I had my car tow from my apartment complex, they charged me $262 for barely 2-3 hours and this place is highly incompetent. They cannot process card payments I had to wait an hour for them to get basic paper works done. They need all details to be told 2-3 to understand some basic stuff even after giving them license they cannot lookup my name properly. They charge even debit card a convenience fee of 3.99%. They are absolutely the worst of the worst when it comes to competency.
Recently had my car towed which is a stressful experience but everyone at Murray's was great. The woman I spoke with about payment was super helpful, I also talked to Chris who was wonderful, and the driver was really awesome with some small kids at the location my car was towed to. Great job guys

I crashed my car, and this company towed it to their establishment. I went to pick it up the next day and paid $650.00 to have it removed, which was a rip-off. The lady said that the price was for the tow truck, the daily fee for the car in the yard, and the rest was for the cleaning I did after the accident. I didn't think the price of this place was fair at all.
My truck broke down in Everett, Ma on an extremely tight street, From the time i called Murray’s towing to the time their heavy driver was at my location was just under 30 minutes. Exceptional service, fast and reliable. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future!

My own fault for being towed, yes I parked in front of my building for 30 minutes because I’m sick. $167 to get my car that they had for under an hour. Yes, I know that all tow places charge exorbitant rates, it’s the holier than thou, nasty attitude from the employee that gets me. No humanity whatsoever coming from the 20 year old who obviously lives at home still, just total rudeness. Thanks again!
These people are thieves and liars. They are doing their best to scam people. Don’t fall a victim to this company especially the commercial vehicles, because when you go to pay they will lie to you and tell you “ per the order of the department of utilities , your vehicle is commercial and the payment has to be in cash…”. After they refused to take debit card payment and insisted that the full amount had to be in cash ($706). I called the department of utilities and they told these people are liars. Also before the first 24 hours from the towing I went to get my vehicle out at 12:55 pm they said that I have to pay 2 days for the storage fee ($100 per day). They lied again to charge me for 2 days ($200). At first they said the new day starts after midnight, but after I told Them that it’s been 24 hours yet, they told me another lie and that is my vehicle was towed at 12:13 pm and they said even if you came at 12:14 pm you would be charged for two days while on the bill it says the new charges will start at 13:30 and finally they charged for two day $200. All the people there are not friendly and very mean. Stay away from these robbers.
Murray’s towing’s driver and the front desk manager are very polite helpful and on points. I went there to handover the rights to insurance for the car that’s been stored in their lot.
The driver was quick to answer the call and also help me remove the items from the car. Great services, friendly people.
I was in a pickle with a Jeep stuck in deep snow, far down an unplowed service road, with daylight fading fast, and AAA refusing to help.
But, then Murray's appeared minutes after I called like some archangel with golden flashing lights!
They didn't bat an eye at my 'hopeless' predicament, and quickly bailed me out with grace, humor, and expert skill! They are the real deal and I can't thank them enough...

I waited 3 hours for AAA to show up and they never came. I ended up calling Murray’s towing and they were there in less than 10 minutes. My pickup truck is lowered and these guys had no problem getting my truck on their truck without any damage I’d highly recommend their services. I will be using them again in the future
Called for a tow for a F550 with special equipment on the back of it. Austin was awesome helping breakdown the weight on the truck to ensure they dispatched the correct vehicle the first time. Got the service completed in record time (considering our experience with some other towing companies) and had an invoice with photos from the service in my inbox within minutes of completing the job. I had a tire blowout on 95 on one of my construction trailers on a Monday morning during rush hour. They dispatched someone quickly. He was a young guy who was on it. He had me on my way very quickly. Very courteous service hopefully I never need to use them again but if I am in that area with an issue I would not hesitate

One of my trucks had a problem and I called Murray Towing & Equipment. They picked up the phone on the first ring, answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable rate for a tow. They arrived ahead of schedule and the driver was a down to earth all around great guy.
I will definitely be using them again if needed in the future and I will gladly and comfortably refer them to anyone who needs a first rate towing company in Woburn, MA and surrounding towns.

Had to get my brand new Aucra towed and I was stressing it. Greg from Murray’s Towing came and took care of my car like it was his! Very careful with it and handle himself like a professional. I definitely recommend them!
They damaged my car. They towed my car after someone called on me parked in their business property. That's another matter.
However after I got the car released from them, it started experiencing oil leaks from transmission and coolant which I didnt have before. Avoid them if you can.
Obviously you people with the negative reviews know nothing about the Towing Business and have no glue on how Trucking business’s are run. I personally know the owner going back some 30 years and for one thing he’s not a scammer. You people think you want something for nothing WoW I’ve worked the business myself and it’s a 24/7 job. So quit your complaining be nice and It’s amazing how wonderful people will be instead of bad attitudes and nasty customers. Go somewhere else like someone said. But know this he’s the best around and knows this business better than most.
Rude guy at the cash register when I picked up my belongings from the car. They towed my car the night before, and I felt they tricked me into having my car towed to their place. I was charged a tow fee, and they made $ off my car to the salvage company. The guy wanted to charge me a storage fee when I questioned him on making $ on my car, and not to mention charged me a full tow fee.
Had a truck that was cold and wouldn’t start called and he said it would be an hour before he could get to me. Sure enough one hour he was there to jumpstart my truck. Let me sit in truck to get warm. And the cost was $150. Super nice guy and was very professional I’ll refer and also use again
I broke down on 128 during rush hour traffic in my truck, The Police sent out Murray's Towing. So here comes this huge wrecker, first thought they are going to tow me and once on the hook, I'd be on the hook. WOW, the driver couldn't have been more professional. he asked what was wrong and asked if he could take a look. He found a the problem within minutes, shook my hand and I was on my way. The charge ? $ 0.00, cant thank them enough, highly recommended !
These guys at Murray's were very quick to solve a problem of removing someone's car that had parked illegally in my roommate's handicapped spot tonight. They were fast friendly and very respectful while I was on the phone with their receptionist.
One of the best towing company in town! I had run into some problem with my car ( a 2016 corvette) and had called them to tow. My biggest concern was how would they tow it without inflicting even the slightest damage. I had experienced this with other towing companies and was highly anxious. Not only did they come within 20 mins of my phone call but were extremely professional and cautious while towing my car. It took them almost 40 mins to figure out the best possible way to tow my car without causing a single scratch. They did it! They did it so beautifully! An amazing experience, a very friendly bunch and I also got a ride home with them!

THIS PLACE DESERVE MINUS 5 STARS! Called this morning to ask the guy if i can bring my Semi truck that had bad alternator. he said sure its first come first serve. after they repair i got a call to pay the bill. it was $931.25!!! i had alternators changed on my trucks many times over the road and the invoice was always 300.00 to 400.00 . Murrays mechanic said the alternator cost $500.00 and 2hours minimum at 200.00 per hour because he claim it was "emergency repair" .Honest shop will charge price for alternator is 200.00 Max! and a shop rate is around 100.00 per hour everywhere without 2 hour minimum rule!this was not road service! ! it takes 30 minutes to replace alternator!
anyway its my fault for not looking him up on google before we went there! but how nice of that mechanic to discount $100.00 of the price! wont ever go there. no respect for the trucking industry!
This company gets 1 star just for lack of communication. No one ever calls you back or does what they say they are going to do. I had a problem small scratch on my truck and it could of been easily resolved but instead they decided to blow me off and/or proceed to be rude. Not a good way to run a small business if you ask me.
Stay away, rude, arrogant and rip off place. 15 miles of towing will cost you 200 plus dollars!!!! its time for better business bureau and office of attorney general to take a look at this scam operation.
STAY AWAY!!! This shop towed our semi truck so we let them quote the repair (transmission replacement). The time/cost estimate was reasonable, and since we didn't see any negative reviews anywhere, we let them go ahead. They ended up keeping our truck for SEVEN work days (plus a weekend) to complete 12.5 hrs of work. The owner was hard to find when we wanted updates. The mechanic thought we "hovered" too much. The office help never knew anything. Most days we were completely in the dark as to the status of the work. We would NEVER EVER use this shop again. In fact, there is a problem with the truck now that wasn't there when we broke down... but we are RUNNING from this shop to have the issue worked on at the nearest TA Truck Stop. Even if they did break something, we are burning rubber to get away and won't look back. STAY AWAY!!!
