It's totally fine. You drive up and sign in with whoever is working and then can bring your recycling to the bins. Be sure to have your Quincy ID as it is required for access.
A worker here aggressively and unsafely drove his large tractor up, covering me in dirt, while trying to intimidate me. He questioned me as to why I put my metal bed frame on the ground in front of the dumpster, as I was instructed to by the front gate worker. When I tried to explain this to him, he began arguing even more. DPW needs to do some drug testing at this facility as his behavior was indicative of methamphetamine abuse.
Got there and they said only Quincy residents can use the recycling facility. Online on their website it clearly state “Massachusetts ID required”. No part of the website specify for Quincy residents only.
