They really pulled through for a part for my man. We had been looking for a certain part and been to multiple junkyards. They helped us pull the piece and be on our way! Thank you again!

Edit: because they think they can be all pleasant in the replies when that is the complete opposite of how they were in person; If you check all bags, wonderful, check all bags. But do not check bags only after and not before. That’s ridiculous. You can’t just take something out of someone’s bag and say “too bad, it’s ours now” and act like you caught a thief. You didn’t catch a thief but you did catch the wrong one. The 3 staff in the front were frantically looking for a sign like they claimed was “posted everywhere”. She found one hidden one behind a window behind people when they walk in that says “we check all bags”. No one would’ve argued with that if you did check all bags going in. But you only enforce the rule after the fact when people were unaware of it. Cute. It’s absolutely ridiculous the lengths I went through to get what they took out of my mechanic boyfriend’s bag. Sickkkkkk.

Called about a transmission for my car. I was told that the car the transmission came from had 40,000 miles on it. The person I talked to kept repeating what a good deal it is and that I wouldn't find another transmission with only 40,000 miles. After doing a VIN check I found that the car had almost 90,000 miles so I asked for the price to be reduced and I was told no. How can you trust a place that lies this significantly about the mileage? Their response is a lie as well. They didn't think the 9 was a 4. I said the mileage was ALMOST 90,000. The mileage was 89,884 exactly. See attached pics from the auction they bought the car from. How do you get 40,000? LIAR, LIAR LIAR!!!! Never provided an explanation either. Also, I didn't threaten to give her a bad review to get a lower price. I told her I was giving them a bad review as the last thing I said because of her POOR ATTITUDE, RUDENESS AND NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR GIVING AN EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY.. Lastly, Thank you I purchased a transmission in NY with less mileage and for less money. Big time Liars. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Fake business. Was quoted $50 for a steel rim, was in stock. Told the guy I am on the way. When I got there, it was on a car, and the price went up to $100.
Got my tires, matt, and sneakers dirty with oil and mud mix in their parking lot. Dirty business, which seems more like a going out of business weed shop.
Would not recommend. Do not waste your time, there are still a few other good second hand parts businesses in Ma.
The woman at the front desk is amazing! Actually, the entire staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with was. I bought a used battery and got a great deal and a 1 year warranty. The two ladies at the front are very helpful and nice. They had a $10 minimum, but let me have the parts for $5 because it’s all I had. HUGE selection of cars, bring your boots!
Never again Will come here came from New Haven ct wait a lot time they told me have the transmission was not out they tell me again wait couple hours to take the transmission out and they broke the transmission taking from the car Wao all day here waiting for nothing 3 hour drive if you guys know I was far way why don’t take the time to take the transmission out slowly I se you guys don’t care for customer thanks for nothing never again

The part that I needed wasn’t going to be ready for another 45 minutes. She offered to call me when it was ready so that I didn’t have to sit and wait with my kids in the car,…umm, yes please and thank you!!! Other places wouldn’t even bother offering.
This place has great customer service! I have purchased a full red interior swap for one of my cars . Price was reasonable! Also was pulled from yard in a timely manner by the yard workers ! I would recommend this place for all your used parts you may need ! They have a wide range of makes and models!
Supposed to take a trip 7 hours away- noticed a crack in my tire. Called Everett’s and they told me they had my tire, but when I arrived someone had purchased the last 8 they had while I was driving there. I love Everett’s and they were apologetic but sent me next door to this place. Guy at counter was very kind and helpful, and the gentleman that changed my tire was awesome. Honest and good dude. Thank you so so so much guys!
Melissa was extremely helpful, friendly, and outgoing. She went out of her way to ensure I was completely satisfied. I told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond to get the parts whether they had them there or she had to order them, as well as ensuring that it wouldn't cost me any more than I was originally planning on spending. Customer service was exceptional.
