I always enjoy going to Spiegel ... nice people ... they're helpful and getting in and out is easy ... plus the ladies in the office are easy on the eyes! ... and the money for my scrap always brings me to a smile !
Not bad for a place outside the city, but they need to list on the business hours that they don't take any more customers after 345 so if you're loading your truck up a few hundred pounds of scrap and driving 45 minutes to get there hope you don't hit traffic They will turn you away at 3:45 .
As a woman in the construction industry I’m used to being around men but also used to them thinking they know much more than I do. As such I had been putting off turning in scrap for a long time. Finally I ran a Google search and found Spiegel and thought the reviews seemed solid.
My expectations were exceeded— everyone was extremely helpful, explaining the process to me and making sure I organized what I had so that I could maximize my payout. I felt comfortable and got over twice what I expected to make from my load, and the payout process was extremely simple, too! I can’t recommend Spiegel and their staff enough.
Prices are absolutely reasonable. The place is absolutely gigantic and the staff are very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to throw away their metal
These folks are polite and very helpful. Decided to give them a try, even though it was a 125 mile round trip from my house. I was delighted with their prices and would recommend Spiegel Scrap Metal to anyone, even if you have to drive a distance to get there.
