Just watched your driver speed down rt3 nearly rear ending two cars. Super professional. If your driver is weaving in and out of traffic, slamming on brakes and blaring the horn because HE almost hits someone, you need more competent drivers. Do better.
Not my first time getting my car towed, but this time it was a much more pleasant experience! I’m sad I didn’t get the tower’s name but he helped me diagnose whatever car battery issue I had. My car battery refused to be jumped even by his own industrial battery, which he thought was strange, and believed it might be a fuse issue. He also offered me a seat in the tow truck from the freezing weather, and I appreciated his kindness a lot.
I was also worried that the towing might damage my car, but that wasn’t the case at all, and the tower did a great job at transporting my car to the auto repair shop.

I've noticed the owner replies on here. I'd like to speak with him if he sees this. Edit: a towing friend just told me the lady I have been speaking with is the owner. If that is true that is disgusting, because she is literally playing games on the phone pretending to be reception. That's not normal!
I've been given the runaround for days while the fees add up. The receptionist is polite but says per the supervisor more than once but then twice when asked to speak to said supervisor I am told left. That fast? Different times of day?
The story I was given changed as well. I have the $ to pay for the vehicle and it sure seems like it's being dragged out intentionally. Would the owner rather pay to sue someone instead of being helpful and getting paid?? I'm 1.5 hours away with no title and power of attorney over owner of car and was trying to figure out how to get belongings and arrange a junk company to pick up vehicle. I can't go on day junker can and requested (after 4 days of them dragging this out so the fees go up) if I could come Saturday or Sunday to get belongings while paying in advance up til Monday when the junk removal company can make it. I was told no.
Got into an accident late at night and had one of the guys from blue hill towing tow my car to the Weymouth location. I was pretty shaken up, and the driver was very kind, walked me through the whole insurance process, told me exactly what to do and when, and he also gave me a card of his so I could call him if I had anyone questions. Flash forward to a couple days later, had to pick up my personal items from my car (it’s totaled) and another incredibly nice guy opened the gate, helped me with my things, helped me with the release form, and told me everything I needed to know for the rest of the insurance process. He gave me lots of tips on how to make sure I get the best options/money back/insurance that I could get. Everyone there is very kind, and living up to a family business kind of reputation.
The drivers were great. Kinda strange to call and get a quote of $500 to tow my Ford F450 dually. That sounds good. Call back and confirm, and all of a sudden, it's $600.00. To each there own. The explanation was that they thought I had F150 dually. Which is a blatant lie. No such thing has ever existed. I have a landscaping company that I started 2 years ago. I appreciate honesty. Unfortunately, I got the opposite. It's reflective of the times we live in. No morals
This company messed up my front bumper and splash shield in the wheel well, I called to mention this to them and was told "you have no proof" and the hung up. It's absolutely absurd, my car wasn't in an accident, it was towed because my registration expired and I didn't realize it. TAKE PHOTOS if your car ever gets towed, some people have ZERO conscious and have no problem ruining other people's property and taking no responsibility for it.
We were in a terrible accident and Eric was there for us in so many ways we really appreciated him helping us in so many different ways he was wonderful
I have known of Blue Hills Towing for years but for the first time had to call on them for service.
I hit a pothole with my Cadillac CT6 and punctured a tire.
I called a a nice guy named John answered the phone. Gave him my location and he showed up shortly after, loaded my car on the flatbed and dropped it off at Sullivan tire in Norwell.
Great service and they took great care of my car while loading it.

We had the best experience with Blue Hills Towing. Our driver was unfortunately in accident far from home and these were the folks called to the scene. The heavy operator was kind enough to call and check on our operator to make sure everyone was alright. Blue hills was able to get us off the highway and eventually home. Thank you to all involved in helping another tow company get their rig home. We appreciate you all!
Man on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional didn’t care to really help me get my vehicle towed to a different location once they had it in their possession.
Great service! My car broke down and we needed the car towed 35 miles called like 15 places and they all said no. Finally tried Blue Hills and someone was here in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.
