a relief. Here is another thing that spoke volumes to me. They have a sign to drive slow as to watch for birds. How nice is that. Further more, I was talking to an employee about and by chance was able to see the birds they were watching out for. Anyhow, being in an accident is challenging enough. To have this positive experience made a difficult situation less difficult.

My 2 friends and I got a flat tire and we had to call Triple A and Triple A sent over A1 Affordable. They took over an hour to get to us and the guy Steven decided it was a great idea to bring a girl with him. Steven was a skinny guy, young, with glasses. Meanwhile, they drove by us while we were waiting for them and then it took them another 45 minutes to get to us. When he got there he whipped into the parking lot and did not even tell us anything he didn’t tell us how to drive with the donut. I will never be using this company again.

I was connected to A1 Affordable through my insurance (Allstate) for a tow. A1 didn’t properly “refuse” the service on their end, and I was waiting (in my broken down, cold car) for several hours waiting for their estimated arrival time to come. When it came and went I gave them a call to get a status check. I was rudely informed that they didn’t accept my offer because they’re “moving away from” working with Allstate. Instead of notifying me, the customer, that they did want to tow me, they just ignored the pending agreement. They still refused to help even at this point. A simple phone call hours prior would have been the right choice.
