We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.
Stopped by Mac’s per a recommendation by my mechanic to get an estimate on fixing a small scratch on my bumper. Dealership quoted over $1,000 and another shop quoted $800. Mac’s quote was much much lower and they were honest in recommending I wait to do a repair until there was bigger damage since that area of the bumper tends to get scuffed up anyway. I appreciated their honest advice and would recommend them to anyone. Before I left they also proactively buffed out other surface spots/smudges and gave me advice on maintenance.

I honestly couldn't have been happier with the service here - Jeff was fantastic. I was in an absolute bind because my car started overheating and no one could take my car. I called Jeff and we spoke for a while about what may be wrong with it and what my options were, and I was able to drop my car off the same day. Jeff went through an extensive search to find aftermarket parts for my older car - this wasn't the most difficult repair by any means, but the parts were hard to find at a reasonable price (going through Acura would have been more than double the price).
Not once did I feel like I was wondering what was going on with my car - the communication couldn't have been better.
Honestly, I typically only write reviews on places if something egregiously negative happened, but this couldn't be farther from the truth and I couldn't speak any higher of this place. Many years ago I worked in the car rental industry so I have worked with literally hundreds of shops in my past - be assured, you are in the best hands possible here!

Both where the best to deal with open communication with me they worked with me and my insurance company that was difficult to deal with. I only had month rental due to my insurance company.
My parts where hard to find and back ordered no fault to anyone., Gm Strike put everything behind. These guys where so helpful and honest . I can't thank them enough for all hard labor & phone calls to find my parts to put my car back together. I was stressed out because my insurance company is awful. I needed my car because i am self employed money doesn't grow on trees. They moved so fast to do everything they could get my parts. They are both god's in my eyes . They where absolutely the best . My car is all fixed clean and sparkling. You would never know it was accident. If you want great communication best work done stop here . They are the best in business.

Great place to get your repairs done. My car needed replacement of some panels and polish of minor scratches. Got it back in almost brand new condition within a week. The pricing is fully transparent, so you know what you are paying for and how much.
A surprisingly great experience. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I've got an old car that acquired multiple problems at the front end, including some shielding in the undercarriage getting torn up rendering the car nearly undriveable. The owner heard me when I indicated that I just wanted something safe, legal and driveable. I live nearby and have seen some beautiful resorations out front, but since the damage was a combination of very old damage (from before I owned it) and newer damage due my driving through rough and very rocky/uneven terrain (i.e. not a collision that my insurance or another driver's insurance would cover) I wanted to keep the bill down. I was offered a very reasonable plan to take care of all the issues and had my car back the following day. Prompt, friendly, reasonabley priced and not hussle or pressure to do more than I wanted. The car even looks a little better than it has for a good while.
The Mac's Auto Body experience was simply a 10/10. The staff were friendly, professional, and very good at their craft. I came in due to an insurance claim, and I noticed that Mac's has great reviews on Google. Believe those reviews when they say this place is legit. From start to finish, this auto body will take care of your car problems. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed to. In a world where finding a good shop can be tough, Mac's is where it's at.
Super impressed and grateful for the services of Mac's Auto. They were so helpful and did a meticulous job after my first car accident. My 2004 year car looks better than new, and they even vacuumed and fixed an annoying tire light that was haunting me. They have gained a life-long customer. Highly recommend!

Having to deal with collision repair can be such a headache, but after my experience I would go back to Mac's again and I highly recommend them.
They stand by their work and guarantee the repairs for the life of the car or while you own it. They did a fantastic job fixing my car after someone had hit it. While I did have to go back a couple of times for some issues that popped up after they had completed the work they were receptive, honest and empathetic and took action to resolve the issues both times without hesitation. They clearly outlined the options for me and walked me through the process each step of the way.
I sent my son to Mac's for assistance with replacing a side view mirror. Jeff and the whole team was wonderful. As my son put it, "It was the best automotive experience I've ever had!". I needed my bumper fixed (a pretty small job) and they took me the same day, charged me very reasonably, thought up a very clever way to fix the bumper (out of the box), and were super friendly and easygoing. I took my car here after a lawn care service ruined the entire right side of my car. From the moment I called, I knew they would be the perfect company to take my car to. David was amazing and cared about every little detail. Jeff was so nice he even called and told me something else was wrong with my car and was so worried about it he fixed it for free and just added it to the estimate on the rest of the car. The other men that work there are also super nice. Mac's Auto Body came to the rescue for my car that I've owned for 2.5 years. I that time I accrued a lot of scrapes and bumps which I felt detracted from the look + quality of my car. Mac's Auto Body did a fantastic job evaluating my car, assessing the damage, giving me an estimate and assisting me with getting a complete paint job and dent fixing. I am very impressed by Jeff, David + the team. I love driving my car now around town, where as before was super sad about all the scratches (it's a 2015, so still relatively new for me.) From the beginning, the phone conversation was very pleasant and helpful. Upon dropping off the car, the conversation was informative. The car was promised after 1-2 weeks. We got our car back in 1 week! Upon picking up our car, we were assured that we can come back if something was not of satisfactory. The interior of the car was cleaned and vacuumed.

Mac's Auto Body Shop performed an excellent job in repairing a series of scratches on my vehicle. The scratches varied in severity, so they buffered the light ones, and painted the deep scratches over. Given that my car was of a unique caribbean blue color, they custom mixed different tones of blue to achieve the same color of my car, rendering the paint job seamless. In addition they returned my car cleaner than what I had left them with. Their price, speed, and job quality is truly unmatched, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
