Danielle was great right from the start! She is very customer service oriented. Danielle needs an assistant or a raise for all the different tasks I witnessed her juggling. It’s hard to get good employees and she is a good one
Not a good look, these people have their lines crossed, I called they said I could return my battery for the money back, I got there and the cashier told me I could only get store credit, very unprofessional

I’ve had an issue with a stubborn lug nut for months, it did not want to come off for the life of me and went to two previous shops and no luck. I had noticed that my rear tires were very low thread showing wires causing me to fishtail all over the road when driving.
So, this morning on my way to work i was calling around and once I mentioned that my lug nut was stuck, I kept getting immediate no’s, not even a “i’ll give it a shot”, just straight up denials from three different tire shops.
After the fourth call I luckily decided to contact Everett’s Tire Shop and got connected with Danielle. Right away she expressed such a helpful attitude and told me her and her team will give it a try, which I appreciated so much.
I got to the shop and right away she remembered what i called about in the morning and directed me to the right place to wait. Danielle came out and took my car in not even five minutes after showing up. Keeping me updated every step of the way, super clean and honest work.
Danielle has lifted a lot of stress from my shoulders removing that stubborn lug! Thank you for being so open to help at first and delivering at the end. 100% recommend this place anything to do with your tires go to Everett’s Tire Center!!!
All the people there are awesome!!! They are kind and fast and really helped us out… our daughters tire just randomly went flat … instead of replacing the tire… they checked it out and leaned it .., checked the bead… said it’s fine and didn’t even charge us?!!? The girl out front has been there a while and is VERY nice. Knows everything about tires….she’s great to deal with. I enjoy going there..
Danielle at the fire shop is fantastic. Best employee you could ask for at your business. Very nice, great customer service, quick and gets things done the right way. Tire shop hasn't let me down, I always come here first.
My tire went flat near them at 7am. I stopped at the door where they fix it so as not to continue wearing out the flat tire. But when they arrived at 8am to open, the woman who answered the door got angry with me. I told her that my tire was flat, and she made me move the car out of there, go around to park at the door of the establishment. I went to her after that and said that I needed to look into what happened to my tire. A guy came, took my car and took it back exactly where I had left it before they had no customers at all, it was unnecessary.. In short, the service is rude and expensive!
Went to this place a couple times and recommended plenty of people but today I’ve been calling with no answer. I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere. Very inconvenient for returning loyal customer.

I trust this place the people there are honest and no I dont know them only buy having work done and not being pushed into doing it right away there are only a few places like this one in our city hopefully there will be a few more Brockton is changing from one type of people to another type we need to grow with them give them a chance And our leaders need to take putting the bad out of business not letting them stay in business just for the tax bill they get every year so sad but so very very true and no I would never tell on anyone but it doesn't take a rocket scientists to see what goes on god bless remember we pay when we are gone if you believe or not if it is true I would rather play by gods rules then those who push you around trust this place they will treat you honestly
Charged $215 to mount and balance 4 tires plus $300 of used tires and paid $100 to alignment,end of the day was more money than tow faire tire had all new for $600 mounted,balanced , aligned and warranty.
I purchase two front tires after they put the tires on all of a sudden my abs light is on and the tire thread light so I called of course I had to leave a message and no return phone call so I go to the shop she going to tell me my abs light was on because I have two different tires nonsense naw y’all did something wrong and want to ignore what you done I spoke with 3 different mechanics and they told me the tire has nothing to do with it I call the office
They keep transferring me to people voice mail the worst service
Helped us get a tire after I blew one in town on a trip up from Maryland. Got me the tire I needed and mounted it within 5 minutes. Was back on the road within an hour from blowout. Incredible service. Thank you.

Got four new-to-me tires across the street, and they were installed in little over an hour.
They also repaired my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) because they had the part in stock.
One caveat, it does get really busy. Make sure you go early or at off peak times!

So I'll be going ba k this week to have them mount and balance on my other truck..
Even though it's kinda out of my way from where I live...but pricing good and I'm in and out in no time...

I just want to say this is the go-to place for tire repairs and tire replacements. The staff here are honest, professional and make sure you are out in a timely fashion. They are also very respectful on how they work on your vehicle. I can’t emphasize enough the top class customer service shown. Highly recommended to all in the South Shore area to visit!

The standard saying in service is that you can get things Cheap, Fast, or Quality (pick two).
Everett's manages to do all three. Every service I have had done here has been high quality, done immediately, and at a very reasonable price. They will not tell you that you need unnecessary work done at an additional charge, and everything they charge you for will be more reasonably priced than you can get anywhere else. In less than a year, they have become my go-to for any tire work, and I have no intention of ever changing.
I love this place. Every time I call whoever answers the phone is friendly and very helpful. I’ve been through the junkyard for parts and someone is always asking if we need help. The place is always in good working order. The tire center is awesome. Whoever works in that section is always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They always do a great job. If for some reason you need to go back they will fix whatever it is for free. There great. Give them a try.
Brought a friend to get 2 tires mounted and speed balanced. The guy in main store says go accross st and we did the manager said they suppose to get tires for you. Its a shame the manager Victor is leaving. He is excellent and professional. A customer was yelling and swearing at him and he tried to explain it is busy and he was helping him. Unfortunately Victor had to listen to this customer cry and yell and swear and bother every employee and customers. Victor did everything and went above and beyond to help while still managing before closing.
Highly recommend..!! they not only replaced all 4 tires for an amazing price and saved me a bunch of money I also had something else fail on my car that they found and fixed it really fast dude that worked on my car is a beast and the manager was very nice and respectful they will definitely be my go to if I ever have any car troubles thanks again Everette’s tire shop you’ve helped me so much and really appreciate it and it just goes to show there really still is decent humans in this big sick world y’all are amazing
The guys at Everett's Tire Center are awesome! Very professional and paid very meticulous attention to detail from putting the Jeep on the lift, to removing the lug nuts, to the removal of the old tires and installation of and balancing the new tires. They treated my Jeep as if it was their own. Vic who I spoke to mostly gave the lug nuts just enough tightness with the impact wrench and finished them off with a torque wrench and in the correct pattern! That's the first time I've ever seen a tire shop use a torque wrench! Thank you so much!
