They've always had every used part that I wanted for my old car. Also the guys behind the desk or pretty nice people. And it's never usually a long waiting period. I'm sure going to miss these guys.

They were able to get a new tire on my car in no time at all! Everyone was so nice and very professional. Upfront about the cost and it was well worth it.

Nissenbaum's has always been, and continues to be, the best place to go for used parts. My family has been customers for over 40 years, spanning 3 generations, and over this period of time Allen and the rest of the staff have teated me more like family than simply a customer, always willing to go above and beyond to help meet my needs. Even living in New Hampshire, the trip to Somerville is well worth it for the selection, price, and most of all, friendly and humor-filled service.

If you love the smell of used/new tires and classic rock, Nissenbaum auto parts is the place for you. They got everything. Friendly people, was in and out within 20 mins with a used tire. Saved a boat-load of money, and couldn't be more happier!

I needed a car transmission for a photography project. Al Nissenbaum asked me how much I would be willing to spend and I told him . I picked out a Subaru transmission and differential. The price he charged me was 1/2 of what I was willing to pay. He is a decent guy.

Awesome auto salvage yard, very friendly. I live far and the owner was willing to hold my part for me until I could make the trip there. That's great customer service. I would go there again.

I love these guy I've been buying my parts from here for some years now and never have i ever had any problems with my parts. The reasonable and the customers service is excellent. If you want good parts at a good price then this is the place you want to good. I brought a perfectly just about brand new v tech tranny for my Honda civic and starter plus other stuff at a very reasonable price and my tranny starter and everything else is still running good and its been a year and some change now. The best i say the best other used parts store included autozone would have charged me up for the stuff i paid for here. Thanks guy for helping a sister out see you soon. I cannot say enough nice things about Nissenbaums. I have recycled numerous vehicles here and replaced many a tire, and gotten all the replacement parts I could ask for. Ecology, economy, and good common sense!

I've been going to this place since I was 16 years old never had a problem with these great people that work there if you need something they will pull out all the stops to try to find it for you they are great great people especially a dear friend of mine not going to mention his name but if you need second hand parts that's the place good luck.

Really friendly staff, great prices for parts, and they have almost any part for any car. If you can’t find it somewhere else, Nissenbaum’s will have it. I am lucky enough to have this place nearby!

Very nice and honest folks. They took a look at the issue and gave me some good advice even though they didn't have the part I needed.

I expected the price to be lower, but am still glad that I found what I was looking for. Some reviewers write that the same part can be found at autozone or advance autoparts, which can be true for certain parts. In my case I couldn't find it (a steering knuckle for a 98 2wd Tahoe) in the stores. Would definitely buy from them again.

I've been going to Nissenbaums for years. The keep my cars alive. A strange interior piece, a new wiper motor, a blown tire, etc. They know their cars, and are very helpful. I know that some people like "pull your own" places- because it's a bit cheaper. But Nissenbaum's seems to get you the right, used, part- and stand by it. Nice people- family business. I find you can negiotate prices a bit- if you buy a fews things, and are reasonable....!

I love this place and I'm sad to see it leave whenever it does. Which is going to be in the near future. All the other buildings have already been tear it down for the evacuation of medical industry. I will miss u

Love this place been going here for over 35 yrs,its an organized clean well run auto recycle plant..its not a junk yard setting,and they have parts for everything,Ill be bummed out when its gone.

dont go there very bad i went there to got control arm for 1992 honda accord the price was 50$ i called autozn and they toled me they have new one for 48$
