Easy & Efficient!! I was prescribed a medicine that was only infused in peanut oil, which is not good for me. CVS had no other alternatives. I called Bird's Hill and asked if they could compound the Rx with Olive Oil instead - they said yes, and to have my doctor send the Rx over to them with the Olive Oil request. I picked it up a couple days later! My insurance doesn't cover the compounded version, so I did pay out of pocket - but I am more than happy to have this daily medication carried in an oil that my body likes. They also were happy to provide me a 3 month supply upon request.
A stellar rating well deserved! I have been with Bird' Hill Pharmacy for many years for my medical and nutritional needs. I continue to be impressed by its consistency in providing quality products, reliable business practices, as well as, excellent customer service. Pharmacy staff is courteous, helpful, and informative- all questions are timely answered. Bird's Hill Pharmacy is truly the gold standard!

Really bad experience. After sending my prescription to this pharmacy, I received a message letting me know they they did NOT fill my prescription and was NOT ready to pick up unless you call them. Their system is totally the opposite to any given pharmacy, where they text you once your prescription is ready to pick up. It is double work to the consumer (after requesting to your doctor the prescription, then, you have to call the pharmacy). Really slow + obsolete system. Not recommended for your prescriptions.
What a cooperative, professional Pharmacy!! How helpful and considerate they are of their customers. I feel so lucky to have found them. Their concern for meeting my needs as an individual is not only heart warming but extremely comforting!
I cannot say enough about how professional and, more important, how gracious everyone is at Bird's Hill Pharmacy. They carry top quality products and can advise you accordingly. Ever patient and polite, they are a pleasure to do business with. It is also the best place to go for a vaccination without an appointment, usually within minutes of your arrival. Wonderful company. Walked in for my son's first COVID vaccination shot. Excellent customer service. They took my ID, his health insurance card, and a short completed form. It was over before he even knew what had happened. We waited 15 minutes, no reaction, and they gave us a return date for our second. Easiest experience ever.

Birds Hill Pharmacy reminds me of the small town pharmacies of my youth. The personal service, the friendly staff, the obvious caring about their community on top of being an outstanding pharmacy. My wife, daughter, and I all received our boosters there and both young kids got vaccinated there and despite heavy needle phobia for my little ones the staff were amazing at working through the kids anxiety and delivered the shots so fast and painlessly. My youngest actually had the toughest time and Andy, the owner, came out and took the time to help her through it. This place is a gem!!

Our first experience with Birds Hill was several years ago when our daughter came down with a bad case of the flu. Birds Hill was the only pharmacy in the area that could make the Tamiflu dose for our daughter. Despite it being close to closing time and a bad winter storm, the owner made sure to get us our medicine.
Recently, Birds Hill has come through with last minute booster shots and covid test kits. Andy and his staff are the best and we have nothing but great things to say about Birds Hill. We highly recommend Birds Hill pharmacy

When I couldn’t find a doctor to regulate my thyroid, Andy recommended a doctor who has helped me immensely and has my thyroid and health on track. The staff at Birds Hill is also extremely kind and helpful, always making it so easy to refill prescriptions. This pharmacy is a real blessing!

In this day and age, it is almost impossible to find a pharmacist who gets to know you, takes the time to be sure you have what you need, and cares wholeheartedly for your health. Almost impossible. My wife and I who are visiting the USA from Kenya were served very well by the Pharmacy staff. We came to get our Covid booster shot and the staff were amazing. The nurse was a complete pro and we didn't even feel the syringe. I'd recommend them anytime for getting your shots!!

Our first pregnancy, I scrambled in the dead of night to a local Rite-Aid for some steroid nipple cream for my suffering wife and was devastated to be charged over $200 for the small container of pastey gold. This second time around, we decided to shop around for prices at a bunch of different compound pharmacies and I was floored at the reasonable and fair price Bird's Hill offered the same medicine that stretched my family out during an exceptionally hard time financially speaking. Can't say enough amazing things about this pharmacy and the extremely helpful staff there!
