I hit black ice in Worcester and totaled my 2001 Acura in December, and Billy sent a guy to help me immediately. I purchased a new - used vehicle a year ago and the other day I got a flat tire while travelling in the Worcester area. Went to change the tire and low and behold - there was no jack in the car. Called Central Mass Towing and Billy was out to get me back on the road. He responded quickly and got it done. Nice job !!

Central Mass Towing is AWESOME! They’re really sincere and reliable company that is hard to find these days. I called this company to tow my car from D towing company(total fraud)to auto body shop and D co.took more than 30 minutes to release my car but the driver from Central Mass towing waited with a good attitude. I want a company that works with such a sincere attitude to succeed. It's a company I recommend to everyone.
Billy is an amazing guy. He helped my parents a couple of months ago with a tire change and I will be telling all of my friends to go to this place for anything they need done on their cars
We were in a bind with a vehicle with a blown engine... We used Central Towing multiple times to move the vehicle around for repair services... They were very sympathetic to our predicament... They were always on time and you can't beat the price for towing... They are a great company and I will be using them in the future!

There are not enough great words to describe what a great job Billy did. It's very rare to find a guy like Billy. His service is exceptional. We called on Thanksgiving morning, Billy answered the phone immediately and was able to help us. You don't find people or companies like this anymore that would help on a major holiday! Don't use this company. And I never leave bad reviews online, but this company deserves one. My family had our transmission go on our car and I called them and spoke with the woman who answers their phones and she said someone would be right out, we were 2 miles down the road. After I called her back an hour and a half later, she said he is 15 minutes away he had another call. 45 mins later no show I called back and she said he is pulling in to our location now. Needless to say half hour later I called them again and she wouldn't answer the phone. This company had me and my family with my Inaws sitting on the side of the road for over 3 hours....and NEVER showed up!!!!!! I then called Boulevard towing and they were there within 10 minutes. Central Mass Towing is the absolute WORST company I have ever experienced...don't even think of ever calling them!
I called 3 "24 hour" tow places one said 2 hour wait. One said no driver. The other didn't answer. Then I called this company. AMAZING I was scared I'd be stuck breaking my car window but Mike came and helped me. He was there in less then 30 min and was friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to call if u need anything! Would give 10 stars if i could.
My car died on the highway 3 hours after I picked it up from the mechanic. I was so distraught and stressed about the fact I would need to tow my car once again but central mass towing arrived within 20 minutes and somehow managed to get my car back to this mechanic that happened to be on a street that was completely blocked off for paving. Mike went above and beyond to help me out financially and emotionally which can make all the difference. I will absolutely use their service again.
If you need a tow company in Worcester County - this is it! I drive an electric car, and one night on my way home I had just shy of enough charge to make it to the charging station in Auburn. After pulling into a convenience store parking lot, I called 2 towing companies - one was out over an hour, the other needed to get back to me. My 3rd call was to Central Mass Towing where the lady that answered told me that the owner, come to find out her husband, would be ‘right over’ - and he was. 3 minutes after hanging up the phone the owner came by to try every trick in the book to get my car that 1/4 mile I needed to get to the charger. After that, he left and returned back with a flatbed and loaded my car with a crazy amount of care - and he went way above and beyond to ensure that not one scratch was made using pads and clean straps. After we were loaded he took my car and I to the charging station and just as carefully as he had loaded it he unloaded it. After I tried to tip him, he insisted that his efforts were to ‘pay it forward’ - and that he believed in kind gestures - so this review is to ‘pay it back’. Central Towing is TOP NOTCH and I would trust them with towing anything after watching the care that my vehicle was given. Five-Star Service. Thank you to the owner and his family!!
Literally called your place 11 times man. The lady said it would be an hour or 2 before someone can get out to shell gas station in auburn and if I do remember your place is only 3 mins down the road!! Granted it was 11 at night but me and my brother were stuck out there till 2am still with no call!? Fast service? Yea maybe during the day! But what about people at night. Thanks but no thanks.

Brought our vehicle to Central MA Towing for our inspection sticker. He even stayed open late so I could get out of work and get my car there on time to be inspected. Have since brought my daughter's truck and vehicles to Central MA Towing for repairs and also for stickers. Mike has been nothing but kind and professional as well as going out of his way to help customers. Hard to find good quality service with kindness these days but Central MA Towing certainly provides that! Highly recommend them for both stickers and towing and much more!
I used this tow company 3 times yesterday.
Each time they arrived quickly, and I dealt with two different drivers. Both were extremely courteous, and took care to load my car carefully.
I don't remember the last time I used a tow company, but yesterday I needed this service, and they made my whole day better since it saved me time.
I know no one at this company and have nothing to gain by writing a nice review. I am compelled to write a nice review because they really helped me out yesterday and I appreciate it. Thanks again!
Changed the price for a tow 4 times telling my Son 1st, $40.00 then the owner told the driver, $90.00, Then we got a quote for $130.00 from the driver and he told us we could pay with a credit card. When I dropped my son off the owner lied and said he was just the vehicle inspection mechanic. But, he told the driver. $165.00 CASH ONLY. That was the 4th change in price!!! Owner was rude to us and kept telling the driver, who was actually a good person to change the price. The driver looked puzzled that his boss kept changing the price for the two. The owner told us he was the inspection mechanic on duty and for us to go into the front office. His name is John Roberts and he lied to my face. He totally, made all the decisions on changing the tow charges. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and reminds me of past horrific experiences with Boulevard Towing. More people have to speak out and report this thuggish behaviors from these operations. To top this whole thing off, my son was not allowed to go to his vehicle to obtain his personal items he needed for work. After I meet with Worcester/Auburn Police Dept. And go back to get my Son’s vehicle, I’m sure the price is going to surpass, $200.00 and will be the 5th price change. Mike Mahoney, Worcester, MA
I was stranded with a broken down car on a holiday weekend and Mike at Central Mass Towing came to my rescue. Good quick service and he got me to a local car dealership within minutes.
I was driving my car and the tire came off! Within 20 minutes of calling them they were their to my rescue! The tow truck guy was awesome he did everything he could do to help put the tire back on with one lug so that we could get my car on the truck without damage! It was a success ! The car got on the flatbed without any damage and to my mechanics shop successfully ! Thank you central mass towing! I will definitely use your services again if I ever need towing services!
Called for a tow when I broke down early in the morning. The receptionist was polite and informed me the price. The owner Mike was at my vehicle within 15 minutes which was great as I have waited upwards of a hour before from other companies. Once he was there he did everything he could to get my truck goung.Once is was apparent it wouldn't start he towed it to his shop and let me keep it there till my mechanic could get to it. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional would highly recommend there services to everyone.
Broke down at the Shell station at 6pm. Called Central Mass Towing, his price was totally affordable and he showed up within 15 mins. He asked what was wrong and I explained my truck wouldn't start - he popped the clutch and it started up! I was so relieved it wasn't the engine (it's an old truck). He recommended me to DT Automotive to have it checked out (it still wouldn't start with the key). I dropped my truck and key off (the folks at Lux Auto Plus were so professional and friendly) and called them the next morning. The folks at DT Automotive were incredibly friendly and had already looked at my truck. What I thought was going to be a long, horrible night after a long day at work ended up being not so bad. Thank you for your kindness and help! You have all been added to my contact list!
I couldn't give any less than one star unfortunately. Horrible experience with this company and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. We waited over 4 hours for the tow truck to show up and the tow truck they brought was broken and couldn't even tow our vehicle. They wanted us to wait another half hour to hour for them to go back to the shop and get a new truck. When we decided to call another company and have another company tow our vehicle we tried calling them to let them know and there was no answer. When we got ahold of the driver the demanded that we pay for the service call when no services were rendered.
