I am writing to report an unsettling incident involving one of your drivers in Plymouth this morning around 11:30-12:00 p.m. While I was legally yielding to oncoming traffic at a flashing yellow light, the driver began honking aggressively, pressuring me to proceed despite it being unsafe to do so.
What makes this situation even more troubling is that my young son was seated in the back of my vehicle at the time. Following the incident at the light, the same driver continued to display reckless behavior by tailgating before he merged onto Route 44 from Commerce Way.
This type of conduct is both unsafe and unprofessional, and I hope it is addressed promptly to help ensure the safety of other motorists and families on the road.
I called AAA and they sent marcs towing i had the driver Jack B ....he's only been driving wrecker 1 month and was ama,in very professional and I can say this as I personally owned and drove wreckers 19 years great job very professional and courteous ....yall have a great driver don't loose him!!!
I didn’t get the triple a Text to be able to give my technician Adam b 5 stars he was awesome, super quick, super professional and nice. And on time, despite it being a busy day! Thank you! It’s awesome to have someone help you out when you have a flat and cannot fix it yourself! Thankfully, I was not stranded for long at all
Tow truck driver Troy was very DISRESPECTFUL!! He mentioned how he had been to my house before and wasn't happy about that...He treated us like we were bothering him...He felt the need to ask my son in law how old he was (Trying to pick a fight and my son in law is 26) and went on to say how he was 40....Just very miserable and probably having relationship problems and took it out on our household. Very poor service and AAA has been notified of how terrible he treated us.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Unlike many they’re not looking to take advantage of your woes but instead do fair and good business helping people. Both my driver and dispatch went above and beyond to take care of me turning a bad day into a good one. Shout out to driver Seth!
Don’t know anything about this company besides that they employ drivers who don’t care about other vehicles. Had a driver in a huge tow truck pull out of a parking lot requiring me to slam on my brakes with my 3 kids in the car then proceeded to flip me off and use crude hand gestures. Sure doesn’t say much about the company when you employ people who have no regard for how they drive
Will use again, they were able to help me out in a pinch, I did experience a slight issue with car delivery but they did everything in their power to rectify the situation quickly, while staying professional and courteous. 10 out of 10 will recommend and use again
Had a AAA tow from Wareham, asked the operator to put the truck on end of driveway , he said no problem but left it in the middle of the driveway and took off .
What a jerk.
A responsible company would not drop a car so there are no spaces left . You should send a better driver out to push the car back.
Never use this company, we will let AAA know of our lousy experience.
We needed our car towed an hour from where we broke down and I can not speak highly enough about this company. The customer service on the phone was exceptional and the driver was timely and very kind. I hope my car never breaks down again but I would not think to use any other company!
Ive used Marc’s towing in the past and had great experiences. However one of my trucks broke down pulling a trailer. They “impounded” both truck and trailer, locked it in their yard. I went to pick them up, the receptionist said i might be able to make it in time but it was getting close to closing time. I show up and they wont let me get my truck and trailer because the lot was “closed”. I went there the next day to pick up my truck and trailer. They wouldn’t let me pay with check or card it had to be cash…. So i had to drive up the street to pull out enough cash to pull out my dump truck, trailer. Ohh yeah they added a “commercial vehicle fee” for a gas dump truck and trailer. I was billed for 2 days at this rate as well even though it had only been less than 24 hours. Adding insult to injury. Now I will do all I can to avoid this company. Its too bad because I had such great experiences with them in the past and thought they were trustworthy. A very rare thing to come by these days.
My car had an issue and I called AAA - Marc's towing came within 10 minutes! Cole the operator was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! He treated my car with kid gloves. I've used Marc's towing before and they are the best! Thanks to Marc's Towing and to Cole!!!

On a Sunday morning before 6 am I had a tire blow out after exit 3. The car I bought used a year ago did not come with the key lug. Desperate, I called AAA , within 20 min Andrew showed up from Marc’s. I asked him if he could take it to the yard and I would pick up later. I later realized I did not communicate I would pick up later that day. After speaking to Sean, he called me back and told me they towed to their shop to work on it tomorrow. Oh no. I live 75 miles away, that won’t work. Sean called his boss and they did me a solid and made my car available to me despite it being closed on Sunday. I can’t express my gratitude enough, what a great company.
I needed a tow from Plymouth to Middleborough on a Friday night. The driver was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and treated my car and me with respect!!! Very professional. I am very impressed with this young man & business. I highly recommend them!
Very rude and unprofessional. We asked the driver which way was he dropping off the vehicle since we have a split driveway. He got upset when we asked to let us pull out a car from the driveway ( so we don’t get blocked in) the driver Got upset curse and said he’s just going to drop it off on the road. Left our vehicle in front of our neighbors property almost blocking their driveway. We would never use Marc’s towing again, and filed a complaint with AAA.
