Great local boat storage. Reasonable rates. Pleasant people working there. Local marine services available on site. Power and water available albeit bring hoses and an extension cord or two. Down sides: outdoor, gravel yard so helps to place blocks under boat stands, limited access by boat- only at high tide and lot can flood at very high tides.
