I have used these guys via AAA a few times, they are so nice, really easy to speak to and worth with, and have a lot of patience when most folks are at their least patient points.
If AAA tries to send this company to help you out, start calling elsewhere. They deserve no stars.
We waited 1.5 hours for service. They supposedly sent a truck that “showed up and that called me,” but some how did not connect with me. They never came or called. As you can see I have no missed calls.
I hope AAA cancels their contract with them soon because even the operator sounded fed up.

My car battery died yesterday I tried jumping it to no avail , called AAA for tow to a local garage . Chris from Mags came , asked me what was going wrong , he tried to start , said I think it’s the battery just needs a jump and it started ! Thanks Chris ! Great service !
They deserve NO stars. It would take me all day to list the amount of complaints I have about this business. They certainly shouldn't be doing work for AAA because their service sucks and people are incompetent, to say the least.

I would never recommend Mag’s Towing, especially the driver 336-Duilio C. He was incredibly disrespectful, unhelpful, and made me feel unsafe. As a young woman stranded in the cold, I was already vulnerable, but his aggressive attitude and unprofessional demeanor only added to my distress. I felt so uncomfortable and afraid that I ultimately chose not to receive service from him. Trust is critical in situations like this, and Mag’s Towing failed miserably. Avoid this company at all costs!
I recently had an issue with my car battery, which had died unexpectedly. I contacted AAA, and they sent out a technician from Mags Towing. The tech began by testing my battery, and to my surprise, the car actually started during the test. I assumed the test might have given the battery a bit of a charge. The tech quickly informed me that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced, offering to do it on the spot for $200.
Trusting the technician’s expertise and the reputation of AAA, I agreed to the replacement, paid the fee, and continued with my day. However, a few hours later, I received a report stating that my original battery was actually fine and safe to use.
I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive actions of this technician. AAA reviewed the report, agreed with my concerns, and has since filed a claim.
MAGS Towing was great ! After church we realized our keys were locked in our truck. It took quite awhile for someone to come because everyone was so busy. But when Mike came eventually , he was able to get the door open and we were on our way . Mike was so kind to us and so efficient. We found out he had been in the military and were able to share we were a military family and we appreciated him and his serving.
I called AAA for a tow and Mag's sent out truck. The driver was honest and kind. It turns out I didn't need a tow after all. It is so refreshing to find someone with integrity in this world! Thank you!
THANK YOU! AAA sent Duilio C from Mag's Towing and he arrived quickly and changed my flat tire to my spare the most efficiently I have legitimately ever witnessed someone do. Thank you for relieving my anxiety I was crying about the flat before he arrived but he was super kind, helpful, and informative. My mother has been waiting for AAA for 5 1/2 hours. They told her 4 times Mags towing was sending a driver Marco. Marco has cleared her call 4 times saying he has arrived when nobody has come. At 9:13 pm dispatch told the AAA supervisor that Marco was 11 miles away with a 19 minute ETA. He never showed but my mother got the 4th robo text saying the technician was at her car. Nobody has been at her car. She is on the phone with AAA right now and the AAA supervisor has told her now after 5 1/2 hours her call has gone to another company. So Mags lied said they arrived on 4 different occasions probably gotten paid for it and my 70 year old mother has been sitting in a parking lot since 4:45 pm and it is now 10:32 pm. This is absolutely unacceptable
I’ve been waiting for 3 1/2 hours from a AAA call to change a tire. Supposedly the driver has been on location twice now. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Called for triple a being locked out of my car and told them I was at Texas Roadhouse. They came to Aldi and took a picture then left. The address was Texas Roadhouse. The guy Didn’t call, didn’t message me back and just left. Worst customer service. They just closed the request with triple A and left.
I have had Mags Towing, through AAA a few times now. They are wonderful! I had Gregory J a few times now. He is always quick , kind and curteous! I couldn't ask for a better tow truck driver. I am just mad at myself and embarrassed that I didn't have cash for a tip! My car has been dying unexpectedly , so I am never prepared. I owe you Greg! I'm sure I will be calling again, at some point. I will make sure I have cash on me.

When I tell you that I have never had better service, then with this young man, named Christian, it’s an understatement. What a sweet, nice, polite, kind, young man. Twice I had the pleasure of dealing with him over the course of a couple of weeks of nightmares with my car. He was my tow driver. The only bright light in the whole situation was Chris. You have a fine employee there and I hope that you know. Thank you to Chris/Christian for being a wonderful young man.

Mike S was supposed to tow my car , he pulls up and doesn’t even call me like they usually do. Waits 1 minute in the car and decides to hop out take a picture of my car and leave and doesn’t even wait 3 minutes. Made me waste my time and call triple A again. Thank God for their good service. The employees also always have an attitude

Best tow truck driver I've ever met. Driver showed up fast as he could and was so so nice which was refreshing since our 1st call to VW roadside never showed. He quickly got my car on his flatbed with the utmost care as to not damage my car. This guy's number is definitely being saved in my phone for all future roadside needs.
Called AAA and Mag's showed up. Terrible service. Had to call 4 times!!!! Two trucks showed up and left. One of them ended up damaging the car and leaving it there. Finally the 4th one on the next day brought the car to my house. It was the most frustrating experience ever. Based on the other reviews I can't believe AAA still uses them!

How does AAA keep these people on the books?? Why?? They don’t come out?? Ended up canceling them. Poor service. Not happy will never recommend. AAA needs more reliable companies they need to drop them.
FRAUD ALERT: I have had the extreme misfortune of being assigned to Mag's Towing via AAA Roadside Assistance for a flat tire. Well, my car has been sitting in the same place for 2 consecutive days as these people continue to scam me. They keep marking the job as complete, while no one shows up, and then I have to call Triple A again to refile the same claim. DO NOT COUNT ON MAG'S TOWING FOR ANY EMERGENCY. I am lucky that my flat occurred in a safe place. Otherwise, I could be in danger waiting for this company to do their job!
I was dropping my son off at daycare when one of their driver’s pulled up right behind me and blocked me in so he could help the car next to me. When I arrived, I was not aware the car I parked next to had even called AAA. When I returned to my car, the lady who called AAA nicely told the driver that I could move my vehicle and he could have more room to change her tire if he moved his truck that was blocking me in. He rudely responded "too late". He never said anything to me, never acknowledged me or the fact he was blocking me from even entering my vehicle or moving it. I had to get to work and was stuck there while he serviced the other car. I would also like to say that the tire was still on the car and he was just starting to jack it up when I returned to my vehicle (which would have only been a couple minutes). He could have had some consideration and waited. They should not be preventing other people from leaving a parking lot. I sent the company a message letting them know my experience. I saw they read it and just ignored me, so here I am reviewing my experience with them. Rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.
I never do reviews but this one I have to do! My uncle was in a motorcycle accident last night and he was hospitalized with broken ribs among other issues. His bike was at Godfreys Auto in Easton, MA. So I called AAA and had them come out to tow it to his house.
When the driver arrived, his name is Gerald F) he was so friendly & attentive and took his time with getting the bike up on the ramp which wasn’t an easy task because it is a very top heavy motorcycle! With no help, he made it happen and got my uncles bike safely to his home all while providing excellent customer service and friendliness! He went above and beyond. This guy is the BEST hands down! Thanks Gerald!!!
Needed to tow my car from work to home (40 miles). Called AAA was going to be a while before I could get it home so I decided the best option was having it towed back to my work. Mags got the call from AAA, and Jerry came to my rescue. He was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous and eventually after another call to AAA, he got my car home. Thank you so much Jerry! I appreciate you taking the time during the pouring rain to help me out!
The tech guy was super nice and friendly. However, he misled me to believe that my battery had failed the tests and it needed to be replaced and it didn’t. He told me the battery was too old. So I purchased a new battery from him only to find out several hours later through an email from him which contained the battery test results. My battery had in fact passed all of the tests run. I also noticed he had signed all of the documentation on my behalf without my consent or knowledge. There was also a battery did not fail test waiver and disclaimer that I had no idea about which he also signed. I was never given the opportunity to make a choice. I feel as if I’ve been taken advantage of because I am not only a woman but also because I’m not knowledgeable about cars. Up until this point I’ve never had any issues with my battery. I was also overcharged for the battery according to the receipt that I received. I never intended to buy a new battery. I was never informed that my old battery was still functional. I feel as if I’ve been scammed.
Can’t praise this company enough for their work ethic and his “ old school” determination! Met thru AAA service call. Had AAA few nights ago- unable to jump start- Mag retried battery jump and succeeded- instead of just towing- made time & effort to check.Highly recommend!
