I was in an accident in 2022 and brought my car to this shop for repairs. They significantly overcharged beyond my insurance estimate, and at the time, I wasn’t aware of Massachusetts laws regarding accidents. When you’re at fault, repair costs can lead to a substantial spike in your insurance premiums. The shop fixed my car at a much higher cost than expected, and I assumed it was fine since insurance was covering it. Unfortunately, I later discovered this caused my premiums to skyrocket. I strongly advise against using this shop!

Claudette is great and Eli appears to be nice but I must admit was in shock when I got my bill. We spoke (and my wife and son heard) about cost for the repairs and agreed on 1800$ including labour. The only addition i agreed upon was stabilizing link kit up front for and extra 120$ and no cost to labour so my bill should have been 1920.00$ tax in. Then I asked to see the bill and the bill was $2650.00. I asked why 700$ more and he could not explain other than reading off the things he did. I noticed the Labour was 1167$ that 9.5 hours!! Never heard of all breaks/rotors change, hub bearing taking that long. After discussing with Eli that we agreed on a price and he said the lowest he can do was 2300$ all in. I was so frustrated and agreed just to get it over with. My son picked up the car my bill was $2336,00!! Over charged again by 36$. Dishonest people and not very trustworthy with my experience. I guess he saw me coming cause we’re from Canada and it was somewhat urgent for my son. The work completed seems fine and Eli did say if I take it to a different mechanic he would be willing to listen. (Just like we agreed upon at 1800) I wish we could take these dishonest people to court but we’d just be spending more money. Be aware and I know many others have had great experiences but not me. Good luck to all of you and my suggestions is get a second opinion elsewhere! **Update** So Eli said 200000 miles. False again. 173700km. Took the car to my mechanic here in Canada with the receipt of details Eli provided and he confirmed that the work done by this garage overcharged me by 800$ US so about 1200$ Canadian.. My mechanic said the work was done well but got screwed on the labour. He could have done all that for 1400$ Canadian. They charged me $2336.00 US when it should have been max 1500.00 US.

My tailgate got backed into by a truck at work. Eli and his team did a great job with the repair. My vehicle came back like new. Eli said it would be 10 to 12 days. It was done in 11. I've had other repairs done on my vehicles and Eli always gives you an honest estimate on time and price. That goes along way with me. This place went above and beyond after my car accident. Eli and Gracie were exceptional in negotiating with my insurance company, they made sure I received everything I needed and deserved. They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout a difficult dispute we had with my insurance, making sure all my concerns were addressed Their customer service was stellar totally making me comfortable and safe during a stressful time. They even detailed and cleaned my car, even the areas that weren't damaged! Highly recommend their compassionate and professional care. Five stars all the way!

Eli and his staff are by far the best around. I’ve been bringing my Jeeps to Canton Auto for over 10 years. I now live about 45 minutes away and I still make the trip for service. Eli, do what they say they will do. The technicians are the most knowledgeable, and skilled around. If you need a replacement vehicle for a short Rental, Canton Auto Service has that too.

Great shop with great service. I had some bad experiences with other places around that would charge an arm and a leg for minimal work and would do work not authorized. Nothing like that at Canton Auto Services and Auto Body. They always work to get the best deals on parts they need and have been very up front about everything. I had to deal with an insurance nightmare from an accident recently and they were very helpful the entire way through that too. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point.

BEWARE!! DISHONEST!! MUST READ!!. I am an autobody shop in Florida. a customer came in that had his car fixed at this facility. the hood and bumper were cracking and peeling as shown in attached photos. we tried to strip the hood to repair and found the hood had alot of bondo on it and needed to be replaced in order for us to do a good job and warranty our work. The customer stated the shop was supposed to replace the hood which is what the insurance company paid for. so apparently they kept the money for the new hood and fixed the old one. the customer contacted the shop and they agreed to pay $2000.00 for the repair, which i thought was nice of them to do so, and the right thing. we called the shop and they made the $2000.00 payment over the phone. well 2 months later they dispute the charge and told their credit car company that they did not authorize the charge. now i am disputing this but as of right now i am out of my $2000.00 and ELI seems to be dodging my calls and not trying to make this right. Sounds like they are a little desperate to take $2000.00 back from a legit transaction with another business. as a business man i would never operate that way. i wish i could put negative stars.

Eli and his team did an amazing job in fixing my car both exterior painting and interior mechanisms. They go out of the way to make the customers happy and I'm truly impressed by their commitment and dedication towards their work. I originally thought that maybe they were just nice to me, but on observing them dealing with other customers while waiting in the wait area, I realized they give the same amazing service to every customer. All the years I dreaded going to car mechanics but this shop changed my mind. Now they are going to be a default place to go for all my car troubleshooting needs. My recommendation to anyone trying to fix a car - if you are looking for a all in one shop - exterior dents, mechanical problems or simply car detailing at reasonable prices, please give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Eli and his staff are amazing. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Eli doesn't mess around. He is fast and fair with his pricing. My parked car was hit recently. Eli did the body work and surprised me with a full detail and wax upon pick up. Can't recommend this place enough.

I have taken my Jeep Liberty a couple times now and let me tell you the service here is above and beyond! Eli and his team are so helpful and thorough in what they do. I do not trust anyone other than Eli to tell me what is truly wrong with my car. Sullivan tire tried to tell me I needed 2 ball joints I went to see Eli and he told me the ball joints are completely fine! Being an honest auto body shop is a huge win in my book! I can't recommend this body shop enough!!!! Eli not only gave me impeccable service he was also there to help me understand the insurance world which can be super tough he was there to fight for me. My car came back looking and running brand spanking new after an accident that almost totaled it. Everything was easy with Eli and I was supported in every step of the way. He even kept pictures for me that showed what happened so I would have myself covered. Incredible service. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

Eli and his team are the best! I have had the same trusted mechanic for 20 years, but when I recently moved to Canton, I had to find someone new. I found Eli by chance when I needed an oil change, and he has since done brakes, struts, and a timing belt for me. He does amazing work, and his prices are significantly less than going to the dealer. He is trustworthy and honest, and I am so glad I have a new mechanic that I can depend on. He even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up!

Eli was highly recommended to me from a friend and I am so happy I used his shop. Eli and his crew are highly professional, they do not take short cuts, detail orientated, excellent workmanship, and they even detailed my car before delivery which was extremely nice. Eli was so concerned that my car came out perfect that he put more work into my car and he refused to take extra money. Eli stuck to the initial estimate. Eli was also punctual, he had my car finished a couple of days earlier. Eli has a customer for life!

I went to Canton Auto Services & Auto Body after my most recent accident and Eli took great care of me. Didn't have to lift a finger - he communicated directly with my insurance and made all the arrangements to set me up with a rental car. I got my car back freshly cleaned and looking like new. It was an overall very pleasant experience and they clearly had my best interests in mind.

I dropped my black 2015 Honda Accord at Canton auto services after a rear end collision and everything was perfect from drop off to delivery. Eli was great to work with, he took care of everything with the insurance, car rental, and any questions I had. I also had him fix an older dent on the car and the price was amazing. Definitely the best auto body shop around whether it is for quality, budget, convenience (one-stop shop!), and time. Highly recommend and will take my car there for all other services.

i got on an accident with my honda. my sister recommended this shop to me because she got good service before. Eli was really nice and helpful. He offered me a cheap car rental while he’s fixing my car. the fixing took a little longer than expected but he did not made me pay for almost half of the car rental which is really nice. He also waxed/shine the inside and outside of the car, it looks really clean. I would definitely recommend him to people who’s in need for car assistance.
