The service team was professional and helpful — although I didn’t have any warranty on the door but they diagnosed it quickly and repaired it for free under goodwill. I just bought my first car, a 2025 Toyota Corolla. I absolutely love it! Jeffrey was amazing throughout the entire process. After months of research for a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited, I ended up with Toyota of Watertown. Jerry was honest, polite and professional. He offered a good price on both the new car and my trade-in. I would say it was the best experience I've had (I've bought 5 new Toyotas). Unlike other places where they are trying (with pressure) to sell "extras", this place just ask and respond to "No's" with a smile

I called the Dealership at around 1:30 PM and spoke with Maggie on my requirement of Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited with exterior color Storm Cloud. She said she will show me the color and pull out the vehicle for test drive if I could confirm at what time I will be coming. So I fixed up the appointment for 2:00 PM. She asked me to meet with the salesperson Luis Lopez who will assist me with the test drive. I went there at 2 PM. Luis had already pulled out the vehicle for test drive. He showed me some other colors as well so that I see them all before making my decision. Test drove the vehicle with Luis helping me with routes and returned to dealership office in 15 minutes. He gave the full breakup of buying vs. leasing with different options. Fully satisfied on all fronts, by 2:30 PM I made the deposit and reserved the vehicle. It was a wonderful five-star experience with the Dealership.

After looking at different quotes, a guy named Miguel Ocampo from Watertown finally offered me an amazing deal. He was very polite and attentive, making sure I liked the car. He was incredibly patient and always worked hard to ensure I got what I wanted. Unlike other salespeople, he never said no; instead, he would check with his managers for any requests that went beyond his authority.
Miguel did his best to make sure I received everything I deserved, following up until I had the keys and could drive my new car. He answered his phone even after I made my payment. The office is beautiful, and the finance staff is also very friendly.

We recently purchased a 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum from Toyota of Watertown. We can’t say enough good things about the team that made it happen. Sales Manager Kenny Wright and Salesman Elkin Pereanez were outstanding from start to finish.
Kenny ran a smooth and professional operation—transparent and respectful. Kenny is great with people. Kenny gave us a fair trade for our 2019 Highlander - which we had kept in great shape. Our new car was “on order” with Toyota when we first met Kenny and he did an outstanding job keeping us updated throughout the “build” phase, through “transportation” and finally delivery to Watertown. We were impressed.

I have purchased several cars from this dealership through the years. This time I got a Prius Prime EV and I love it. Luis gave me lots of information and still answers my calls if I have questions! The service department is quite good also. I had to come in twice for nails embedded in tires from all the construction on the MA roads. I also want to mention the wonderful idea that this Toyota had by offering a manicure while we wait for service. Careen is charming and very professional. Kudos to her and to Toyota for making the experience available. The only thing better would be also offering pedicures!! Thanks, Toyota!
This was my first experience taking my car to a Toyota dealership for maintenance and they were phenomenal. Frank was the associate I worked with and he was very kind and helpful. He even went as far as to help me when I brought up a scratch that my car had. The facilities are very well kept and I even had a complimentary manicure from Diane while I waited on my car. Overall I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership.
