Your business hours are a lie the hours listed on Google our 430 but the kids close at 3:45 which sucks if you drive all the way there after loading under the pound scrap metal vehicle.
Don't seem to be giving for what you bring. Make sure you know what's what. Call before you go, ask daily price for what you have and completely separate everything or, bring one thing or type of metal at a time. Check your slip.
Ecos a good place to go I like to go there it's not a big mud hole like other places I've been to In The City besides a few Nails out back everything's as clean as you could expect at a scrap yard nails are to be expected yeah metal so imagine people will dumpling the lady that does the Wayans is very nice and extremely helpful she knows what she's talking about spend there for a while and help you with any questions and answers that you might need but I would definitely recommend this scrap yard
Tried a few different places. These guys give you the best price that I found so far with little hassle. Always friendly and courteous. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was because where you need to bring your metal out back is usually a little messy and there is not a ton of room. Sometimes I worry about getting a nail and such in my tire but thankfully it hasn't happened yet. All in all they have now become my go-to scrap people.
Im giving 4 stars only because the people who work there are always awesome. They are the only metal place i go to. Im pretty new still to scrapping but as i work in demolition its just easy and beneficial to me to take the metal while im working. Win win for me and the boss. He gets his sight clean and i get paid to clean it up plus the money i get for bringing it in. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars tho is cause sometimes i wonder if the lady there is weighing it right. And i know the first time for sure she didnt. I lost a lot of money on that. But by the time i found out it was too late. The guys always give more. Today i brought a bunch of windows in (which was all aluminum) but she weighed it as mixed metal for some reason. I know aluminum pays a lot. And if im not mistaken mixed metal pays less. So i def think i probably didnt get back as much as i was supposed to. Other than that they are all great over there. Very friendly and helpful while trying to sort out the different metals.
I go there alot and they r fair and great to deal with this place is easy to get to and out of good ppl only place ill bring my sracp to dont feel like im getting ripped off at all
The best scrap yard in Brockton if u ask me... Girl that works there operating the scale is F-I-N-E, even more so Cuz she is covered in grease. I'd love to give her a NEVER mind lol don't want to be disrespectful or be accused of being a stalker or something. Bottom line is she is a beautiful girl /woman. Her and the rest of the crew there make doing a scrap run a quick n painless process. I would have given them a 5 star rating except 2 or 3 times I backed up to the pile out back to unload to find my truck parked on a million nails A miracle I didn't get a flat! I mentioned it to the scrap yard queen (no disrespect intended just trying to be funny) and she told me they complained to the culprits sweeping out there trucks. I'm guessing to no avail Cuz it happened another time or two. How bout a sign out back saying not to do that with the consequences of what will happen if your caught doing it on it. Maybe a warning /memo on the reciept your given. Anyway great job guys keep up the good work!
