Went in to buy a replacement battery. One of the cashiers, Lorenzo was super helpful and friendly. However on my way out one of the other cashiers made fun of the way I speak.
Big thank you to managers Will and Ana for helping me with my headlights this morning. They are truly amazing and knowledgeable in their work. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
won’t be coming back to this Autozone again, came in and walked up to a the commercial desk in the back of the store as I walk up a male employee was screaming at 2 female employees as he also walks past me to leave the store the smell of marijuana was strong that i just decided to walk out cause i have asthma and I cannot breath in those harsh smells as it hurts my chest, as of autozone needs to be shut down or find new employees
20+ year customer and I was in the store today for a few items. 1 ⭐ review so hopefully this review gets the attention it deserves.
Witnessed an employee, William, come into the store in front of me smelling heavily of marijuana (I think he just smoked up in his car). He started yelling at other employees and generally making a scene. I thought he was going to start a fight with someone in the way he was marching around the store cussing and saying "see what happens". The store was quiet and everyone was looking at the floor hoping he would leave them alone...seemed to be a regular occurrence with him. He clocked out around 7 PM and you could see all the tension fall away from the other employees as he left.
I worked and managed retail for 8 years before switching careers. Behavior like I just witnessed would have been instant termination for any employee.
I hope by writing this review AutoZone management can step in to remove this employee for the well being of both your customers and team members.
Will provided excellent customer service. He took the time and helped me with an issue I was having. He was very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend this store.
Terrible return policy. Apparently Autozone does not have a store credit program. I received gifts that won't work for my car. I have the receipt but I do not have the original gift giver's physical credit card in my possession (obviously). Was told there's no option for store credit. Will avoid Autozone stores in the future

I went to AutoZone in Somerville today and purchased a brake light after being notified by the police that one of my brake lights was not working. A pleasant gentleman by the name of Will helped me. He sold me the bulb and actually installed it for me with the assistance of another gentleman named Alfred. He not only installed the broken bulb but also put in the other bulb figuring the other one would probably go soon, too. He was very courteous, kind and patient and when I offered to pay him something he refused. I was very impressed with both he and Alfred for being so helpful and nice. These guys were terrific and I would recommend this place because of them and the great service I received. Thanks Will and Alfred. You are the best!
Worst AutoZone experience I've ever had. Waited 30 minutes for help just to be told to wait, zero help. Me and 3 other people just set our items down and left. Nothing organized on the shelf, impossible to find anything or check out. Comical.

Went in to buy two wiper blades for Honda Civic. At checkout the manager offered to install them for me…YES PLEASE! Super friendly, personable staff throughout the store; a pleasant atmosphere (how rare is that!) Highly recommend stopping in for any/all DIY automotive needs.
Very impressed with Brandon A this week on Two different occasions. Few days ago he helped me choose the right headlight cleaner for my CRV and today he replaced a headlight halogen light and i tried to tip him but refused and said this is part of my job . It’s hard to get good service at many businesses but this location impressed me today. Good job Brandon -A and thanks
Manny the manager at the Somerville store saved my life he drove me to my car installed my battery and it didn't work again so he asked me to put my car in neutral and turn it on and the car started and I was crying don't know how he knew that but he saved my life all after he worked all day but wouldn't leave me stranded. He's the best.
One of our windshield wipers was not aligned properly and we came in for a replacement. Manny was kind enough to go out to the parking lot, take a look at the car. He noticed very quickly that the issue was with the installation of the windshield wiper and we did not need a new one. This was at night and just before closing. Very grateful for his knowledge! Will definitely go back for future maintenance issues!
My battery died a few days before shipping my car, and I was in desperate need of a battery swap! Kelisio and Will were able to help me right away. I can’t thank them enough! This was definitely the best Autozone experience I have had in Boston. Thanks again!
I drove my car this morning to work to find I only had one windshield wiper on my car and it was starting to rain. I came to AutoZone in a panic and Will, the store manager was so nice, professional and helpful. He helped me find out the correct size and helped me replace the wiper. This type of customer care really turned my morning around and I am very grateful! Thank you so much Will and AutoZone for saving my morning!! 10/10 for this location!

Went in yesterday to get replacement wipers for my car and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the correct wipers for my car and even helped me install the new wipers on my car! Thank you for making sure I got the right product and the determination and helpfulness to install the wipers. Would recommend to others!
I had a pretty stressful situation with my car tonight when the battery died. I’d been putting off replacing it because the mechanics I usually visit are booked up for weeks. AAA got my car started, but warned me it would probably die again overnight. With freezing temperatures setting in, I called AutoZone in Somerville at 6 PM, hoping for some advice. Roberto answered the phone and kindly suggested I come by. By 7:15 PM, I was driving home with a new battery, feeling so relieved! Roberto and the manager, Will, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. It was freezing cold outside while they were replacing my battery, but they were both so friendly and efficient. I’d never been to this location before, but after this experience, they’ve earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
I went to this store and I bought a battery. There was an issue finding my account linked to my phone number. After emailing the store manager Will was able to help find my account and resolve the issue. He was very cordial throughout the process. His great management skills will guarantee I stick with Autozone in the future. Thank you!
