I had an incident that left me with a blown tire and damage to my car. AAA assigned Marc's and they sent David. It was already a stressful situation and David was so kind, efficient, and warm. I was upset before he arrived and he was calming and just a fundamentally nice human. This is everything when dealing with someone who is having to call for car issues or a tow and is already overwhelmed - and also kindof rare anymore, sadly. There aren't enough stars to give for this review. Thanks, David. You are a treasure!
Marc's was the only local company that could/would help tow a car out of a difficult drive was. The driver was excellent at getting the car to the destination. He was polite and helpful.
I locked my keys in the car, with the engine on (not my finest moment) on a Sunday in January when the snow was coming down fast. Marc’s Auto Service arrived 12 min after I called and it felt like a miracle. Thank you for such excellent service. It really made my day!

The Marc's Auto Service driver was terrific. He carefully drove my Tesla with a low voltage battery problem on to his ramp, and tied down the four wheels without any contact with the body. He was a pleasure to work with.

Marc’s showed up incredibly fast, especially in a rural area. We were very pleased with our service. Our young man was attentive and polite! I would recommend them 100 times over.
The kid showed up with a bad attitude and was not very skilled at the task at hand which took him longer than he expected apparently. Driver arrived at mechanics complaining as well. A bad look but giving the company two stars because the job got done afterall.
Adam was great towed my mustang on thanksgiving night and was supper nice. Respond time was on point I give him more stars if I could also fantastic prices.
Was told it would be 25 minutes took over a little hour which I can understand. Driver showed up to change. The tire cost is going to be 125. Said one of the lug nuts was stripped he couldn’t do it I was towed 2 miles to the used tire warehouse in Wareham. They said there was no issues with the lug nut 2 mile tow ended up being $190.
Had contacted AAA about a battery problem and got sent John from Marc’s Auto. He was so kind and walked me through everything! Replaced my battery quick. Definitely recommend.
I had a car that needed to be towed to my mechanic. The driver pulled up and wenched my car onto the tow truck as he should. He asked me what was wrong with the car and I was like a coolant leak. I told him not to drive it. When the driver got to my mechanics, all on video, he backed my car off the tow truck and revved the engine like an idiot in the parking space. My mechanic ran out of the shop and asked him what he was doing. He proceeded to call my mechanic derogatory terms. It went from a coolant issue to a whole timing belt issue. A lot of damage when he was told not to drive it. Then I call and ask for the manager or the owner and I called several days in a row and no return phone call. They are the absolute worst, thank God my mechanic has video of this because it’s totally unbelievable that someone would Drive your car like that and you told them not to. Absolutely sleazy. Then the owner not to be professional enough to call you back.
Adam arrived shortly after my call. He was professional and very nice. He charged my battery and I was on my way. I’ve used Marc’s Towing before and they’re good to deal with when you’re in a stressful situation!
In response to an AARP Roadside Services call, Marc's arrived promptly, was very polite and helpful. Would surely take advantage of their services again.
They showed up in time. The driver was courteous and took great care with my vehicle. Vehicle was dropped off safely at the mechanic in a timely fashion.
This was a salvage pick up. Driver (Adam) arrived 30 minutes earlier than quoted pick up time...which was good. Adam did introduce himself. He was very professional, courteous and performed the task in a safe manner having to load the vehicle on the side of the road. Overall excellent job.
Everything went as good as it could be when I locked my keys in my truck. They did everything they said they would do. And showed up within 20 min of when I called. And it was 630AM when I called. I was on my way by 715. And there was no hidden charges the price was what they said it would be. And the guy they sent out was great. He talked thru everything he was doing because he could tell I was interested in how to do it with all the features the GMC has to deter theft.
The driver showed up sooner than expected, which was a great surprise. He was Professional and reassuring, which mean I’m not so great situation a little better. Great job!
My husbands car broke down while we had our newborn baby with us. Marc’s showed up extremely quickly, and the driver was friendly and efficient which helped make a stressful situation (for me as a new mom) not so bad.

I called Marc's for a tow and the person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and pleasant and scheduled me for a same day tow. The driver called me in advance so I could meet him at the vehicle and he was super nice and helpful. He arrived before me and kindly waited for me without any issues. Il highly recommend Marc's and will call them again if I need any towing service in the future. No need to call anyone else!

RJ was great, treated my car exceptionally. Always a wonderful experience using Marc’s, The last company that Hagerty sent for my Triumph had me waiting four hours before I finally canceled the tow and specifically requested Marc’s.
