Really bad. Caled for a part. They told me that they need to confirm if it still available. (Songs bad inventory) They asked for my number to call me back later. They never called me. I called 2 times on a same day and no results. Next day I call again and they didn't had an answer for me. I end out going to another place.

Never ships your part or responses, had to open a paypal case

They definitely do not train their employees regarding phone manners, interrupts every second and will not let me ask any questions. Avoid this junkyard

Called several times for a part. Kept saying the next day over and over again and last day they wouldn’t give me an eta. What a waste of time and a terrible way to treat customers. Will not be doing business with them

Horrible customer service. Inquired about junking a car, called 3 or 4 times with each call promising a call back which never came.

After one week and a total if 8 phone calls they still could not give me a answer on the part I needed. Each phone call came with a promise to call me back. Never happened. The lady on the phone is very rude. I guess I needed the part more than they needed the sale. Just to be clear, they have the part I wanted, but "needed to move cars around to get to it" and after a week of no apparent attempt to get the part it was time to move on. As a suggestion to the owners, be honest. If I was told the situation from the start I would have decided to wait or move on. And saved you this review.

I purchased a used engine but found that the engine was not usable. Angle took back the engine and refunded all of my money. I appreciate that he stood behind his parts. I would definitely buy again.

I been getting parts from Salvage yards for over 30yrs..this guy tried to scam me..wanted me to pay for a part that wasn't even out yet and i asked for a title and says yeah yeah pay now and come back later..this guy's a JOKE!!...,..STAY AWAY YOU BEEN WARNED..!!..(SMH)

Angel is a great guy, always has the parts im looking for, or can find them for me. He also has some good cars on the front line if you need one!

Went to Angels to buy a Drive Shaft for my SUV. I called 2 days prior and the nice lady answered the phone told her what i needed. She asked me to hold pn so she comes back n says " yes we have one the guys will pull it out of the car for you and when they are done we will call you". Well with in 2hrs she called n said i was all set come down n p/u the part the guys will out it in the back of your vehicle for you. Angels Auto is located in plympton MA, very nice ppl great prices and you don't get dirty pulling the parts you need for your car, truck etc. Oh yeah when you go into their office make sure you close the door they have a cockatoo that flys around a lil plus limes to walk on the flr...too cute

Angels took care of me had my parts next day just like I was told by the owner great price for what I needed . 4 🌟. Ill be back there for sure . go local

Bad Business, gave me the run around on a part for 4 days. Said they would call me back each time i called looking for update on the part when it didn't arrive when promised. On the 4th time i called the told me they didn't have the part.

The worst service I’ve ever received. I’m convinced this is a company full of a bunch of clueless people, defiantly not a professional establishment. They told me they’d pick up my car on the day before I was moving. They never showed. Answered the phone once out of 10 phone calls and all they said was “I’ll call you back after I talk to the driver” Ruined my whole moving plan. This makes peddle look very bad.

Picked up a steering wheel and a few miscellaneous parts. Carlos at the front desk was very helpful. Will do business again & highly recommend. Thanks

Horrible service, very poor. Highly do NOT recommend. Waited 3-4 hours on a Friday waiting on them. I call, they say the manager will call me back, I wait. No call, then I call back, no answer. Wait until next day, call, they said it was still scheduled for the next day. So then it’s now the next day, and the day my car was supposed to be removed. And nothing. I wait from 3:30-7, and have them a call around 5, no answer. Then cal again around 6, they actually learned how to answer a phone. Well kind of. So I call and ask where the driver is. They then say they’ll call back in a couple minutes so the can contact the driver. Well about 10-15 minutes go by. So I call back. Of course, no answer. Give it a little time, still no answer. So it’s now 7:30 and I have finally changed whose picking up my car. Never will I recommend this place. And already told Peddles on how unsatified I am. Very very poorly runned.

Great customer service. Picked up my car right away and paid the agreed price. Definitely recommend this company. Have heard that past business with them weren’t the best but as of now they have improved a lot.

I called Pedal who were very nice, great customer service! They set me up with Angels Towing who were horrible! They made us wait all day and when the towing guy got there he had the wrong towing truck - a small truck with a motorized hookup in the back and he couldn’t get the car on it. My husband talked to the boss and he said they would take care of the fees and come up with a flatbed on Monday. So we told the tow guy to call his boss but he wouldn’t, he just kept saying “give me money and paper over and over! My husband was so aggravated he just gave him the money back! Feeling ripped off! Waste of time and money that they promised! Wouldn’t give Angels one star! All the towing guy had to do is call his boss but the idiot wouldn’t!

Worst experience ever! I was connected to this company through Peddle on a Wednesday morning, and was told Peddle that I would receive a call from Angels that day, which I never did. I called them myself in the early afternoon because the car was at the mechanics and we needed to get it out that day. The girl on the phone said she would try to squeeze us in and that she would call us back in 15-20 minutes. She never did. I called back in the morning to get a time estimate of when it would be picked up that day. Girl on the phone said the driver was behind schedule but that she would call us back in 15-20 minutes with a time. She never called back (surprise, surprise). I called back myself an hour later and told them that I needed to get the car out of the mechanics lot as soon as possible. I talked to a man who said he would come down and get the car himself between 5-6 pm and that he would call around 430 pm to confirm he left. He never called or came to pick up the car!! I tried to contact him through the regular phone number and the mobile number and I couldn’t get through on either of them! So I wasted my time driving 40 minutes to the mechanics for them to not even show up. I called back Friday morning and the girl said that she thought the driver could come get it at 1130 am but that she would call him and confirm then call back in a little. She finally called back and said he would definitely be there between 1-130 pm. Annoying but it needed to be picked up so I agreed. I was at the mechanics at 1245 to wait for them. Between my boyfriend and myself, we had to call them 5 times to get through to them while I waited because it took so long for them to show up. The driver finally came around 3 pm. They took the car and I got the money, but it was 1000000% not worth the hassle. DO NOT do business with this company if you can help it!! Not worth it at all!

I'm happy with the way Angel himself followed through with picking up my vehicle even after hours to make sure I was a satisfied customer, he kept me updated and paid me the exact amount I was quoted. thank you angels towing for your help, I am a satisfied customer through peddle,that will recommend you to others!

Horrible customer service doesn't even deserve a star. They agreed to pick up my junk car but had to wait days. Then on agreed day I had to call and confirm and was told to expect a call after 45 min. 2 hours later I called again and got in touch with an extremely rude man who them confirmed AGAIN that they would DEFINITELY be picking up the car that night, and they would call when they were on there way between 5 and 6. 6 o'clock came no call no show. I then called 5 times left a voicemail and had someone call the managers office, which should be open after hour but went right to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and down right rude to make a customer wait days then hours for you to not even call and cancel!

Absolutely horrible in communication with his customers. Very rude & never answers his voicemails, calls, or texts. Once you agree to a price or location to meet, he will change the entire plans last minute. Very inconvenient dealing with Angel. Good prices but not worth the hassle & constant let downs. Needs work on professionalism
