Scheduling was a 28 minute phone conversation with three different people. I had to "confirm" the same information multiple times. Person #1 said I could schedule with Person #2. Person #2 said scheduling happens directly with the junk yard, but that I would be able to choose a morning or afternoon pickup window and be given 1 hour advanced notice. They connected me to Person #3 (junkyard rep) that says their window is actually 24-48 hours, 8am-5pm, with 30 minutes advanced notice... not very convenient when you work a 9-to-5 far from home. I called back the next day to see if I was on the schedule for pickup that day, got told no, then got the call around lunch time that they were 30 minutes away. In the end, I'm glad the car is gone and they offered the best price, but I will definitely warn people about the tedious process if I do decide to recommend this company.

There was a mix up with the phone number that was put as my contact information causing the pick up to have to be pushed back a day. Aside from the phone number mix up, the experience as a whole took less than 48hrs to inquire, schedule and receive payment. The dispatcher was informative and pleasant. The driver was pleasant, punctual and professional. Payment was a fair price and delivered by the driver doing the pick up. There was also an option to drop the vehicle off at their lot. You get a little more money that way if you have that capability. Payment was in check form not cash, but was easy to cash with no issues. All together a quick, fairly easy way to get rid of a vehicle.
I used this company to sell my car and it was not a smooth process at all. First, we were told that because they do not schedule an actual pick up time, the driver would call an hour prior so that we could be ready for them. The driver called when he arrived without prior notice. Second, we were also told the driver would have the amount we agreed upon in the form of a check upon arrival. So not only is it not "cash for cars" but rather checks for cars, the driver did not have a check for us and was unprepared to write one. He stated that his system did not say anything about a check and that we would have to reach out to the company ourselves to get paid. I informed him that he was not permitted to take my vehicle without providing payment. The driver was then unwilling to call his dispatch to explain his dilemma and insisted that I call the company. All of this is while I had an email that stated all the details from the company included the payment amount. I then had to call the company and wait for them to call dispatch to rectify the issue. The company said it was a computer system error and the driver could write the check. Third, the driver then proceeds to then misspell my name on a check while having my title infront of him and had to start over. This sounds seemingly painless except for the fact that it took the driver LITERALLY more than 5 minutes to write a check. All in all, I am now going to do a mobile deposit to ensure the validity of this check and I would not recommend this company unless it is your last resort. To be continued.....
Price was fair and the process was easy The first attempt for thevpickthereeasanisduegetting to the truck. No hassle from the driver and he returned a few days later prepared to get the truck. With success and hassle free. Great experience
They were super speedy and the whole process took 24 hours from when I submitted my car pictures for quotes to when someone came to pickup my car with the check. They gave me a very reasonable deal for my totaled car and was very responsive and informative during the whole process. I would recommend anyone to sell their totaled cars to them!
