Needed a new wiper arm for my 08 Dodge Dakota. Most places simply say none and hang up but Penney's conducted a search of all auto parts withing 30 min drive and located one in Pelham, NH. I called and sure enough they (Jean-Guys Auto Parts and also 5 star service) had one wiper arm. They found the Dakota, removed the wiper arm, and charged me $20.00 - it was sitting on the counter when I arrived. Amazing.
Called up for rearview mirror, Customer service explained that there were many options to choose from, so all n all, We selected the right part, was available same day and affordable compared to online prices! Thanks Bart.
Called in and spoke to Bart. We were looking for a replacement climate control panel and 8" display from a newer Ford Fusion to help one of our client's change the radio in their vehicle. Bart sent us pictures of the parts to ensure they were the correct ones. Everything showed up two days later looking even better than the pictures looked. Price was what we expected to pay. The staff is very friendly. Took time to answer questions. They were helpful on the phone and in person, and they were able to locate a part for me that my mechanic was having trouble finding. Great experience all the way around.
Way way way over priced. They are gouging for new take off beds at almost 5 grand when others are charging 2000 to 2500. I’ll never do business with these people
My car got towed because my boyfriend had an expired license due to unpaid ticket. So he had to go fix his liscense and I went to get the car. Even if I left one car and drove tje other they wouldn't release the car unless 2 people were present with liscenses. Like is that even allowed?? I have never ever in my life had that problem anywhere else. I understand mabye the guy is concerend. But the dude messed up my whole day made me late for work and I had to get my daughter off the buss. Like if someone wants there car back and they have money for the tow and its there car just relase it. Very curious to know the laws and if this is even legal. Prob wanted me to have to keep the car there longer to get more money. Well i had to take an uber. Im always 1 step ahead of the rest. Oh not to mention they never ever towed the car ...the cop drove it there and they charge me 108 for towing which they never towed and then 35 storage fee..thats not cool and the cop even said it was never towed. So why charge 108 for a tow when the car was driven there? Not cool!!! Zero if i could!!!
