From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. Adam went above and beyond with communication. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the turnaround time was great. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about their customers, but this team definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch auto body work.

12/11/2025: I returned to Webster auto body after a national auto repair service said I had frame damage and they couldn’t do an alignment. They also said my car should not be driven without having the frame work done. My car had driven well prior to getting the set of new tires at the auto repair service.
I took the car the next day to Webster’s auto body. They put it on their frame machine and found nothing wrong. To be sure they had not missed anything, they drove it to Goodyear for an alignment and it was done the same day. Additionally, I had asked them to look at paint scuffs on both front quarter panels. Both the alignment and the buffing for the paint scuffs was done the same day! They again went above and beyond to take care of our car.
Lisa scheduled the work that day. She also remembered my daughters and I from the last service nearly 2 years ago! She is a sweet woman and a pleasure to work with.
Louie rode with us to the Hertz car rental and stayed to be sure everything worked out and we had transferred everything over.
Adam, the owner and G. Grandson of the original owner, coordinated the work. He also had our car washed as a wonderful surprise when we picked it up the next morning.
Service, exceptional skills and kindness to those within their community is what makes Webster’s stand out. They are wonderful people and made my car run and look like new!

I cannot give enough praise for Webster Auto Body. My daughter had an accident and we weren’t filing an insurance claim. I sent photos of the damage to 3 different auto body shops (Webster had the best reviews) but only Jerry at Webster sent me an estimate - within 24 hours. Lisa runs the office and followed up with knowledgeable, courteous service. Owner Jerry worked with me to give the best results within my budget. The car was finished in 2.5 days! They’re perfectionists who take pride in their work and the outcome FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did the car look like new - but they detailed it! AMAZING! They cleaned the windows and got a sticky residue off when nothing I tried had worked. They even vacuumed the car! On top of this, I had somehow misplaced my work cell when transferring items to the rental car (which I believe Jerry’s son and Lisa worked out and had delivered to the shop at their low rate). I went to the shop yesterday and three of the specialists stopped what they were doing to help me look for it. I was humbled by the courtesy extended to me by these brilliant, skilled specialists.
While I hope there’s never another accident, if there is, I will only do business with Jerry and his team at Webster Auto Body.

This team is great! I had minor damage to my front which required replacing the grill and bumper, amongst other cosmetic work. They took me in immediately and had the car ready to be picked up in two days! Not to mention the interior of my car was spotless afterwards. Thank you for the great work.

I came here after a neighbor mentioned they came here before.
Had multiple reasons to not be satisfied from the brand new wheel plate scratched when I picked up my car to the worse one was where they provided green max tires but the written estimate was for General tires g- max tires. Good thing I looked at the tires and even then Travis and Adam said those are the right tires. Had a male afterwards to phone them afterwards to press them to honor the contract before finally they agreed to change it. Deceitful to try to pull off the two as the same brand.
Without a doubt the best auto body shop experience I’ve ever had. Team is super responsive, accommodating, and they do great work. Adam makes himself available to customers and answers any and all questions patiently. Would highly recommend Webster Auto Body!
Quick, easy, affordable. I dropped off my car on Thursday to get the driver's side mirror replaced, they had the part ordered and installed by the following morning. Great service!
My family had been using Webster Auto Body for 3 generations and always received excellent service on repairs. When my new car was involved in an accident, Webster Auto was definitely my go-to for repairs. Adam looked at my car's damage, told me what needed to be repaired/replaced, booked my appointment and even called a car rental co. so that I could book a rental while my car was n the shop. While the bodywork was completed in a little over a week, the new electronics in the car proved a little tricky. Adam had a diagnostic person look at and then had someone he knew familiar with my car makers' electronics look at it. It was figured out what needed to be resolved, and my car was returned as pristine and operating as when I purchased it. Adam is very pleasant to deal with, explains and answers any questions, and keeps you updated on the repairs progress. I would definitely recommend Webster Auto!

Their price was not only great but they did a wonderful job. They are also very close to public transportation so it was easy to drop it off and pick it up! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The car looked like new (both inside and out) when I picked it up!
I have been a customer of Webster Auto Body for 10+ years and have always been extremely happy with their work. A lot of body shops out there don’t put enough attention into prep and painting to make sure the car gets a near perfect finish. Not Webster! All of my cars come back with what looks like a factory paint job. I am very particular about body shops and it took me a few years to find Webster and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly, especially Lisa in the office who is extremely helpful with explaining the process and making sure the customer gets what they need. I also use them for detailing. They do same day detailing and my cars always come out great. Go to Webster and you will definitely not be disappointed.
The staff at Webster Auto Body are amazing and very thorough on the repairs that were done on my vehicle. I have a 2015 Ford Escape (without a sunroof). I had a leak somewhere in the vehicle and it went through inside the interior when it rained. I went to 2 Ford dealerships and could not do the work because it was out of warranty, and the other tried but referred me to an auto body shop after. I was also very lucky that they are near where I live. It was convenient to pick it up or drop it off by foot. They are amazing at Webster Auto Body! They are highly recommended if you are in Somerville MA area!
From my first call till the day I picked it up I was treated with kindness and compassion. Adam is an amazing young man and a joy to deal with. I actually hugged him when I left (sorry about that!) I have been singing Websters praises to all who will listen. You will be the first place I call if I ever need repairs again.

Webster Auto Body was recommended to me years ago and I have been getting my car body work done there ever since. They are a family owned shop and attentive to the customer. At my last visit, they really worked to get my (rather large) bill down a bit which I appreciated.
I called Webster Auto Body to inquire about some repairs needed on my car. Within an hour, Adam returned my call and sent me a link to fill out for a virtual estimate. He got the estimate to me within the same day, and clearly explained every aspect of what needed to get done. I dropped my car off and repairs were done in less than a week, much faster than I ever would have anticipated. The car was returned to me and everything looked great, with the inside & outside detailed as well! I was beyond impressed with the service from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Webster Auto Body and will be returning if I ever need more work done!
I made the correct decision to bring my Volvo sedan here after an unfortunate accident while parked. Super nice people, but what was most impressive was the paint match work using difficult metallic grey paint. Even the most discerning eyes would not be able to notice that the front bumper was repaired. This is the place to bring your vehicle if you are local to the area.
No one wants to need auto body work. But if you do need it, Adam and crew do excellent, efficient work with transparent pricing and superb customer service. This local, family-owned business has been around for 80-some years. They are friendly, helpful, and will take the time to explain things to you and work with your insurance company. The results will be of superior quality - we honestly cannot tell the car was ever damaged. Highly recommend Webster Auto Body.
This shop handled a bumper repair for us. They were highly communicative and easy to work with. They directly contacted the insurance company to revise and adjust the estimate and were able to get repairs done quickly. They were very transparent on pricing and the rates were competitive. Highly recommended giving these guys a call (even if they are out-of-network for your insurance company).. they were able to take my car in with two day's notice while other shops were booking weeks out.
I am very happy with the service I received. They did a great job fixing a major scratch and dent on my car and even did a full cleaning on the interior. The price was $400 less than the quote I got from a nearby shop. Furthermore they were very accommodating of some difficult scheduling issues that came up for me. Everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was incredibly polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop and I will return if I need future body work.
I've been a long time customer, going to Webster to fix dents and scratches for over 10 years. They've done insurance and non-insurance repairs for us, always reasonable cost and quick. The folks in the office always have integrity, courtesy and treat customers like people. Writing a review today to thank Jerry and his team for an awesome restoration of my 10-year old car, low mileage, that was sorry-looking with uneven, oxidized paint. It came out like new -- highly recommend detailing here even if you normally don't spend money on that type of luxury. It's well worth trying it to turn a good old car into a good-looking one.
Unfortunately, they ended up hitting my car, I researched some auto bodies and everything indicated that Webster was the best and I have nothing to say, the guys were incredible, the car was 100%, impeccable work... not to mention the bureaucratic part that Adam, The guy who helped me at Webster resolved everything for me regarding the insurance company's charges. I recommend them 100% to anyone who still has any doubts about them!
I brought my truck to Webster auto body never expecting the 1 st class experience I received. I did learn this place has very long term employees one particular employee 47 years . This alone tells you something about their integrity. They also cleaned my truck the inside is spotless. I never expected them to add this to their service. I can not thank Jerry and the staff enough for all the hard work in just 4 days,Unbelievable turn around. Their work is impeccable.
