Too expensive. It’s a junk yard and I have to pull it. Don’t charge above eBay prices or even new .. STUPIDITY
God forbid you pull a part and not buy it… if you return a part, the guy at the window gives you a hard time. Seriously that’s messed up. Don’t come here
Holland has a good selection of vehicles, and their price is more than fair. They have saved me thousands of dollars in parts in several years. The only negatives are that I have never found an MT 3G Acura TL (07-08 Type-S), and RX-8.
As with most used parts yards, the gound is usually muddy even a few days after it rains. Also, it is a "You remove parts" place, so you really need to pay attention to safety (sharp metals everywhere). So, bring tools & first aid kits with you and NEVER allow children to enter (they probably won't let you anyway).
Have respect to the employees & other customers. If someone is already removing parts off of a car, you don't touch the car. Avoid destroying parts unnecessary; the parts you break are someone's treasure.
UPDATE 8/12/25:
Holland remains the best in the commonwealth of MA. I tried a few other places but some don't allow you in the yard and one in Worcester was rude and their selection was a joke.
Has a wide variety of cars. Yard is an absolute mess which is understandable but they clearly do nothing to clean isles and walk ways to get to deeper cars.
Also the people there are very rude it seems.
I called this place to make sure they had the part I needed at hand. without me even asking, he says he has it on the shelves So I drive to this place for 20 miles just to find out he doesn’t have it He has to pull out the part from the car. So I drive another 20 miles home and I didn’t buy it Because I’m not going to Reward dishonesty.
I dont recomend this place to buy parts, the first transmision was garbage, after my mechanic mounted the transmision i decided to call them to exchange another one, and they sent 2nd transmision to the shop.the transmision is slipping the 2nd and third gear. Wasting time and labor. Lastly, I decided to call them back asking about the vin number of the transmision when I waoo the transmision had 199k miles, then they lied me because they said the transmision has 100k new condition.
bought factory rims from them online and never received them .paid through PayPal, they insisted that if i pay through PayPal to pay to friends and family option iam glad I didn't. I paid with paypal credit and did a reimbursement if they do not ship, they said they never received the money, i have documents to back it up that they recieved the money iand they said I have to pay a 150 shipping fee when it was free shipping .they said I pay the 150 and when they deliver they'll give me my money back. please beware bad business
Like to give less than one star but there is no way too ,,,we got a engine from these guys, they stated that it has 62k and NO way after pulling the valve cover, like it has 200k a lot oil sludge build up for a 62k engine. What out for their used motors not good business after setting up the deal on getting engine shipped to California they wanted a credit card until the day before they wanted a wire transfer.
Excellent service and wide selection of vehicles in order of make. Very good prices compared to other junk yards. Tom is very helpful if you ask. Never had a bad experience from this yard. Got overcharged at times at others.
The people were kind and helpful despite me knowing nothing at all about cars. I was nervous and had never been to a junkyard, and they were honest, direct, and good to me. The part I needed was removed professionally and in good condition. I'd send anyone there for parts.
I bought a rearend from these guys a month ago I pay eight hundred and fifty dollars The rear end is garbage.I can't even drive it My truck anymore, I just called them today and they basically say they can do nothing about it. But meanwhile, they guarantee me a 3 month gaming T and it was only been a month and a 1/2.
They told me to bring back the rear end to give me my money back. Knowing that I pay 500 and get it installed. And I don't have the money. I'm on disabled. I wanna get paid one someone. And these are the type of people. That take advantage of people like me. Thank God I'm a loyalist on the phone listening and then I'm gonna hear The End of this. They pride on disabled people and all they do is lie over the phone. After they take your money, they will never help you to give it bad. They tell you things that's impossible for you to do. Where the hell I'm gonna give a 500 bucks to have a mechanic to rearrange out of my trucks so I could bring it back to them. Think about it people.This guy is a Animal seeking on disable people
I had a very bad experience. I went there looking to save some money on a front bumper but I ended up paying more than I was supposed to. I felt like the guy excessively overcharged me. The part costs me way more than if I ordered it online.
Ken was very helpful. The gentleman at your cash counter and Ken were polite and easy to talk to. I had called 3 other junk yards in the area and none of them answered the phone. Clean operation here.
Sold me a used headlight that was on a shelf for 375 dollars and had a broken bracket which didn't set well with me thinking it would shake. Couldn't not return they said store credit. I asked if they had another they said no. I told them that's the only thing I need I don't have 375 dollars of stuff I need. So I installed the headlight anyway and this thing leaked water and foggy everyday. The headlight has modules underneath so it didn't work cause the modules were soaked with water. So I lost 375 dollars and have to spend more to fix it not professional at all
Had a great experience. Called looking for a part and they had one. It was a hard-to-find part.... A standard transmission for a 1st gen Scion xB. They not only had it. They packaged it and shipped it all the way to Florida. It arrived 2 days later - No issues. It's been installed and works as it should. Would definitely recommend.
J... people handle junk care! Most rude people can have experience with it. High price, not helpful. Be careful when you call them. They will only give some information on the phone and be prepared for additional charges. Save your time and money. Positive reviews are fake.
Asked what the return policy was. Guy just said "30 days". Picked the part off the car, took it home, discovered it was internally damaged. Brought it back. Guy said "store credit only" and pointed to a sign in the window (there are about 50 signs all over this place -- impossible to read them all, and he never said anything about that when I asked for the policy). They don't have another part that would fit. I'm out $200 because of this misleading behavior. They don't want to do the right thing; they just want to take your money.
I called and the man answering was outright rude. I had asked for information on a part and he seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. I have been there a few times when desperate for a part for my car or my families car’s.
Everyone is usually busy behind the counter and you just stand there waiting for someone to even acknowledge you in their building. When they do interact with you, it’s like they are rushed to make a sale and get annoyed the longer you take or if you ask any questions. I’ve had better service ordering McDonalds. I’ve only seen them be nice to women and what look like regular customers or friends.
They make their prices up on the spot; you can see the other comments. I can recall one instance where I asked someone how much my part would be, (I had pulled it from the car and put it on the counter), and he told me $30. I knew I could get the part elsewhere for $15 at any online store but it would just take a while to get to me. I figured I’d wait for my part instead of paying double, so I said “oh I don’t think I’ll be taking it then, but thank you” and went to walk out of the store, but he then said “well wait, I can give it to you for $20”. Now it may be good he lowered the price on my item, but it shows you they try to get top dollar off people who don’t know better.
They won’t even look at you when you walk in the building; they make their prices up on the spot; don’t tell each other prices; and they over charge. I feel bad for those who pay the first price they can think of.
I would not do business with them again based off all my experiences. I’d rather buy a full priced new part anywhere else then deal with anyone behind the counter making up numbers or being rude
I made it two stars because they do have a large selection and have hired new, friendlier people since I wrote the post months ago.
Got great deal on p.steer pump +bracket hoses and fluid reservoir under $55 very friendly staff and knowledgeable,yard was well organized, plenty of cars with parts,wish I can go back sooner.
So far no complaints here This was my first visit. I was greeted with a friendly "Hello" when I entered and I was explained how everything worked. The gentleman behind the counter asked me if I was looking for something particular and when I told him I was, he directed me to where I needed to go to find my part. Easy in & easy out. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning again when the need arises! Thank you for a wonderful experience
