Chuck Ran Auto was amazing! My Dad got hip surgery yesterday and his car engine seized last week. Communication was great and they made this process so beyond easy for such a hectic time. They got two cars out of the driveway in no time. We will be recommending these guys to everyone!!

I ordered a wheel over the phone and went to pick it up. When I brought it back to my mechanic it was the wrong one. I was working the next day and scheduled to leave for Florida the next day-driving. They made it right and delivered the right wheel to my work place. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone makes it right. Chuckran Auto Parts did. Thank you.

I called and spoke to Brooke about a part I needed for my vehicle. She was very professional and extremely helpful and had the part in stock I was looking for. The part was shipped from Mass. to FL. and I had it in 3 days. It was an excellent experience dealing with Chuckran Auto and would recommend them to anyone looking for auto parts.

Brooke and Dwayne were a dream to work with. My fiancé went on Tuesday to look at the car. It was ready for pick up fully by Friday. The process was easy, the quality and price cannot be beat. Will be using them for all things auto moving forward. If I could give 10 stars I would. They treated us with respect snd didn’t push anything sales wise. Simple easy and straight forward. Exactly what you want when dealing with cars. Outstanding business.

They had Ram 2500 I wanted the console out of, to replace the jump seat in my truck. I wasn't sure of all the required parts, but they worked with me to make sure I got everything I needed for a seamless install. They provided reasonable shipping rates, packaged everything well, and got everything out the door quickly. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service and exactly what I needed. I found a replacement mirror for my wife's Toyota Highlander for a great price on car-part.com. I reached out for a quote via their site, and Kim at Chuckran got back to me quickly. It was an easy process to order the mirror and they shipped it to me with great care. Kim took the time to make me aware of some minor scuffs on the mirror that were not listed on the site to confirm I was ok with them. Overall, a great experience, 100% recommend.

I had a great experience using Chuckran, who was recommended by a friend. I needed to get rid of a truck that failed inspection & they gave me the best offer, were very good for scheduling pick up & the driver was prompt & very courteous.

Let me just say I never realized I could have such a great experience dealing with junk. I junked my 2005 F150 and I couldn't have been treated better. Kimmy made the process smooth like she was truly meant for customer service. 12/10! What a wonderful employee.

Excellent service. Transmission delivered 8am on Monday morning. Surprisingly quick--very happy! We are a10-bay shop open 7 days a week near Logan Airport. We know good service when we see it (see our reviews). Driver was helpful and pleasant. You guys rock!

The best place to find car parts! They work with you and answer very quickly! Easy people to deal with and get everything done quick! I bought a transmission literally 6 months ago and they are were able to help me and refund me cash! I was literally almost into tears but they saved the day once again! The owner Richy Chuckran is an awesome gentleman! God sent him to me today because you gotta have a heart to own a business like this! He’s defiantly for the community! Again I recommend this place times over and over!!

Guy misquoted my brother over the phone, and as soon as he showed up the price changed. Scum bag business practices. No place should be ran like this and if this is how you make your money you should be ashamed of yourselves

I had to recently junk my 23 yo car and chuckray was recommended by mechanic. Kim who took my call was very nice and professional. Sherry called next to schedule a pickup time. She was very pleasant as well. The driver , Bob, arrived on time and explained the RMV process. He was pleasant and informative. A great experience!!

From the first phone call to the car pick up the entire process was a pleasure. Danielle was great to talk with and explained everything down to the last detail. The dispatcher Sherri called when Danielle said she would and Alex the tow driver was professional and did a great job in a busy road/driveway. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
