My car decided it needed a “nap” on my way home from work and Jose D from Bellingham Parts Plus came to the rescue. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole towing process smooth and stress-free. Really thankful for his help and the great service.
I witnessed one of their vans driving recklessly and apparently having road rage on I-95 on Feb 28. He cut off multiple cars, had some crazy bright lights on the back of his van blinding the cars behind him, and drove dangerously close to another car in order to shine his high beams at that car. I'm surprised there wasn't a crash. I have no idea what the other driver was doing to cause such a reaction, but it was a very scary thing to watch, and obviously insanely unprofessional
My car broke down and I called AAA for a tow. A nice man named Mickey came to tow my vehicle. He was kind gracious and made this crappy situation not as stressful. Luckily, I don’t need AAA too often but I hope the next time I do I either have Mickey or someone just like him. Thanks again!!!
Josh A at Bellingham Parts Plus deserves ALL the gold stars! When our minivan decided to take an unscheduled nap, Josh swooped in like a real-life hero. He was very prompt , One jump later and BOOM he got us back on the road, snacks flying, kids cheering, moms celebrating.. Not all heroes wear capes… some drive service trucks!

A couple of weeks ago, I called AAA because my car wouldn't start. Turned out that when the fob to unlock the door was used, something happened and the car locked up because of the theft prevention device. Just before AAA arrived, the problem was fixed. Nick, the driver was very gracious and friendly. I was stressed and ended up losing my car key. He stayed and found the key and asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick.
Great experience! Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mickey for a tow from my house to tri county which wasn’t simple! He was a trooper and i highly recommend!! ? Used AAA and got graced with one of the best tow drivers. 12/10! Thanks again!!
Jeffrey towed my 01 dodge ram 1500 from my house in Warwick ri to Glocester ri on a aaa tow and he did an awesome job from pickup to delivery. We need more tow drivers like him has a great personality and customer contact
I had to have my car towed about 40 miles, and hitch a ride home with the tow. It was through AAA and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Jeff from Bellingham Parts Plus was great. Honestly everyone we talked to there was friendly, but Jeff was stuck driving me and my daughter an hour away with a constant stream of consciousness chatter from his passengers, so I feel like that deserved a 5 and a review. Also I didn't get carsick as a passenger and I *always* get car sick. I was stuck with paying whatever it was going to take, but they still made sure multiple times that I would be ok with how much it was going to be. I was stressed out about my car and bank account, but they had me smiling anyway. Thank you!
On Sunday, June 22, 2025, my wife and I attended a classic car show in Milford, MA. We drove close to fifty miles from our RI residence. We spent five hours at the show. Upon turning the key in the ignition, click,click, click. . . no start. AAA called. Upon arrival, a pleasant young man, smiling and polite arrived. From that initial introduction, I knew immediately our problem would be solved. Jake performed all the protocol testing. Then, he attached the jump start battery pack to the battery, after a few minutes the car started. Jake also in the interim related how his deceased uncle had a great effect on him. May his uncle rest in peace knowing his nephew is one in this world helping people. Thanks Jake for being the Jake this world greatly needs. To Parts Plus and AAA, you have a great servant spreading good will, and you should be very, very proud. I am a 77 year old, and appreciate the old world service your organizations provide. Jake seen my husband an I on the side of the road an stopped an offered us safety an tools to fix our belt that was on the verge of falling off. He went above an beyond for us. An he was so appreciated when we needed it the most. He also covered our car behind us to make sure we was safe. MENDON RD. IS DANGEROUS.. Felt safe an relieved for the help he gave. He could of just kept going an he literally came out of nowhere and said do yall need a hand. We at first said no but he was returning back to base an decided to help. Well it was the best help an got us back on our travels.

One of their drivers came to my aid last night through triple A. He was very friendly and he got me back into my vehicle quickly and without any damage. If he is reflective of the quality of the entire business i will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs.
Highly recommend! They went above and beyond to help me out when I had a dead battery. From CT, was in RI and they were the only place around that had my battery in stock. The guy was beyond helpful calling AAA for me to get them to replace the battery that they put in 1.5 yrs ago. Great service, friendly and takes care of their customers!
I can't say enough good things about this place. They went over and above to get things taken care of for my wife and I. I had to call with questions multiple times, and never once was there any impatience when I called yet again. In person, it was just as fabulous service, along with a nice conversation. Shredded my front tire. Devin came from Bellingham Auto Parts and was so very pleasant and efficient. He took the tire off, found the spare, but the spare on and filled it with air. I had 2 dogs in the car and was so nervous that I would be stranded. I can't thank AAA and Devin for all their help.
They towed my car in and had it up and running within three hours. Wonderful service and nice people. A special thanks to Edgar the tow truck driver and mechanic.
STORY TURN AROUND. Honestly who likes getting their car towed without their knowledge? Not me, but one I got to the shop mike was a serious help to us, he made accomodations to help our situation he was a pleasure to chat with, and his company was the AAA third party that towed us home. I’ve had to use Bellingham parts plus (through AAA) 3x & each time they were PHENOMENAL! The first 2x it was Devin, he is incredibly proffesional, personable and knowledgeable! He was a real life saver & today I needed their battery service. Kylie came & she was the BEST! She got my car started & really knew her job! I must say I’d give 10 ⭐️if possible! They’re incredible! Got my car towed by this company through Triple A for a flat tire on my passenger side. I wasn’t there for pick up or drop off of my vehicle as it was 25 degrees outside and I couldn’t keep my two year old in the car for that long. I was assured my car would be fine and they would pick it up and drop it off without me being there. This car was just purchased about a month ago and had no rear bumper damage at all. Well at some point while towing it they put a hole in my bumper and when I called about it they told me there’s nothing they can do because I have no proof they did it. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive. Now I have to go through small claims court to get my car repaired. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not get your car towed by them.
This business deserves 5 stars because they employ quality employees like Shawn H.. He was my AAA tow truck driver when 2 of my tires were flat. He found a tire store that was open on Saturday in late afternoon, he drove me to the store ( I just recently moved to the area and didn't have anyone to call), he was professional and just an overall nice guy. People like him restore my faith in humankind. Thank you Shawn!
Had to put a new battery in my car today, after the car not starting I called AAA and they sent me Mike who was very kind and explained how everything worked. I bought a battery off him and he installed it. Very kind very professional. He got me out of a tight spot really quick.
Devin the driver was very courteous and friendly and only took minutes to pick my car up after I called for the tow. Jerry fixed my car at Bellingham Parts Plus the same day and I had it back that afternoon. I was treated great by these wonderful people and will be back in future if my car needs work. Price was good and as quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Jose towed my car 9 miles. He was awesome and did a great job. The woman who answered my phone call was also very kind. Jose was able to pick me up quickly and without a scratch to my car he got it up on the flatbed and to the destination safely. I recommend them.
Unfortunately I needed my 1994 Z28 towed and Jeffrey, from Parts Plus came to the rescue. He was extremely efficient and professional at his job. His loading and unloading of the car was perfect. My Z28 made it home after a 3 hour tow with zero issues!
