I needed a tire right away. I could not get to work. I had a very limited budget. They were busy but took my number. About an hour later they called and said they could help me. I had tire before lunch time. Totally made my day. I was extremely aggravated before I talked to this place because all the other places I called weren't willing to work with me at all. Souza Auto was the only place that wanted to help me. I forgot the guys name but I know that he's in charge. Totally saved me. And it was very obvious he wanted to help me. I will never go anywhere else for my car.

I went to Souza Automotive recently in hopes I'd find a mechanic who wouldn't over-charge me (as the previous place I was going to did). I actually trust Steve & his mechanics!! I left feeling relieved that I would no longer be charged extreme amounts of money for car repairs or lied to by my mechanic. I'm so relieved to have a place to bring my car when needed. I highly recommend Steve & his team. : )
After a well known chain told me I needed new u joints for 600$, Souza’s Auto sprayed some lubricant on the parts in question. My steering has never been better and he saved me 600$ !

Excellent service. Realistic estimate and time to complete. I was kept informed at every step and decision point of whether to do work on an older car. Not a single hint of an upsell and quite contrary Rick hada candid discussion about my long term plans for the car. Helped me to decide on needed versus nice but not necessary work to be done. I would definately go back. When you find a trusted mechanic........ dont change.

I got my breaks done here. I absolutely love them and will be going back for all maintenances. I needed my front breaks done and he squeezed me in that day as well as when I returned to do my rear breaks. Five stars for sure!
Incredibly nice, thoughtful, efficient, and accommodating staff. It's a small, busy shop (because they're good), so patience may be required if they are swamped, but patience is golden. Excellent work for fair rates.
Rick is one of the best mechanics around, I do not go to anyone else.
He just saved me over a thousand dollars on my car by welding the exhaust system/muffler back together instead of replacing the whole thing like some other mechanics would. He really is the best.
