I called to get a jump as my battery died and whoever answered the phone said 30 mins and 80 dollars. I said okay. Over an hour later I called twice and the person didn’t even have the decency to answer the phone. You could have just said no.
Card broke down at the mall nearby and this shop was awesome. Andrew towed my car within 15 minutes and even explained what could've happened to my car. Joe himself was very nice and was able to fix my car the following day at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a pinch.
My truck broke an upper control arm 3 hours from home. Kyle the tow driver was awesome and called the shop to see if they can fix it. Long story short they got me back on the road in a few hours. These are absolutely amazing people couldn't ask for anything better
Kim in the office was very helpful. The service was prompt and very fairly priced. I definitely recommend them and will gladly use them again if needed.
2023 Chevrolet truck broke down on highway due to cylinder compression issues. Chevrolet roadside has it towed to dealership through AAA who used “Joe’s Towing” out of Tyngsboro, MA.
Dealership calls next morning asking what happened to the axle and sway bar as they are both completely destroyed. I say I have no idea and provide VIDEO evidence to Chevrolet and AAA that the truck was operable (limp mode) as it showed the tow operator driving and STEERING the truck, both which would have been impossible given the damage if said damage happened prior to the tow.
6 WEEKS go by after filling a claim with AAA only to be DENIED “because the tow operator said he didn’t damage it”. Engine was replaced by Chevrolet but I was stuck with a $2500 repair bill. I’ve never experienced such blatant ignorance by a company and no one wanted to admit fault.
This isn’t over but felt others should know. Even if you go above and beyond to protect your assets companies like this will still try to play you to avoid admitting fault.

I called AAA they sent Joe’s auto. Usually wait an hour for any service. Milton showed up within 10 minutes fix the car was pleasant and helpful. One of the greatest guys I’ve met when needing help with my car. I would call them in a second. Milton has a great personality and needs a raise.
Had them out for a winch out job for a car stuck in snow and ice. Very friendly, professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend.
These guys gave me a very good price. Half the cost of another nearby tow spot. They arrived within 25 minutes of me calling. Will definitely use them again!! Best tow service I’ve used in my 20 years of driving.

Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. I will go out of my way to recommend Joe’s Auto, their pricing is super reasonable and the customer service was way above standards. Big thanks to Joe and his crew!
My husband came to see me at work and unfortunately got a flat tire while he was inside. Joes auto and towing was amazing and so easy to deal with especially after getting the flat. Shane was so professional and kind he told us how he was gonna put it on the tow bed as it is a lowered car and also showed us another tire that needed to be replaced soon. I couldn’t recommend Joe’s auto and towing and Shane enough great workers make great businesses
one of the guys at the petrol station i don’t know if he is the manager or owner but he is so rude and so loud for no reason and charges way too much just to get plates put onto the car. it’s either he don’t like black people and he should mention that or if he is going to give someone an attitude let someone else work on them. it’s a very convenient place for gas but i don’t think i’ll ever go back just because of how that one particular individual behaves.
Joyce and Joe are amazing! I had a flat and they came straight to the rescue. Not only did they save the day by towing my car they were able to fit me in that day to replace all four tires after i was told by many other companies they werent able to fit me in for days! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!
I had such an awesome experience with Joe’s towing today, specifically with Gregory as my driver. He was kind, friendly and a great conversationalist. He was able to give me context as to what was possibly wrong with my vehicle and made the inconvenience of breaking down not at all that inconvenient. Thank you so much!! 10/10!!
I was stuck in a parking lot in Dracut, and panicking. I found Joe's Auto and towing online. The tech showed up quickly, was very kind, and did a great job! I'll absolutely refer this business to anyone I know!
I had a dead battery in my car and I called AAA came out under 30 minutes all good lady on the phone was nice and helpful but the person from Joe’s auto was awful he was just seemed very upset not nice I know it was 8:30 pm at night but you don’t have to be rude about it. I needed my car to start in the morning I have to get to school on time. I wanted him to check my battery and he checked it but ended up telling me “ya you know if you have a problem in the morning starting just give us a call.” But I don’t wanna have a problem in the morning I called AAA so I could prevent a potential problem in the future. So I am not criticizing this business I am criticizing this person and their ability to be nice to your customers so you guys can get business and have a friendly connection with your customers even it sucks for them because they had to come out at night to jump my car. BTW this person’s name is Aidan B and if it helps here is a picture of the truck he was driving.
3 yrs after the pandemic scare! the 2001 ford mustang me and wife purchased from joe.is a great purchase she loves this car. now we have 2 classics in the garage.mine is a 2005. thanks again from huntington mass.

First of all I wanted to say that I got these angels by chance through a AAA call. I got the pleasure of seeing Rich and he got my car jumped and started after being stranded by a dead battery. After being inconvenienced because of the unique location of my battery they went the extra mile to make sure my car was going to run fine with a new battery and even changed my battery lines because they were corroded. After picking up my car I drove not to far and it wouldn’t start again. I called up Joe’s towing and told Joyce and she sent someone right away! These folks are the best and have been a life saver! If you haven’t gone here before you should becuase honesty isn’t always something you get as a woman but I can tell you I’m so grateful for them!
Every experience I've had with Joe's has been good. From towing to battery replacement through AAA. The drivers/auto techs are always fast, helpful and friendly. Today Richard jumped one car and replaced a battery in my other car in about 15 minutes, start to finish. Yes! Thank you Joe's!
Thank goodness for Joe’s. My car battery died and I was stuck. The tech came promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair price for a replacement battery. They were professional, helpful and kind. I’d definitely recommend them to others. PS - The tech did all this in the rain…no complaints. That is called excellent service
Every experience I've had with this place has been a good one. I popped a tire last week and they showed up in less than 10 minutes-Which was a lifesaver. today I needed a tow and not only did they wait for me but then when I'd forgotten my key the driver, Rich, was so gracious and kind about it-It was incredibly helpful in such a frustrating situation. Absolutely love when AAA connects me with Joe's because they're always the best.
I took the chance this weekend to make the just under 2 hour drive to Joe's to look at a car he was selling. When I got there I found they were unexpectedly closed for the day however I called the posted phone number and Joe came right down! He is a nice guy and was honest about the car. After buying the car he noticed something needing to be fixed, called me up, let me know and had it done same day. He and his wife are a great team and were a great help! I needed a tow and called AAA. Soon I received a call from Richard Nelson, a driver for Joe's Auto, who made sure I was in a safe place to wait. He told me he was 15 minutes away, and in 15 minutes, there he was. He handled my car efficiently and professionally, and delivered it safely to the selected repair shop.
Joe and his team are the absolute best! My car overheated on my way to work. I called Joe, he came got my car and towed it to the shop. Unfortunately for me my waterpump needed to be replaced and because of the type of car I have (14 Ford Edge) this wasn't a simple job because the engine needs to be removed to get to the waterpump. Not only did Joe have my car fixed and ready to go within a few days but his price was unbeatable compared to other mechanic shops in the area. They have fast & friendly service, good prices, and I highly recommend them!! I will definitely use them again!
Joe and his team do great mechanic work for a great price. They have helped me replace my exhaust system and troubleshoot a rough running engine in my Audi A4. Each job took them less than a day. They are also very friendly and professional. I will certainly keep going back.
There are not enough good things to say about this business! When my car broke down on a Friday afternoon they came picked up my boyfriend and I, fixed the axle and had us back on the road in under an hour and a half. Everyone there was above and beyond nice and took great care of us (shout out to their sweet shop pup who kept us company while we waited)! Their price and work are amazing! Couldn't find a better place and people to tow and fix your car especially in a pinch!
