Driver was very professional and tried a jump start on my battery first which started the vehicle but then it died out minutes later. So looks more like an alternator problem than a battery so he proceeded to tow my vehicle and placed it perfectly in my driveway
The tow truck driver was spectacular. I would hire him again for anything, anywhere to be towed. It was a great experience and he was very personable. He was very accommodating and worked around a crazy schedule that the dealership gave him to pick up the car.

He kept me in the loop and informed as to when he would be able to meet me - and he was earlier than I thought he would be! When he arrived he was really nice and friendly and professional. Typically you have to wait around awhile when you need a tow, but not with Superior! They showed up and were quick, efficient, thorough, and even funny! We absolutely have a new go-to towing company. Towed my truck from RI to Maine, initial customer service was decent, driver seemed knowledgeable, trip went off without a hitch. Although after paying $1,800 for a tow I thought there would be good customer service throughout the whole process, I was wrong. The driver forgot to give me back my keys and then refused to bring them back or even pull over so I could meet him somewhere to grab my keys as I need to move the truck today, dispatcher refused to make the driver pull over, and kept offering to ship the keys where they will probably get lost. 0/10 do not recommend. Use literally any other towing company, tow the downed vehicle with a ratchet strap before calling them, and then still don’t call them.

Superior Towing went above and beyond!!! We were stuck in gravel on a beach "road" for 7 hours waiting for my insurance roadside assistance to send help but no one came. I finally called other companies to see if anyone could help us and no one would because it was the weekend. After an hour of calls and searching my wife found Superior Towing on Google and I reached out to him and he told me that even though he was traveling back from a job in New Hampshire he would drop everything and help us. He had us out in minutes, all the while he had a smile on his face and was super friendly to my wife and kids. Please, make sure you use this company. You will not be disappointed. Great towing service with a far reach and help with unique situations- we had a truck go down last year and needed it towed from Middleborough to Brockton- and recently they helped us move one of our containers when another rig went down from Middleborough to Boston- much appreciated John!

Tesla lockout and dead battery. My battery died and my car was too far from the charger. John from Superior towing was amazing. So many other tow companies cancelled on me but John saved the day!!! He jumped my battery, manually put my Tesla into neutral and rolled me to the charger. I had been waiting for 3 hours for other tow companies to come. When John got the call, he checked in with me to make sure I was ok and gave me his ETA. When he arrived, he had to maneuver around and between parked cars that were in his way. The best customer service experience I've ever had. I got a flat tire at work on a Sunday night. I tried a bunch of places and John was the fastest with the best price. He answered right away and picked me up really quickly. He waited 20 minutes for me to finish working then took me home. A total life saver. All business owners should go to customer service school to learn from John at Superior Towing. I have a tricky situation involving moving a tiny house trailer that is stuck on a dirt hill. John isn't set up to move this type of building but he kept me on the line and called several people he knows to try and help me out! Hoping that next time my car breaks down it's near Whitman so I can get it towed by Superior Towing.
My Polestar 2 needed to be towed to the dealership. First tow company who I will not name showed up with a flatbed and tried to drag my car up and almost destroyed the front end I stopped them. Superior ended up getting the job and they showed up with the proper equipment, were friendly, fast and very skilled. Very pleased with the service.
I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because these guys deserve it! My boyfriends car broke down around 7:30 PM last night. Unfortunate, but no big deal because I have gold package AAA. Boy was I wrong! Won’t get into the whole AAA nightmare here but long story short the car was still on the side of the road at 9 AM THE NEXT DAY with NO hope in sight of a tow any time soon. I decided to forget AAA and their uselessness and called up Superior Towing. The modern communication methods and customer service I was presented by the company was amazing. I honestly think he felt more compassion for my situation than any of the 15+ AAA employees i had spoke to previously. He was there and had the vehicle loaded within 30 minutes of my initial call!
