I wanted to call AAA for a tow but the Milton police said no I have a tow on the way for you already I need you off the highway. Both the tow truck driver and officer advised me i would just need to submit a reimbursement form to AAA. Well AAA declined it because I didnt order the tow through them. So now I'm out $220 bucks for the shortest tow drive ever
This company came as I requested assistance from AAA, driver Daniel L towed us to some parking lot and said a AAA truck would arrive shortly because they don’t travel that far, confused I asked if I should do anything or contact AAA he said no just wait. I waited for a long time and decided to contact AAA and they said no one was coming our way. This company is not just scamming they’re wasting people’s time.
Worst service. Call them and they make you wait for hours just for you to call them back and they’ll you to get another service because they are not interested. Bad experience
Took my parents car, brought it to a lot in canton and are holding it hostage after repeatedly hanging up on me and only responding after I called police to call them. The car was drivable and not totaled. Police on scene said the car is drivable. They said that they need someone to go to the office in Canton while the lot is in Dedham. Guy made threats on the phone and then hung up each time I called. They wait to prey on the elderly. Avoid them if possible. If your car needs a tow it Canton.
AAA gave them my tow, 20 min after they were supposed to be there I called and the guy told me “yeah we are not doing that tow call AAA”
I then had to wait another hour for another company to show up for my tow. The guy on the phone was rude and didn’t care that I was sitting there waiting, all because he didn’t want to tow from Norwood to Raynham.
As a AAA member, we needed a tow – based on my location they sent a driver from Interstate Wrecker Service, and we could not have been more impressed! The flatbed tow truck arrived amazingly quickly and David, the driver, was so nice and very conscientious, taking great care with both our car and our driveway when arriving at our home. Super impressed and happy with our experience!
Worked with Interstate through AAA. The tow driver Adam was super nice in a situation that was incredibly stressful. I didn't catch that I would need cash for the tow but Adam was patient while I ran to an ATM. AAA made a good choice to work with Interstate and if I was in a situation where I needed a tow again I'd be happy to work with them.
I waited 2 hours for a different tow company to show up from my insurance, called these guys and I was back home with my car in 20 minutes. Guy on the phone and the tow truck driver were as polite as could be. Good price just make sure you have cash! The kind of service I hope I don’t need again but would be happy to receive again from this company.
Paul from IWS came to my aid after I called AAA and requested a tow. He went above and beyond, providing kindness and concern for my safety. I thought I needed a jump but after. I was told it wasn't the battery, I called back requesting a tow. Paul came quickly after and spotted my vehicle right away. He was able to start my vehicle and after starting my vehicle, he stayed to make sure that I left the parking lot safely and when I couldn't, he towed the vehicle back to my house. When he unlatched the vehicle in my driveway, he explained about the tow hook and where I could find the tools if I ever needed a tow again. When he first got there, he also explained how to pop my hood when I didn't know how. He was very patient with me, very knowledgeable about my vehicle, courteous, professional and most of all, I'm overwhelmingly grateful that he stayed after starting my vehicle so that when the car died again, he was able to safely, quickly and professionally hook it up to the tow truck and get it back to my residence quickly and without any damage.
I experienced a damaged tyre at the high way 290 west leading to Springfield. . When my driver came he told me he will charge me $105 flatt rate and $3.50 per mile.
We had a deal then he picked up my truck and when we drove like 2miles he pulled over the gas station and said this is not how it is done.
After communicating with the office he then told me there were charging me $350.25 for 28miles. I asked why didn't you just tell me the truth when you came to pick me up? I asked to be dropped there he said he was charging me $200 for 3miles he just picked me up. Everything was just bad.I finally had to pay $350 for 28 miles of towing.
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I was told by an employee that I would be able to grab the important things I needed from the car while we were figuring out being able to pay for the bill. The next day when we called so that we could stop by, the owner “Mike”was very disrespectful and rude over the phone. He continually talked over me and said that I couldn’t get my things from the car unless we paid. When I tried to explain to him what the employee said yesterday and tried to figure out who it was, he rudely told me to “forget about yesterday this is today”. He continued to raise his voice and give attitude. Also I believe that he was trying to rip me off because when his tow company came to tow my car after the accident there was one truck on the scene. When asked about the bill he said they used two trucks which is a lie. This was an horrible experience and I don’t usually write reviews, but this was necessary.
Customer service and the people at this company are awful I had to get a tow and they were extremely rude.. On top their prices are out rages good luck to you
$700 worth of piggy bank savings was stolen out of the car . And no one of course is held responsible but the tow company. Now a full investigation and police report has been made . Highly disappointed .
Had to get my daughters car towed out of Steve’s Auto in Canton. AAA required someone to be there and we could not be there. Called, spoke to guy on phone, very nice told me what I was looking at for a price. Checked with my daughter, called back and scheduled over phone. Said they would be there in about 30min. They were and completed the tow without incident. I have been paying AAA for 14 years and they could not work with us as the “member” had to be on site, well some of us work so that was not possible. Professional, efficient and on time. Thank you and would certainly call again.
They lifted my vehicle without any authorization,and on private property only by a stupid Canton police. They charged me $ 350 just for the round the corner.
I am so glad to be a AAA member and that they user Interstate Towing, in Canton, MA. I had the pleasure of meeting a pleasant mechanic named Charlie. He was so nice and kind while changing my flat tire. He was so helpful by giving me advice on what to have my mechanic check out with what might have caused my tire to go flat. It's a shame that Charlie can't be cloned because every tow shop in America should have at lease one Charlie...Thank you.

A Mack Truck (according to the MA State Police) dropped debris in the highway and my vehicle(Ford E250) and about 5 other vehicles hit it. It blew out my right 2 tires. I called AAA and they said that a tow truck was minutes away. Interstate Wrecker Service, Inc. showed up. I thought he was AAA. I asked the driver if he wanted to see my card and he said, “No, I need you to get into the two truck.” I got in the two truck and waited. When he got in the two truck he asked if I had $100 cash on me. I said, “No, aren’t you AAA? Don’t I get it for free?” He said, “No, I am not AAA. I am going to have to take you back to my yard and drop you off at the gas station up the road. Is there any way that you can get cash out at an ATM up the road?” I said, “No, I don’t have any money.” He said, “I am going to have to drop you off at the gas station and take your van back to the yard.” I said, “I thought you were AAA. AAA told me that they were 6 minutes away and the State Police said my vehicle was fine where it was till AAA got here.” Then I realized that all this guy wanted was cash. When we got to the gas station up the road, I said to him, “Do you feel good about what you are doing right now?” He said, “Get out!” Then I said to him, “What if I get you $100 out of the ATM at this gas station, will you leave me and my van here?” He said, “Now you have the money?” I went to the ATM got out $100 cash all while I was afraid that he was going to take my van. When I got back out to the tow truck I said to the guy, “If I give you this $100 right now you promise you are going to leave my van here with me?” He said, “Yes.” He then left me and my van at a gas station on the Canton/Milton line on Rt 138.
I then called AAA back and a really nice tow truck driver named Mel came and saved me. He was like an ANGEL. He was very nice and was able to tow my van back to my home with no incidents.
When I looked up Interstate Wreck Service, Inc. it states that they are a AAA Approved Road Service Provider. Why did the guy extort me for $100 cash? Why did he keep asking me for cash???
Demanded $75 in cash before coming out. Would not trust someone who doesn't know what a credit card is and wants to find stranded people alone with cash in their wallets.
Charlie was very nice.
he towed me to a safe place, then changed my tire.
if ever need a tow in this area, will call them, and ask for Charlie
