I was searching for the perfect place that would make me feel comfortable and at ease when selling my Chevy Tracker. I called several other places but they were big disappointments. I spoke with several ladies (Kim, Sarah, Lisa) and they were extremely professional and kind. I also spoke with Sherrie who helped me a great deal throughout the process. She has a great attitude and was very kind and professional. She made sure the entire process went smoothly. Sherrie is a great asset to the Chuckran Auto Parts team. Even the driver that picked up my Chevy Tracker and put it on a flatbed was pleasant. From the initial call to officially selling my SUV, the entire experience was positive and stress free. I went here after an unfortunate experience at another parts place. At the other place, I spent about an hour before they even found the part while I was there. The part came out and it was damaged. I have the opposite experience at Chuckran. The part was pulled and in beautiful condition. You can see their professional operation running in the background with the front end loaders picking up cars and parting them out. Service was great, price was fair. Appreciate your help, Lenny! He even called in the morning to confirm that they had pulled the part and it was ready for pick up. Highly recommend this place for used auto parts.

Where to begin? These guys are AMAZING! Scheduled to have a car picked up Friday, but I couldn’t make. They were very professional and helped me reschedule to another day. They even helped pull things off the car that I had forgotten, and will go out of their way to mail me the receipt! Mike picked up my car and it was a great experience. I ended up having a panic attack because I couldn't find my keys and registration at first but the dispatcher and Mike were extremely patient and helpful from the start to finish, and we got it done! I genuinely recommend these guys if you need your car outta here!
I called looking to check stock on an item. They called back and had it in stock. Then the tech that pulled it called from his cell phone and sent pictures to confirm it was what I was looking for.

just purchased rear passenger door for my wife's honda pilot from Chuckran auto parts. i spoke to lenny in sales, he sent me photos of the door and we made a down payment on the item. my wife and i decided to drive from ohio to mass, and pick up the door in person. on arrival lenny sent me to look the door over. it was in exelent condition. we paid the balance ,the guys loaded the door and we were off. lenny and the other workers were great . i would recomend them too anyone looking for parts. thank you so much! Brooke was absolutely professional and took time to make sure that the Engine we were getting met my visual standards. They even offered me an extended warranty for this Engine to help comfort my customer with a peace of mind on her purchase. Credit to all who work there for properly documenting and making sure that their Used parts are cared for when removed from an old vehicle for resale. This is a rarity and not seen very often today. As for the engine we purchased my hope is that it does the same thing as the folks there at Chuckran Auto Parts and takes care of the customer. Got a great deal on an entire intake assembly for my car, which was very hard to find. They made sure to find the car, and the part first and then even sent me detailed images to make sure the quality of the part was to my liking. Id recommend stopping here.

Really happy with my experience at Chuckran Auto Parts. I needed a few used parts and gave them a call—they had everything I was looking for. As soon as I left a deposit, they called me just a few hours later to say my order was ready for pickup. Super fast and smooth process.
What surprised me the most was how well everything was packaged. Each part, even a tail light, was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a heavy-duty plastic bag. It honestly felt like I bought it brand new from a dealership. You don’t usually get that kind of attention to detail from a used parts place.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They made sure I was getting the right stuff and didn’t rush me. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for quality used parts. Great service all around.
I'd give more stars if I could. I had 2 vehicles that needed to be towed away. The woman who took my call, Danielle, was very friendly, took my info, and called me back in a very short amount of time with an offer that I accepted and scheduled me for the next day! Sheri, was the dispatcher who called me to remind me of the appointment and let me know what time the driver would be here, she then called me again to let me know when the drive was on the way. She was awesome! I appreciated her updates very much as I work from home and knew exactly when to expect the tow truck to arrive. Alex was the tow truck driver and was fantastic. He got the 2 vehicles off my property in no time. He even humored my son who was asking lots of questions about his cool truck and how he was pulling the car with it.
I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I know. They made the stress of having the 2 vehicles removed so easy for me.

I have used Chuckrans a few times now for both personal and professional applications and they have never disappointed. Fast service and incredibly fair pricing. The parts we have received always look nearly new and had been removed by people who actually care. I can't tell you how many times I have received a part from other local auto dismantle companies and everything is just butchered and cut out. Clearly not the case from my experience with Chuckran auto parts. 10/10 would recommend!
