I was supposed to have a scheduled service appointment at 3pm today. I wanted to bring my car in earlier only to see that it was a complete ghost town. The appointment reminders do not reflect new location address (I only found out by reading the reviews). Anyways, that is my only recommendation for this business. I still came to write a review after seeing all the negative ones as of recent. I purchased my car here at Green Auto back in 2021 and never had any major issues with my car. They have always been so quick to get my brakes done, get my oil changed, changed my headlights; etc. I just wanted to make sure I wrote a positive review because they sell decent cars and they also are great with service and have always been honest about service and prices. Please update your address on your confirmation texts and emails and please update on google!!

Terrible, terrible , terrible , my wife purchased a 2011 town and country in October of 24 we purchased it cash in hand for 8 thousand , we told the sale person that we would not know if the air conditioning was working properly until the summer of 25 8 months later , no ac blowing only hot air , call and they said bring it back we will fix it !!! Charge it up they told my wife , she did bring it back twice , still not working , than Kyle said we are moving to Quincy . So we brought it the from Mansfield , they said we would check it and see if there is a leak , well guess what it was leaking , than they said we will fix it but it’s going to cost you $900 , but being the nice guys that there are they only charge my wife 400 , when it should have cost us nothing , now they have moved to 42 water st Quincy ma I will have pictures of the cab company that they are working out of , please stay away from this place they are only going to ripe you off , I told Kyle that cost of the parts are only a fraction of of what he charge my wife total ripe , stay away from Kyle only looking for money

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from this dealership in May of 2023! This was my first car purchase, and I unfortunately went in by myself, and was taken for the ride of my life! I later found out through the Vin number on Carmax what the dealer obviously already knew. They had me put a downpayment of $2,000.00, and finance an additional $8,000.00 through their finance company to purchase the car! As you can see, I paid $10,000.00 for a 10 year old car, with 130.00 miles on it, with a six month warranty!! Now I understand a profit…but this was a robbery…at least Jessie James, had a horse, and a gun! Well at the 6 month mark the car, when accellerated, slows down to a complete stop, and the dealer refuses to take my calls! My plan is to seek legal action, but a warning to anyone who happens upon this dealership, .do not walk….RUN away as fast as, you can! It baffles me how these people can actually sleep at night by ripping off their contomers! BUYER BEWARE!

Worst place to get your car fix, and the manager Chris is very very unprofessional. He scream at customers and a liar on top of that and he is good on lying. We will see in Court soon. This comment was before and now after Chris is not working there anymore, everything is fine and goes accordingly. Thank God, I met Anthony a such nice guy who helped me resolve all my concerns and get my car fixed properly and get rid of the check engine light that I had for months under the old green Auto management who was very rude and unprofessional. My vehicle stated to make a sound that I was not familiar with. I got referred to green auto plus by a close friend. I called green auto and spoke to Kyle he was very helpful and had me scheduled to come in the next day to diagnose the vehicle . Upon arrival I greeted with a smile very nice atmosphere, he was quick and efficient only had a small wait. The waiting room was cozy and bathrooms were spotless highly recommended my car is back to normal.

As I entered the business, I was greeted with a friendly smile , the person knew what I was there for without me saying anything. I dropped off my car for a break job, and later that same day, I picked up my car . It had paper floor mats in the floor wells , so I know the care they took with my car. I was very pleased with the overall experience I had received from them, will I go back, your darn sure of it.

Chris & the mechanics at Green auto plus, have kept my vehicles running for years now! I Never had a problem or part they couldn't repair or replace, and because they stand behind their work, I'll keep coming back.

Waited 4 hours to get rear brakes done there. Manager told me to come back to adjust e brakes. Never heard of that .told me 1500 scamers. So I went back and they sold me all new ebreak system. I Waited 8 hours for my truck there..when I got it back still no ebreaks. Had to wait another hr for them to adjust. Still only 50 percent ebreak. Big scamers Mmil.socome back and you'll have function ING ebraks. What a goof. So. I went back 1500 miles later and sold me on a whole

I have a bad experience with this dealership, in July 22, I bought a Lexus 450H, and those people promised to make a deep cleaning on my car,do the full service, and when I picked it up I payed for the whole thing. I'm a person without experience in buying cars, but I didn't ask for the paper of the repair log. They said they would send it by email, and they never did. When I got home, I was checking the car, and I found masks, subway napkins, wrappers and stains on the cupholders. As well as dust throughout the car. The person in charge was Chris.He was the one who offered me 250$ as compensation and never gave it to me. I took my car to the shop to check what they changed and they didn't do anything, everything was the exact same, without repairs. I went back to Greena auto after two months to repair the shocks, and they were very upset with me, they arent people that take their job seriously, or are honest. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASE!! (Salesman was Pedro, who promised the cleaning and repairs, and they blocked my number) Horrible

I bought a car paid full in cash on May 21st and the car was being worked on I did not get that car physically in my hands until June 10 and the only honest communication I was getting was from the service manager Chris. Upon picking up the car the car was still not registered with plates I already have so I was told give them 20 days and I should be all set. 20 days past and I called multiple times (at this point i felt they were ignoring my calls and emails) so I called service manager to let him know I am driving an unregistered car that i purchased and I am about to bring it back. He called me the next day and told me that some temporary plates were going to be brought to me because somehow the title got lost and they needed a new one. July 1st I had temporary plates put on the car and I have not heard anything yet but was told I should be good for 30 days . The only reason I am giving this business a 3 star is because of the service manager other then him I totally would have given 1 star I have been lied to and ignored my whole experience with them and would never recommend using them.

Dropped my car of on a Wednesday the Rep said the parts would be in same day so I assumed that they would get to work on it right away.Saturday comes and I still haven’t heard from them so I decided to give them a call; the person I spoke to has no idea why my car was there. after explaining to him what the problem was with my car he said it would take another 2 days. I was furious and told them not to touch my car that I would be picking it up that day. Very inconvenient being without a car for 3 days and nothing was done to my car.

Let me tell you about this place! first off kenny is amazing I was having bizarre issues with my brakes and him and Chris and the shop was amazing..talk about awesome customer service..I will continue to go back..and being a woman getting your car serviced can be scarey..because me as a woman don't know a lot about cars always feel like I would be ripped off..but green auto got my back and I'm sure they will have yours!! huge shout out to Kenny and Chris true stand up Men!.. I've been here three times, and each visit has been better than the last. Auto repairs are always going to be stressful and pricey. Thankfully, Kenny has helped me out with my lil old car, and I couldn't be happier. Had to leave my car there for quite a bit due to travel and COVID restrictions. Green Auto Plus was very accommodating. Work was completed. Car drives like it used to when I first got it. Will be going there for the foreseeable future unless something changes lol thanks y'all.

Everyone there makes you feel like family. The environment is very friendly. I first started doing business with Green Auto Plus at the end of December 2020. Each time I have had a wonderful refreshing experience with the people here. Chris is awesome!! He went above and beyond to help me. I had many problems with my car and he made it affordable to get them fixed. After having so many problems with my car I decided to trade it in and purchased a new vehicle from Green Auto Plus at the end of April. It was time to move on to Bigger and Better! The salesman Tom made everything so easy and comfortable for me when purchasing my car. He was patient, kind, courteous and he cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I can say that I truly felt at ease knowing that he was looking out for me and my best interest. IT WAS THE BEST DECISON I COULD HAVE MADE. I can't thank them enough!!! Thank you Tom and Chris!

Had a very wonderful experience with the purchase of an SUV early May 2021. Vehicle was properly cleaned, prepared and offered in excellent condition -excellent value for money along with Warranties. The service offered by the Sales Representative (Manny) and the General Manager was was certainly above and beyond the normal expectations. In my book, they represented the Green Auto Plus team exellently in their efforts to deliver customers satisfaction. I certainly would recommend Green Auto Plus to my friends for the services offered.

Worst customer service EVER!!! As I walked in a guy was on the phone name Chris who didn’t greet me at all, I stood in front of him for about 12 minutes along with his own employee. I approached chris and said excuse me nothing he continues to be on the phone talking about his personal information such as bong, ex gf, and a speeding ticket he received. The employee who was standing there with me for a while he asked me if I needed help so I told him what’s going on. I thank him for that. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I arrived early and they took me right in. Had an appointment for my tires. I needed to replace two of my rare tires and get an alignment. They made it really affordable and the customer service was amazing. They explained everything, the cost, and gave me an ETA. The man at the front desk was mad cool and was able to get me a discount. Love it here would come back
