Very disappointed in the behaviors that transpired today with the Self check out cashier. My husband and I went to check out. The attendant asked if we need help we declined. I am a manager in sales myself so I am not upset about her asking if we need help. We were the ONLY ones she offered help and when we finished checking out she then ASKED us again if we were done when we were walking away. There was no light at our kiosk showing we had issues checking out. But she felt the need to try to single us out as if there was an issue. A re training may need to take place that if she is going to service customers to treat each personally EQUALLY. It was actually embarrassing that she did that when we were walking away even though there was no issue at our kiosk. I watched that she also did the same to the only other colored woman checking out after we walked away.

Love the hot bars for breakfast good quality food.

I like this store a lot and am grateful that we have it near. I like this one better than Derby st. My only complaint about the South Weymouth store is that there are too many delivery shoppers in there who don’t really seem apt at grocery shopping and they get in the way off people who are doing there shopping- it’s a small store.

I have been coming in to work at the Amazon counter. The store leadership has been very helpful and the staff are kind and tentive. Thank you

They never have anything in stock!!! And the Manager's Brian and David from grocery are some of the laziest managers I've ever met You're better off going to the Dedham or hingham location would recommend Hinghams location if you're in weymouth area if you ask for something that's in stock, they most likely will just tell you they don't have it when they really do, especially when it comes to the dairy wall A lot of the employees don't like to check if they actually have the stock

No turkey wings I was very upset cause I called and someone said they had them but I drove 1 hour and no wings

The Whole Foods store in Weymouth is the best Their staff go out of their way to help in any situation. From floral, to cashiers, to helping with Amazon returns when they’re closed. They could not be more helpful. Kudos for having a fabulous team. Always smiling, never rude, helping in any way they can. Thank you.

Used to have decent pizza, not anymore. However, I am content with the raisins croissants which seems to be a rear find these days.

Always love that they have things in stock that other wholesale foods may be sold out in.

Store is clean and bright. The front end displays are lovely to browse and the bakery has so many yummy choices, makes it hard to pick just one.

Always very friendly staff, convenient drop off for amazon returns. Plenty of fast options for prepared hot and cold food for a quick and easy meal. A bottle pricer than other grocery stores but I'm a big fan of the banned ingredient list to help take some poisons out of foods.

The bakery is amazing! I don't visit often - but when I do, the employees are always nice and the store is always clean ! Love that you can pick up Amazon orders here.

Food court is excellent. Bought my GodSon a gift card today. Emaculate store with fresh produce. Prices are much more competitive than they used to be. **************July 2025************* They've become a hub for 'seeded' watermelon.

Fish department needs improvement. Returns shouldn't have to happen. Compared to Hingham, staff seems more knowledgeable about products on the shelves. And if person doesn't know where to looks, goes to find me a person who does.

The woman that helped me in floral - Linda - was an absolute gem! She was so incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond. Cannot recommend her enough, I had a wonderful experience! 10/10

The florist here today was wonderful! I loved our bouquet that she put together. I think it’s wonderful that Whole Foods allows you to choose your own florals for the arrangements. The florist was so informative, she gave me a neat little fun fact about one of the selections we made! We would come back just for her.

I’ve been shopping at Whole Foods South Weymouth for over 20 years, and I’ve never seen the store decline like this. Whole Foods is supposed to offer a comfortable and high-quality shopping experience, but over the past year, that standard has completely fallen apart. What’s most concerning is the lack of professionalism in leadership. There’s a particular store manager who often works in the evenings—short, stocky, glasses, and generally unkempt—who has exhibited inappropriate behavior. I’ve personally noticed him making women, including my daughter, uncomfortable with the way he looks at them. This is completely unacceptable, and it makes me question Whole Foods’ hiring and management standards. This location used to be a gem, but with leadership like this, it’s no surprise the store has been struggling. I hope corporate takes notice and makes necessary changes to restore the integrity of this store.

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the recent reviews about this location. The store itself is fine, but the overall atmosphere is brought down by unpleasant and unprofessional attitudes, especially from management. The hostile approach to leadership creates a stressful environment, which is noticeable to both employees and customers. It’s disappointing because Whole Foods is known for great service, but this store falls short. Hopefully, things improve with better leadership and a more positive approach to customer and team interactions.

Misleading pricing at Whole Foods Weymouth location. Crescent Ridge Bottled milk price is listed at big fonts at $4.79 a bottle. However, when you zoom in with a microscope it is only then you can see that there is a $3 bottle deposit. I went to customer service to complain about this but they couldn’t care less. Their response was “we don’t control Crescent Ridges pricing”. Well you can control your printer machine and use a bigger font so customers can read a $3 deposit charge will be added to their bill at the register and make their buying decision based on that. Edit: December 27, 2024 Thank you WholeFoods for putting a disclaimer on the milk aisle for bottle deposits.

I prefer this Whole Foods over others in the area because it seems to be less busy and the parking is better. I come for certain things and can find what I need. The associates are friendly and helpful. The treats are always fun to try and I like their sushi.

Great location with the usual hot breakfast foods. The bacon is the best deal in the hot bar. The fruit was pretty fresh and reasonably priced, even the cherries from Washington state. And since this is New England, the maple cotton candy and maple candy from Vermont are a great deal here! I wish I'd had more luggage space to bring extra containers of the cotton candy home.

The bakery is amazing. So many choices. Definitely check it out! Everything looks delicious!
