For instance, I only have 3k miles on my tires (my car is deemed totaled) and Chris advised me that I can submit the invoice for the new tires and he was right… My insurance company added that to the total value.

Car accidents are never easy. I didn't request A & S tow my car after it was hit but I would in the future. They were always courteous and allowed me to get into my totalled car twice (even offered a third look over when I released the car to my insurance company). They were always patient and thoroughly explained the entire process.
